Hi there, Looks like there is a bug on the WP Bakery Page Builder on Safari browser. The whole editor is aligned in the sidebar (and there is no way to get it back in the main area). It happens on multiple website. Updating WP, the plugins and themes seems to not help.

Hi, on this site https://www.prolococornatedadda.it/ I use the Posts block with Grid layout.

As you can see the images are very blurry, because the block chooses a very small format of the featured image.

Yet in the Post Elements > Media section I chose the Original format.

How to solve?

Dear undsgn, I am using uncode’s Portfolio Agency theme and I have 2 issues: 1. is there a way to add/hide icons on the share element of the theme? 2. I am using the secondary feature image that gives a nice effect on mouse-over on pictures on desktops, but I want to remove that on mobiles (as you need to double tap). Is there a way of doing this? It’s not possible to add new icons to the share element since every social has its own rules for sharing, if you are using the dynamic custom layouts build, you can replace this with a dedicated plugin. I don’t believe this is support, but merely a question about the product.

Is there a possibility to customise how the “Protected” pages look? (i.e when a Post or Page is protected and you need to enter the password for access for that page or post).

If so, how is it done? It’s not clear in the Theme Options or any of your documentation.

Hi vinnysingh! No this is a WordPress default template, so you can use custom CSS, or we have no idea if there are hooks or even dedicated plugins. In any case, this page is native to WordPress, so you can most likely find information online to customise or modify it to your needs.

I’m having an issue with my client website : https://pepinieredeslattes.fr/boutique/ We are in the testing phase of order validation, and every time when clicking on “Place Order,” the button loads via AJAX, but nothing happens for several minutes before a WP/Woocommerce message appears, indicating a problem with the order. Sometimes, it even results in a 500 error.

In the Woocommerce database, the order is recorded correctly, but on the frontend, it bugs out and no order confirmation message is displayed to the customer.

I have tried deactivating all the plugins, switched to the default theme, but the issue remains the same… I also tried a new htaccess file, read the Wordpress logs, but nothing shows up.

I also have a similar issue when changing the status of an order to “Cancelled,” as it takes a long time to load before throwing a 500 error. However, when I go back to the admin panel, the order is correctly marked as “Cancelled.”

Could you help me with this issue, please? Thank you in advance.

500 Error is by Google definition a server error, but it’s not something we can debug from here without complete server logins. If you have an odd issue with the checkout, and no other users are reporting something similar this is something that our developers need to check in detail. Also, correct me if I am wrong, but I don’t think this error was present when you created the site, so this assumes that something has changed at server/setup level. Please open a ticket, insert all your logins, also FTP and grant permission to disable possible extra plugins and customisations for the time needed for debugging: https://support.undsgn.com/hc

I need help refreshing the product as I bought the item in 2021 and installed it then deleted it and now the purchase code is indicating that I’m using the product in more than one place even though I’m not using it at all please give me new purchase code or reset the current one

I need help with uploading demo contents. It’s not working anymore! Most of the page are blank and showing “Nothing found”.

Do you have blog posts or portfolio items on this installation? We got the impression that you deleted or trashed the blog articles or the portfolio projects… so nothing was found.

Hi, the theme keeps registering new image sizes and causes server issues – the website gets down.

I have disabled these features from the settings but there are still images like this -uai-1800×1012.webp

Hi b_things! As told even if you disable this option some images are generated if you ask the theme from cropped ratios. Unfortunately, if you think it is an issue, there are no other reports, which is why you have to open a ticket so that the developers can see the problem in detail.

As I told you, these options are disabled and I’m still having these issues. I have temporary disabled the regenerate_srcset_async filter manually and still have this images generating new variations dynamically. Is it possible to check this without the username? I have the purchase key and the theme is activated.

This causes missing images and my website gets down. So it’s quite urgent.

Hi b_things! As already told, if you have an odd issue that no other users are reporting you need to open a ticket. Just contact Envato and retrieve your data. There is nothing we can do from there, these are Envato’s rules for support. Unfortunately, there are also pirated versions of popular themes sold with a license attached (we are not saying this is the case, but that is why there are these constraints, we think you can understand).

Hi domenicolatosa! Yes exactly, this layout does not use Product Reviews, and that is a design choice. Now I have no idea how you want to show it, but there is a module for that. Just insert it in your preferred place in the template to get it. You can look at other layouts that use them as they are constructed and perhaps copy and paste this section and adjust it to suit your layout requirements. Can I add a self hosted video and have it play automatically with sound?

I have recently bought this theme and i’m only going to use wireframe you have provided and theme demos you have used on your own demo pages. do i need to install “Revolution Slider” ? did you use “Revolution Slider” for any of your wireframes or demo pages ?

I found a bug, I set up the ajax filtering for products, but when selecting an ajax filter checkbox it just loads all items again without filtering them. Please help. Sample https://harayuku.com/product-category/kawaii/

Hi supermex! To us, everything seems to be working correctly on that page. When we click in a category, the products are filtered correctly. What test do we need to do exactly? Can you give us more details to reproduce it?

the ajax filters are not working as mentioned in my first comment. it just gets greyed out then reloads without any actual filtering

Hi supermex! As explained what you have shared are Warnings that in PHP do not result in any termination of the running script. We understand that they don’t work for you but if you have an issue that no other user reports the developers need full access to debug it. These are just a few sites based on Uncode with Ajax Filters and as you can see no one has any problems, besides if the problem was the theme it wouldn’t work on our demo either and here you should read tons of similar reports. Now that your support has expired it is not something we can do anything about because it is part of the Envato Policy, ex: https://atelierpontfleuri.fr/ , https://www.hardandware.com/hardware/levers/ , https://www.nighthawks-fk.com/shop/ etc.

I have previously bought the theme, however, it appears even when you update you cannot get access to the new demo’s to use.

Hi majesticg1! Please be sure to update the Uncode Core plugin as well, and also note that you haven’t already imported the page with the same name. If the page is in the WordPress Trash it is not imported again. In the case, please send us links or screenshots in order to better understand as we do not have similar reports from other users.

Hello Undsgn My customer has switched from his temp domain to live and now has a problem with the following error message: “There is an expected problem related to a possible website migration. Please remove the Purchase Code and register the product again from the System Status to validate the Purchase Code again. If the issue persists contact the theme author. (Error 23)” I cannot contact you via support ticket because his support time has expired (it took him more than 6 months to switch domains). How can I transfer his “Purchase Code” to the new domain?
