Hi domenicolatosa! Yes exactly, this layout does not use Product Reviews, and that is a design choice. Now I have no idea how you want to show it, but there is a module for that. Just insert it in your preferred place in the template to get it. You can look at other layouts that use them as they are constructed and perhaps copy and paste this section and adjust it to suit your layout requirements. I found a bug, I set up the ajax filtering for products, but when selecting an ajax filter checkbox it just loads all items again without filtering them. Please help. Sample https://harayuku.com/product-category/kawaii/

From here there are not visible errors so it’s necessary you open a ticket so developers can debug it (as always, first make sure that the problem is not caused by possible extra plugins, extra scripts or customizations).

If there were a bug in the theme, it would be presented by all users who use Ajax Filters, and you would certainly find many users here reporting this problem (or perhaps even in our Facebook group). Unfortunately, we cannot accept logins, these can only be shared via the private Help Center, otherwise the Envato support rule would no longer make sense. Please open a ticket, and enter all logins and permission to deactivate all extra plugins and possible customizations for the duration of the support.
Hi, I checked on many points, using the updated default theme with just standard plugins. And Cloudways hosting support told me: varnish and redis are already disabled on site so no conflict from there as well
You can confirm from your development team, as which type of blocker they are seeing for theme, like is it some function they believe is not enabled or any error they can share on which we can work on.
There is no issue on server side. Please help me on fixing this, I can’t buy extended support again.

We understand what you are saying, but if we are unable to replicate this problem and have no other similar reports from other users, this means that the developers have to specifically debug your installation to find out where the problem is. This is something you need to understand. They have no other suggestions for you at the moment without a detailed check.

the ajax filters are not working as mentioned in my first comment. it just gets greyed out then reloads without any actual filtering
Hi supermex! As explained what you have shared are Warnings that in PHP do not result in any termination of the running script. We understand that they don’t work for you but if you have an issue that no other user reports the developers need full access to debug it. These are just a few sites based on Uncode with Ajax Filters and as you can see no one has any problems, besides if the problem was the theme it wouldn’t work on our demo either and here you should read tons of similar reports. I have previously bought the theme, however, it appears even when you update you cannot get access to the new demo’s to use.
Hi majesticg1! Please be sure to update the Uncode Core plugin as well, and also note that you haven’t already imported the page with the same name. If the page is in the WordPress Trash it is not imported again. In the case, please send us links or screenshots in order to better understand as we do not have similar reports from other users.

Hello Undsgn My customer has switched from his temp domain to live and now has a problem with the following error message: “There is an expected problem related to a possible website migration. Please remove the Purchase Code and register the product again from the System Status to validate the Purchase Code again. If the issue persists contact the theme author. (Error 23)” I cannot contact you via support ticket because his support time has expired (it took him more than 6 months to switch domains). How can I transfer his “Purchase Code” to the new domain? Hello, I purchased the Uncode template in October 2023. From the start, we encountered some issues and as we have been working on the website, despite going through ALL the Uncode tutorials and documentation, we haven’t achieved the visual goals promised by the template. We’ve also watched countless tutorials on WPBakery Page Builder, and THE EDITOR INTERFACE DOES NOT MATCH the ones we’ve seen from this year 2024, even though we’ve updated both Uncode and all the necessary plugins. We also purchased a separate licence for WP Bakery Builder to get the correct interface and options but it didn’t work at all. We kindly request your assistance. After many attempts, we haven’t found any other options. Thank you very much.

Moreover, the only version you need to use is the Uncode WPBakery Page Builder (not the original one).

I have a webshop. I added all my social media in the ‘social media’ category. All worked fine previously and it was shown on my webshop.
But with 1 of the updates this stopped working and I can only see whatsapp as my social media. Whenever I want to add a new social media, it says it is saved but when I refresh the screen then I see the social media I’ve created is not there anymore. So something is happening when saving social media, it doesn’t save. Is this a known issue? Thanks!

Is there a way to include portfolio items in the website level search results? At the moment only pages are included that match the terms. E.g. if someone typed “Branding” into the site search, they wouldn’t just get a link to our Services page overview, but any projects that contain the work and/or tagged with “Branding”. Thanks!

Hi there, whenever I end things from an imported page template that at first Preview correctly end up breaking their styling when I hit Save or Preview again. For example font styles as soon as I make a change lose their sizing or colors. It looks like I have all of the plugins correctly installed and activated.
Not sure if this additional context will help but when I important try to edit content on Creative Event page template the light purple background for “Pre-sale offer” on the upper right of the page also just uses the default Blue still. Or for example when I edit the text for the side scrolling Malmo text it breaks the sizing and becomes super small.
