Since we have updated the theme and the core plugin of the theme, we see in our website that the scroll of the web is very slow and does not go down quickly on the page. There must be some error that does not allow the scroll. We have php version 8.2, with memory limit values above 512M. If you can help us, on this website bfvinformatica.com this is happening we also have another website with the same problem and theme.

Looking at the different demos this am and the sites are SUPER slow (e.g., 5+s loading times). Any insights on this as to why? As you know, sites need to load in <2.5s for a best usability, seo, etc.

All Qode tours cannot be edited with Elementor generally, I am getting 404. If I deactivate the “Qode tour” plugin error will not be present.

hi ! We bought the theme BRIDGE some times ago. While upgrading the theme and Wordpress, the license blocked. The support must deactivate the domain and reactivate it. It ask to contact the QodeInteractive but we can’t because the license has exceeded the supported date. Really ? So we can’t get any help after the 6 month ?

This could be due to the lazy loading feature for images added in WordPress 5.5 version. Please try installing the ‘Disable Lazy Load’ plugin.

I received an error message in wordpress: child Missing template. Standalone themes must have a templates/index.html or index.php template file. Child themes require a template header in the stylesheet style.css.
A Wordfence security vulnerability was also discovered: Description The Bridge Core plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via ‘formforall’ shortcode in versions up to, and including, 3.2.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

We are not sure what kind of changes you’ve made to the theme files inside of your Child theme, however, the modifications users make inside the Child theme are not covered by support.
The current version of the theme at the moment is 30.8.1 and Bridge Core version is 3.3.1.

It is related to the modifications you’ve made inside the Child theme, especially if you’ve edited the Template name in style.css of Bridge Child theme (please see screenshot). Once again, please understand that custom modifications inside child theme are not covered by theme support. Hello, I’ve an Architecture Bridge theme installed. In project pages I’ve small slider to show project images. In general setting Portfolio it’s possible to activate Lightbox for Images ma it doesn’t work for Slider.
