HI. I am aware that my support has runed out but I cannot avoid to ask for help as it it related to the theme, with user login. I have already seen the same issue been discussed and tried the solutions discussed but it did not work..Thing is: After activation, whenever a new user tries to login it does not allow and gives no error, the page shrugs but it does not go pass login page and does no show any error. Things we have tried to do together with hosting provider: - decreased and increased PHP version from 8.0 to 7.4 and when back to 8.0, did not work - created a test account it worked to create an user account but did not allow to log in to that account created. It happens after activation code. - Deactivated all plugin and updated the mandatory ones, still did not work.

Hello, I noticed that this theme has not been updated for over a year. Is it still valid or is it abandoned? I can’t find much information on this theme on YouTube… is it possible to create something similar to Tinder with this theme?

In regards to your query here, I do not see any support ticket from you in our tickets pool. However, in order to receive support, you need to first renew your support. Support renewals are also handled by Envato and Envato has always required customers to extend or renew their support in order to continue receiving support. If perhaps you had also purchased our VIP support service, it is also viable for a period of only one year and you would need to renew in order to access support.

When I purchased my Sweet Date license on July 13, 2014, at that time there was no six month or one year time limit for receiving support. There simply wasn’t a time limit.
Are you willing to provide support according to the situation at the time of my July 13, 2014 Sweet Date license purchase?
The support that I need is in regard to code that facilitated the Top Members to appear in two columns (instead of one column) when viewed on mobile phones, which SeventhQuenn support provided to me several years ago, which no longer works.
