Hello, I want to report the same problem as user – cunfek
If I update Jupiter Donut 1.4.0 to Jupiter Donut plugin 1.6.0, I get weird problem. In my case it is an image galley, all images are not visible anymore. I mean.. they are there, but strange color overlay is over them
I use Jupiter6, latest WP, latest plugins etc… No-one else reported this?

Hello, is it compatible with PHP 8.2?
Hi,
Yes, please make a full backup of the site and database first, then change the PHP version. Keep themes and plugins updated as well.

Hmm, not sure if anyone reported this:
If I update Jupiter Donut 1.4.0 to Jupiter Donut plugin 1.6.0, I get weird problem. All my blog posts images are not visible anymore. I mean.. they are there, but strange overlay is over them, and If I rightclick open them, https://blog.mypage.com/wp-content/plugins/jupiter-donut/assets/img/dummy-2.png If I go to edit post, I can see all images there in the post in the “image gallery” short code, but are not showing on actual post. When I downgraded Jupited Donat to 1.4.0, everything was fine again.
I use Jupiter6, latest WP, latest plugins etc… No-one reported this? Well, currently I’ll stay on older version, so just to let you know.

Last year WPbakery released plugin version to 7.3 then version 7.4 was released and NOW Version 7.5 is available When will WPBakery Page Builder (Modified Version) 7.5 be available for Jupiter 6.x? Please do not give some vaque noncommital answer. There are still hundred of loyal customers of Jupiter 6 even though you resided lifetime support for those that bought multple licenses. Also it’s coming up a year since Twitter changed its name to X?. When with the theme’s Twitter icon be replaced with an X icon?
Hi,
I appreciate your understanding of the importance of timely updates for loyal customers of Jupiter. According to the release schedule of WPBakery Page Builder, we expect the modified version 7.5 to be available for Jupiter 6 within the next two weeks at most. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
About changing the Twitter icon to X, it will be resolved in the next updates.

Hello, I would like to have an appointment booking system on my website. Can I do it with Jupiter? Do I need a plugin? What plugin would you recommend if it is not possible with Jupiter? Thank you.
Hi,
Are you using the Jupiter theme or the Jupiter X theme?
Regards,
Hi, i I have a very old version of Jupiter, and now I want to update everything to the latest version. So I understand I’m going to be using Jupiter X, right?
Hi,
Jupiter theme and Jupiter X are two different themes, but I suggest using the Jupiter X theme for new sites. However, you can switch from Jupiter to Jupiter X, and the WPDone team can assist you with that. https://wpdone.artbees.net/
When it comes to the booking system, the Jupiter theme doesn’t include this feature, so you’ll need to use third-party plugins. I’ll check with the technical team for compatible plugins and share their names with you.
Just so you know, the Jupiter X theme utilizes the JetEngine plugin for managing bookings.
Best regards,
Hi,
Since it’s a new site, I’m going to use Jupiter And if you also have that plugin to make reservations, even better!
You say you’re going to ask your team for a compatible booking plugin, but wouldn’t JetEngine plugin be enough?
Even if it were, I would also like to know other compatible plugins for making reservations, in case that is not what I want.
Best regards.
Hi, I emphasize again that if you are launching a new site: I suggest using the Jupiter X theme for new site.
About booking plugins, please read the article below: https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-booking-plugins/Best regards,
Hi there. I need small help, if possible. I am using Jupiter v6 and using “Blog spotlight” for my blog. Is there any custom css code that I could put into it that would hide the dates? Also when I go to blog post, there is a date under my circled image on featured image and would be nice to hid it. If it is not too much hassle I’d appreciate your help. Thanks!
Hi,
Sure, Please send the URL of the pages you want to hide the date and I will send the CSS code after checking.
Best regards,
You have any email? I don’t want publicly to show url
Hi,
My colleague sent you an email, please check and reply.
Best regards,
Thanks!
Hello, I need an urgent response. I simply haven’t had any solution for days. Sam got in touch via email but didn’t solve all my problems.
I need to open a ticket with support, I recently purchased another 6 months of support and I can’t create any ticket. What happens is that my artbees email is different from the one I purchased here on Envato Market. Sal resolved my problem with the purchase code, but this issue remains to be resolved and he simply won’t get back to me, I’ve been begging for a refund for days and I’m simply left with nothing.
Hi, I followed up on your email, I apologize for the delay in replying, your email has been put on urgent status so that your account will be checked as soon as the requested information is sent.
Please contact my colleague by email and let me know if there is a problem.

Hmm, Jupiter6 does not get any updates anymore? Slider revolution or Master sliders are out of date for a while

https://my.artbees.net/downloads/The latest version of the rest of the plugins will be available for download soon.

What’s up with the broken demo themes? I mean do you guys even look at the demos before uploading or what?
https://jupiterx.artbees.net/cake-shop/ https://ibb.co/qnZ28CjHi,
The problems in the demos are caused by the theme and plugins being updated, and the technical team is investigating and solving this problem.
My colleague has solved the search icon problem in your ticket, please submit other problems you are facing in the same ticket so that the support team can check and fix it.

Hello,
On mobile view, the body can be moved horizontally. That creates white gaps beside. There was a fix to that on your support forum, but tickets can’t be open anymore. https://my.artbees.net/topic/?slug=website-moveable-on-mobile-version/ I remember there was just a css to add. Can you tell me what it is? Thanks.Hi, I checked the link you sent and there is a custom CSS code:
@media (max-width: 768px){
.custom_overflow {
overflow: hidden;
}
}
Feel free to ask anything else you need. Best regards,
Hello, you left a comment on my one star review recently, asking for the links to the issues not fixed by the support. There are too many of them to be sharing them all here, but these are the two most annoying ones:
https://my.artbees.net/ticket/?id=2500054073 https://my.artbees.net/topic/?id=178839At the moment I don’t have a staging site set up, because it’s annoying to set it up when the support doesn’t solve the issues anyway. But ofc, it’s possible to set up if needed.
Hello and thank you for providing this info:
For this ticket (https://my.artbees.net/topic/?id=178839) while I sincerely apologize for the delayed response, I will appreciate if you check your ticket and reply so we can proceed with investigating quickly.
Your other ticket seems to have a wrong URL: https://my.artbees.net/ticket/?id=2500054073 Can you please double check and let me know.I double checked 1 minute ago, it’s the correct URL. When I enter this URL, I get transfered to the right ticket.
https://my.artbees.net/ticket/?id=2500054073Hi,
To solve the ticket https://my.artbees.net/ticket/?id=2500054073, we need the FTP information that my colleague asked you for in the relevant ticket. Please send it in the ticket so that they can solve the problem.
Regarding the ticket https://my.artbees.net/topic/?id=178839, this problem has been solved in the latest theme update, and the speed problem, as you said, may be caused by third-party plugins.
Best regards,
Hi there, I’ve some questions and hope you can help with them
1. I created a header template under Layout Builder, then added the header template into the page. But when I change the styling of the header the rest of the page styling is not changing. Is there a method that, once you change anything on the template, it will affect all the pages that use the template?
2. Below are the comparisons from the article and my website. Some of the features seem missing from the navigation. Is that a bug? (Missing item such as Header, Footer, etc.). Screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/mLmb8g0H1
3. For form, I followed the steps from your URL https://artbees.net/create-custom-forms/. I tried using the settings action – email. Filled in whatever’s required. I did a test by using the form but didn’t receive any response. The form has a successful message as shown in the screenshot here (https://www.screencast.com/t/7fdMs5tY3M), but I didn’t receive any email. Please advise.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the exact same issue as Altano, who posted this a day ago:
“I’ve been using Elementor for several years now. No issue… until recently. Right now my Woocommerce websites have a VERY slow backend. As soon as JupiterX is disabled (replaced by Hello Elementor), the backend goes super fast. I think the main issue is the jupiterx_get_wp_plugins_info() and jupiterx_get_plugins_from_api() queries. 6 in total. It takes almost 6s. And for what? I lose 1s just to control if Sellkit (which I DON’T CARE about) is used.
Those queries are TOO SLOW. Is there a way to disable them or improve them? I can’t continue like that.”
The sad thing about this is that I’ve been waiting for the new patch for almost 2 months, and now when it finally came, it changed nothing. The patch notes said that the backend had been fixed and was way faster, but after testing things, I can confirm that that is not the case. I’ve never seen a slower backend in my 7 years with WP. Luckily I only use Jupiter X on one clients site.. I’ve talked to the support about this, who doesn’t really want to acknowledge that the theme is very poorly optimized.
However, they said that it was gonna get fixed in the upcoming patch, but sadly, it didn’t.

That’s exactly what I did a couple of months ago. I even created a staging site for the support staff. They said that they think it had something to do with the admin notices but weren’t sure. Then they said it was gonna get fixed in the next patch. So yeah, opening a ticket about this didn’t help.
I checked your ticket. Please send the site login information in the reply to the ticket so that my colleague can check your problem.

Changelog? I cannot find it anywhere. Please make it prominent on the product page with a link to it.

FIY the queries are slow ONLY when Woocommerce is enabled.
