Jupiter theme and Jupiter X are two different themes, but I suggest using the Jupiter X theme for new sites. However, you can switch from Jupiter to Jupiter X, and the WPDone team can assist you with that. https://wpdone.artbees.net/

When it comes to the booking system, the Jupiter theme doesn’t include this feature, so you’ll need to use third-party plugins. I’ll check with the technical team for compatible plugins and share their names with you.

Just so you know, the Jupiter X theme utilizes the JetEngine plugin for managing bookings.

Hi there. I need small help, if possible. I am using Jupiter v6 and using “Blog spotlight” for my blog. Is there any custom css code that I could put into it that would hide the dates? On mobile view, the body can be moved horizontally. That creates white gaps beside. Hi there, I’ve some questions and hope you can help with them

1. I created a header template under Layout Builder, then added the header template into the page. But when I change the styling of the header the rest of the page styling is not changing. Is there a method that, once you change anything on the template, it will affect all the pages that use the template?

2. Below are the comparisons from the article and my website. Some of the features seem missing from the navigation. Is that a bug? (Missing item such as Header, Footer, etc.). Screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/mLmb8g0H1

3. For form, I followed the steps from your URL https://artbees.net/create-custom-forms/. I tried using the settings action – email. Filled in whatever’s required. I did a test by using the form but didn’t receive any response. I have the exact same issue as Altano, who posted this a day ago:

I think the main issue is the jupiterx_get_wp_plugins_info() and jupiterx_get_plugins_from_api() queries. 6 in total. It takes almost 6s. And for what? I lose 1s just to control if Sellkit (which I DON’T CARE about) is used.

Those queries are TOO SLOW. Is there a way to disable them or improve them? I can’t continue like that.”

The sad thing about this is that I’ve been waiting for the new patch for almost 2 months, and now when it finally came, it changed nothing. The patch notes said that the backend had been fixed and was way faster, but after testing things, I can confirm that that is not the case. I’ve never seen a slower backend in my 7 years with WP. Luckily I only use Jupiter X on one clients site.. I’ve talked to the support about this, who doesn’t really want to acknowledge that the theme is very poorly optimized.

However, they said that it was gonna get fixed in the upcoming patch, but sadly, it didn’t.

That’s exactly what I did a couple of months ago. I even created a staging site for the support staff. They said that they think it had something to do with the admin notices but weren’t sure. Then they said it was gonna get fixed in the next patch. So yeah, opening a ticket about this didn’t help.

This is the theme where there is no update is needed. When Polylang plugin enabled, none of your portfolio nor elementor native portfolio will display. I’m taling about displaying none. Nerver say your theme is compatiable with enither WPML or Polylang.

Because the version of your theme is very old, there may be problems with the style that you will need to fix manually.

I suggest that you first make a full backup of your site and database, and then create a staging site from the backups you have made.

Also, if you have used custom CSS code or any other custom code on the site, make copies of them.

If the staging site is in a subdomain of the main domain, there is no need to get a new license and you can use the same license as the main site.

Update the theme and plugins on the staging site. If there is no problem, do the update on the main site or make a backup from the staging site and transfer it to the main site.
