Hello, I noticed today that the header photo for both portfolio pages and post are not loading and just showing a black background instead.

I have tried to purge cache and even remove the photos. And added them back. Nothing has helped.

Hi I would like to add the “mix-blend-mode: difference;” to the navigation. I tried hard coding it into the CSS, but it doesn’t work. I tried playing with the ‘z-Index: 999’ as well of the Navigation to put it all the way on the top, but still it didn’t work.

With the mouse cursor it works perfectly, but with the Navigation it doesn’t. My website is: http://www.a2-foto.com

Hi techboi_design! If you are trying to replicate the same option you see on some of our demo (Menu change Skin based on the adjacent Row) you can try this option: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/cleHox
If instead you are searching for a custom code that makes the Menu in difference we are sorry to tell you that this is not possible, because in order for this to work a precise oirdine of the elements in the HTML is required and this is not possible (another user had asked this some time ago).

Hey! Thanks for such a quick reply. I do indeed have the ‘Menu Desktop Transparent Scroll’ activated, but the text still keeps being displayed as white, regardless of what it scrolls on top. I’ve submitted a ticket!

Hello, loving the theme. I’m currently building our an ecommerce site but I’ve noticed something unusual. I think it’s specific to having ajax filtering enabled.

The ajax filtering works fine, except for on category pages (e.g. https://website.com/product-category/) it will display ALL products, not just those in that category.

Is this an error, or a limitation?

How does the Dynamic Srcset Adaptive Images work? Are all these new variants going to be store in the media section? How does this affect the SEO? are these new versions going to be crawlable by the search engines as well?

Do I need to buy another license it says mine is expired?

Hello, I’m getting error in the post and page Yoast xml sitemaps after switching to PHP8.x version. Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string * float … {main} thrown in /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/media.php on line 467. Works normally in the 7.4 PHP version. Any suggestions?

Hi xChemical! The problem is that some images have no width or height. You can fix the issue on your websites by replacing the content of
uncode/core/inc/compatibility/yoast/class-uncode-yoast.php
with:

Alternatively, set a height and width for all your images. We will include the same fix in the next update.

Hey there! I’ve noticed a potential issue with the filter functionality. When the ‘sort’ filter is activated, it seems to hide unchecked checkbox filters.

You can observe this behavior in your demo:

1. Choose a checkbox for a category, for example, ‘accessories’: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/shop-ajax/?tax_product_cat=accessories&unfilter=1 2. Then, when you click on the any of the sorting filter: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/shop-ajax/?tax_product_cat=accessories&unfilter=1&orderby=price

It hides the unchecked category checkbox, which can be confusing. Ideally, the sorting filter shouldn’t affect the category checkboxes at all. The category checkboxes should still displaying all option, after the sort. like the first screen.

Could you assist in resolving this issue? It’s crucial for my website, and I’d greatly appreciate your help.

In your demo for the Off Canvas mobile menu, you have a button and some additional text included in the menu. Is this something which is a feature of Uncode or is it something you have added? It is something I would really like to do but am not sure if it is part of the theme or not.

Hi, I´m currently trying to upgrade my database from PHP 7 to 8, and when doing so, I get a blank screen. Is this a theme or a WordPress issue? Any hint is very much appreciated. Thank you!

P.S.: I just tested a fresh WP installation with the same plugins and it works fine with PHP 8. Could it be a database issue (since it doesn´t work with the old website with a full database…)?

From here we can only suggest that you try activating WordPress debug mode and see if any specific errors are printed out.

Login via your support site doesn’t work. 404 Not Found when all my info is correct. Using the Envato button doesn’t work, return to same page no login. License deactivation on dev site and reactivation on production site doesn’t work.

Hi nakajox! Sorry, but we are not sure we understand the request. You don’t want breadcrumbs to lead to archiving? This, however, is how breadcrumbs work in WordPress unless you make changes. In case as told you can customise the appearance of the archive page/layout.

Hello, I’m someone who is reviewing the undsgn theme very positively. The theme is satisfying for all features, but I was wondering if one option change is possible.

Likewise after scrolling, all links and carousels drags temporarily don’t work due to latency. Is there a way to reduce or eliminate that latency as well?

Just a heads up team. I’m trying to buy your theme for the first time ( someone recommended it to me ) via ThemeForest and when I set up an account for the client and hit the checkout the account was locked – sent support an email 3-4 days ago and was told someone was looking at it. Then logged into my account ( long time purchaser of themes on ThemeForest ) and the checkout only shows PayPal as a payment option which I have never used and don’t want to use – no credit card or other options. I know this isn’t for you to sort out but maybe you could give ThemeForest support a nudge and tell them that it isn’t doing your sales any favours. I tried to buy directly from your website but was bought back to TF – will have discuss with the client today and give them the bad news that I haven’t been able to work on the site this past 4 days. Hey Uncode team. Since the latst update The Font End Editor is no longer loading. It is stuck on a black screen with a loader.

If I disable the Uncode Core plugin then it works, as soon as I activate Uncode Core it breaks again, any ideas?

We have reinstalled the theme (we updated to the newest version) as well as the plugins (delete and re-add from the plugin installer on the theme), so all files should be there.

Hi AipxStudio! Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, there’s nothing more we can do from here. In this space, we can provide guidance for straightforward issues. However, if a user encounters a unique problem that hasn’t been reported by others, indicating potential server/local/plugins issues, it is necessary to open a private ticket. This allows our developers to debug the installation directly.

PS: For one of the errors maybe you wrote something strange in the colour codes of the Theme Options. For example #f00 for instead of #FF0000. But here this may fix one of the warnings not certainly this cause the Frontend Editor error.

Hi since doing the new update I am getting a few issues and I really don’t know why. One my font has changed on the site but in the theme options it says it is the same as before. Then when I clear cache it works again but I try with a different browser and it stops working again.. Any help would be great please.
