“The Curl error 56 means there’s an error on the hosts’ side. It could be a server-side restriction or a loopback error on the server (if they say they don’t allow loopbacks, then that’s the culprit in your case).”

Hi I updated theme and core and WPBakery to the lates versions, since the updates I’m having problems accessing Media Gallery settings, as it is popping up the Row settings instead.
I’m helping a client on their behalf and cannot create a support ticket account. I do have the purchase code though.

Hi kpott! We are sorry but we don’t have other similar reports so it’s really not easy to figure out the problem you are facing… you can ask your client to open a support ticket or you need to have your own License to access private support services.
There has been persistent issue in admin since the recent updates. Whenever I use the post page to add or edit posts i now get the “What’s new in WPBakery” pop up. If I dismiss it then it just reappears on next pageload. cache cleared. All plugins up to date. Its the AI credits message currently appearing.

Is there any plan to enable automated updates via WP-CLI? I’m using Cloudways and their SafeUpdate tool doesn’t support Uncode, so I have to manually login and update the theme when there’s an update.
Hello! Sorry, but the licensing system, which connects with Envato to verify the Purchase Code for its correctness and to ensure it’s not used on multiple installations, unfortunately, does not support WP-CLI.
My experience with Undsgn’s support team has been incredibly disappointing. I purchased a theme with a valid license, and now they refuse to let me use it under the agreed-upon terms and conditions. Instead of providing the necessary support, they are trying to force me to purchase an additional license, which is completely unfair and, in my opinion, a form of extortion.
I have followed all the license guidelines, and in the past, they have assisted me with similar issues. However, now it seems their only intention is to sell more licenses rather than provide proper support to their customers.
I absolutely do not recommend purchasing any products from Undsgn. Their support is inadequate and focused on forcing customers to buy more licenses rather than helping them. I have already sent all the evidence to Envato support to review this situation, and I hope they can intervene.

We’re sorry for what you’re saying but you really should review Envato’s License terms, you’ve already used a License to create two sites and you certainly can’t use it to create even a third. It has also been suggested that you contact Envato for confirmation if you think what we say is incorrect.

Does your theme not support other plugins? I tried to use this plugin(Osteo Image Hotspot for WPbakery) from codecanyon but its not functioning well. plugin aurthur said its because you use customize wpbakery. Is there something you can do about it to make it work?

When I update the undsgn theme all the settings and customizations (main color, header type, main font etc) disappear even if I export the settings before the update and then import them after the update. I am forced to go back to a previous backup of the site and not update the theme.

It means that in the frontend I see the template with different settings than the ones I had before the update. What do you mean by extra plugin? We are sorry for this problem but evidently, if you can no longer save the Theme Options, it is because your server has changed some settings and in fact, you get an error 400 (which you did not have before and other users do not report). Since they have access to all logs, you have to ask them to look specifically at the point where it crashes. From here we can only note an odd “no-referrer-when-downgrade” > “The URL is sent as a referrer when the protocol security level stays the same (e.g.HTTP→HTTP, HTTPS→HTTPS), but isn’t sent to a less secure destination (e.g. HTTPS→HTTP).” Another storage thing is “Following your guide and from the console I detect these errors on the theme options page and when the save settings button is pressed: Security issue: contents in https://www.ducasette.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page=uncode-options cannot load data from https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/ace/1.2.3/worker-javascript.js" but we never load a file named “worker-javascript.js”. Ok thanks for the reply. “no-referrer-when-downgrade” refers to a security header that has also been disabled but the error still doesn’t go away. I saved the settings from the database tables you told me about. Then I updated the theme version to the latest available and also the theme core. Already with the update the problem relating to the 400 error no longer occurred so perhaps it concerns you a little, but apart from this the frontend had the wrong settings as had already happened. At that point I re-inserted the settings in the DB tables taking them from those previously saved and everything went back to how it should be. This was to update you on the situation. Hello, It seems as if there is a bug when using post modules layout grid in combination with Custom Post UI.
I’m using Custom Post types UI plugin in Uncode theme 2.9.0.3 in WordPress 6.6.1. I have used Posts modules, Layout: titles before and one custom post type I created was displayed fine. Now, I have created other custom post types in the same way as the previous one. And when I choose to display them in Posts modules Layout: Grid, it displays “Array” when I have 1 post, and it completely breaks when I include more than 1 post to display in the grid. I’m using Firefox (latest version) as my browser. Is this a bug?
Hello cuebner! At the moment, we have no other reports of this issue, and from the few tests we’ve conducted, posts created with CPT UI seem to work well with the Post Module. It might be a localized issue, or the post type you’re using is protected, or perhaps you’ve configured the new post type in a particular way that we can’t replicate. It’s difficult to say without a more in-depth look, I’m sorry. I can only say that it’s not a widespread problem.

Hello. I msgd you guys the other day. Thing is: I tried to install the theme on my site today and it says Ive used it multiple times, but theres no site whatsoever using the said theme. I may have tried on the past but its not active for years. And it was replaced for other themes. You may check and you’ll see my statement is accurate.
Kindly reset my license. Ive never used the theme a single time. I only tested in the past but replaced it. This would be my first time ever actually exploring its contents and making use of it.
