Hi! I have a question regarding the lightbox feature in the theme. In the top right corner of the lightbox, there is a close icon (a cross). Is it possible to increase the size of this icon, replace it with a different symbol, or change its color?

Hi, I recently had to switch to an alternative theme on a mainly WooCommerce site. After updating WP 6.5.4 / WC 8.9.2, the site maxed out resources with 503 errors, with the debug.log getting filled up quickly with: WordPress database error Commands out of sync messages.

After troubleshooting errors for a few days, checking every plugin one by one, and working with WC support to figure it out, the only thing that resolved the issue was changing themes.

I realize the nature of an open source platform with different plugin and theme authors, and varying configurations means a lot of finger pointing when issues come up. Not saying everyone using Uncode will have the same issues and I’m not requesting any support here, just giving you a heads up that you might want to look into possible WC errors related to settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Features > Other Data Storage

It was running the latest version of Uncode (2.9.0) and up to date Uncode related plugins.

Hi, after installing your theme successfully, I just noticed the red messages telling me that I have to update the memory and the other requirements etc. I contacted to the host to change everything exactly how they were indicated at the support page. They confirmed me the modifications and after that I could not log in on wordpress ever again. The Wordpress log in page just disappeared. I asked the hosting service and they don’t know what happened there. Everything has just disappeared and nobody knows the reason. We are still trying to resolve the problem but, please, do you have an idea about why it can happen and a solution about it?? Maybe we are missing something here… Thanks

Hi volks19! We are sorry for this problem, but we do not understand how the theme should be responsible for this if the problem occurred after your server support made changes. This indicates that they obviously did something wrong. Please note that the Uncode Server Requirements values are standard for a modern WordPress installation. Now, if you think this is for some reason a caused by the theme (let’s underline one of Envato’s top-selling themes) and if you want to rule this out just delete the theme via FTP, but you’ll see that nothing changes even if Uncode is removed. If you don’t know how to do this and need help, we can help you.

I’ve encountered a recurring issue where Wordfence flags a file in your theme as critical:

We have just setup our website with your theme and now we discovered a strange issue.

Once a user is at the ‘My Account’ page and clicks on ‘Lost your Password’ nothing happens. Is there something we haven’t done in terms of settings?

We tried everything, double checked that ‘My Account’ page is selected at the Woocoomerce Settings page.

We have managed to fix it – it was a bug with the plugin “Hide Content by User Role for WPBakery” and we are now investigating what is causing it as there are no hide content settings for the password.

sorry for writing through this channel, but all my licenses already expired and I guess I found a bug in 2.9.0.

On one of my websites I’m using the horizontal menu “center”. Now, since I updated, the first row is below the menu container.

If I add .main-container .row {margin-top: 50px} it works again.

Temporarly I deleted everything in my child style.css, to rule out that it could be due to my style instructions. Also, I don’t have anything in die Quick CSS section in the Theme Options and I disabled every plugin except yours.

With 2.8.15 everything was fine.

However, as you can see in the screenshot I sent you yesterday https://undsgn.d.pr/i/80hKmz the test I conducted had the same options enabled (you can see the class ‘menu-sticky’ among the others). The system should calculate the header height with the sticky option enabled, and it works correctly on our test sites. I tried hiding the top bar menu and social networks to have it like you did, but the problem still exists on my website.

For now, I’m happy that it’s working again, even if I miss the sticky function.

We are currently in the middle of intensive development of this website and if I notice anything else on this topic, I will report here.

Hi TreyB! Did you host updated the PHP version? Sorry, but we can’t tell from here without doing some debugging because only your installation has this warning. If you need more support you need to open a ticket so the developers can access it, alternatively set the debug mode to false as these are only warnings and not errors as defined.

Hey there!

Alright so everything has been going great designing the front end using WP bakery. But now when I’m editing the front end, it doesnt show the updated edit in the front end. But when I publish and see preview, it does work.

For example: I change a red image to a blue one and hit “save changes”, the red image is still there. But when I hit update and view the live site, it does in fact change to blue. But in the front end, its still red.

How do I fix this?

Hello, I noticed today that the header photo for both portfolio pages and post are not loading and just showing a black background instead.
