Hi I am trying to reduce the content padding on the left and right side on mobile for this theme. The padding is too high and it shrinks the content too much. I cannot find the padding css anywhere and it seems that the visual composer settings are no longer available. How do you customize the width of content and reduce left/right padding on this theme? – https://andrewprokos.com/photos/new-york/skylines/ is an example. Thanks!

You need to update the theme first since you are not using the latest theme version (please see changelog). Once you update the theme, latest version of Bridge Core plugin will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hello, I’m writing here because the support time has passed but I think it’s something important that needs to be resolved. We have installed the Bridge theme with a child and for a long time it has been failing us in the WooCommerce file templates. How can we update this? Normally this problem is corrected with theme updates, but it is not happening here. What can we do?

The compatibility with latest version of WooCommerce was added in the latest update.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

To update Bridge theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins.

After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is also important to update Bridge Core plugin which will be listed there.

Hi Guys, I have already rated your theme and bought 2 licenses so far. The sites are ready and running but as my support has expired I’d like to share one issue that keeps showing up in PageSpeed Insights:

“Browser errors are logged to the console” – they relate to Font Awesome and Elegant Icons with the error message “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)”.

The error makes “Best Practices” score lower, so you may consider addressing it with future theme updates :)

Anyway, thanks again for the great theme and your support!

Have you perhaps disabled Font Awesome and Elegant Icons? The font files are located inside the theme on this path wp-content\themes\bridge\css (please see screenshot) so this could occur on your site if you’ve disabled these icon packages while some of the icons from these icon packs are still used on the site.

As we previously mentioned, the font files are located inside the theme on this path wp-content\themes\bridge\css so this could be a server related issue.

Too hard to reinstate an older license even when never used on a site proper – as it’s tied to slider revolution and that processes is problematice. Waste and useless, unless you start over. Same old story of hurdles – so to pay more money.

Please understand that the theme won’t be added to the “Supported Items” dropdown automatically after the purchase. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so the purchase code can be verified.

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Qode) and then theme.

i used the blog slider theme and i have some issues with it

1. How do i edit the photo slider in the widget area. Please can you detail out how i can change those pictures to mine and even include more pictures

2. on mobile the logo sits on the slider. How do i fix that

3. The text are not black enough so does not make for a good user interface. How do i change text colour. i have tried to do that in Qode options > fonts but it didn’t solve the issue.

Hi, love the theme. I’m a web designer and have recommended this 2x for clients. However, I have been trying to submit a support ticket for a week. When I complete the form under the purchase code it says “null” and won’t let me submit the form. We just purchased the theme last week so the support is still valid. The code is correct. I emailed my troubleshooting questions to your support email a couple days ago – maybe 3 and still have not heard back. I just emailed again. Could you please help me? please explain something to me, how can it be that you sell a theme with 600 demos, but every time I want to install a demo I have to buy the theme again ? paying 100% of the total cost again. Then I deactivated the code to install another demo and a whole site I had in production broke. I do not understand why you sell a theme as if they were many …. because it does not work like that then, you have to pay all over again, I would like to request a refund, I think it is misleading what you offer.

The theme is sold under the Regular License and if you need a more detailed explanation regarding the Regular License, you can take a look at Envato’s license policy in this link. Each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain.

If have used your license for one domain and you wish to use the theme again for some next project on a new domain, then you need to purchase a new license.

The theme was never advertised differently and we are sorry to hear if you’ve got this impression.

The pages are not loading the content until refreshed. When I disable ELEMENTOR plugin, the content loads without having to refresh the page (obviously without style).

The issue has probably been caused by the page transition effect. The Elementor plugin and Page-Transition animation (Ajax page loading) cannot be used together.

Please navigate to Qode Options -> General and set Page-Transition to No Animation. Note that the Page-Transition feature is disabled in all Bridge demos built with Elementor.
