We are trying to deregister the theme from the site which is no more in use. But the tool provided by you isn’t allowing us to do so. Since we need to develop the site locally on Laragon and port it on live, we have to make several shifts or porting. The said tool of yours used to perfectly recognize our license status, but of late it says the either license or username isn’t valid.
And when I goto my profile on your support website and try to verify my license in the given section, it says “Envato Username does not match provided purchase code.”
Just for the sake of clarity, we updated our username a while ago and using old username at the time of purchase worked as fine. But none seems to be working now.
How do we make it work now?

Hi. I am interested in purchasing this theme on a website already build on Elementor, with another theme that is not working properly. Does your theme include Elementor and some of its add-ons (which ones? Also, does it include Slider Revolution and Contact Form 7? Yes. Betheme is compatible with elementor and plugins like Slider Revolution comes with it. Contact Form 7 plugin is free but it’s also compatible with Betheme.

My question is not if your theme is compatible with Elementor only, but if it includes it already, along with any of its widgets/add-ons. Our current theme already has it and we did not have to purchase Elementor as an additional plugin…
But elementor is free, or you are talking about pro version?
Elementor is free, but I think our current theme includes some features that belong to the PRO version…
Betheme is based only on features from the free version of elementor.

Hi there I am interested in purchasing this theme however I am having trouble finding information with the demos. If I wanted incorporate various sections from one section in one theme into another. How would I be able to essentially mix and match these sections? I have purchased a theme in the past and once I selected one demo theme I have been unsuccessful in selecting another to view as the second demo shown instead it shows the first demo. Please bring back the backend editor as the frontend is full of nonsense… I made mistake and updated the theme and now this frontend builder is so messy that it can’tr be used. Please roll it back or bring back option to edit the pages in backend builder. frontend is now wannabe Elementor but it does not work properly.

the old builder is still available and can be enabled under Theme Options > Global > Advanced. However, I cannot guarantee its correct operation due to the many changes that have occurred over the years in WordPress itself and the technology that is necessary nowadays.

The new builder just does not work. And my support expired and I don’t feel like extending the support for the things that should be working. Like changing the image on the frontend builder does not change and there is no way that the new image can be displayed. These are basic theme functions that should work and I do not see why should I purchase additional support for basic things like these!
