Yes, the problem is fixed, you can update
I just want to report, that websites break (frontend with a 500 error) after updating to Elementor (free + pro) to 3.25.0. I did a rollback so working for now again. Error logging on this site is not working (due to bad hosting), but I noticed something that JupiterX was calling an Elementor method that didn’t exist anymore, so hopefully you have enough information to replicate it.

We can no longer update any of the plugins that we were forced to use to make our website look and feel like the ones you created. Is it true, they plugins are all trial and do not come with your theme? I will bring this to Envato’s attention if that is true because we would have never purchased your theme. I use to be able to updated all plugins that come boxed with the theme, now I get an error that says, they are no longer available.
The following plugins failed to update. If there was a fatal error in the update, the previously installed version has been restored. - JetElements For Elementor (from version 2.6.20.1 to 2.7.0) - JetEngine (from version 3.5.4 to 3.5.7)

Unable to edit any pages, use elementor or edit headers, 404 pages or anything! Theme is completely broken on a fresh installation of wordpress…
I can’t even create a new page? Also, plugins are all trial?
Why charge $60 for a theme that’s just design? Feel scammed.
I have contacted support last week, and still awaiting a solution to a broken theme out of the box.
UPDATE:
The theme has no problems other than plugins are trial. The issue with the theme compablity is in the server and htcacess details. You’ll need to update this file in your wordpress installation in order to get the plugins and some functions to work correctly.
This is a work-around and unfortunate for any non-experienced purchasers.

Hello, I have a problem with the ‘psychologist’ template. The layout is okay when I edit it in the back-end, but in the preview the layout is broken (images missing and layout all messed up). I’ve tested with other templates, they all work fine except this one (and this is the one I wanted to use). I have a client site that came over to us still using Jupiter 6.1. System hasn’t shown any updates, so I dug deeper and figured that out.
All other upgrades on the site have been installed and working fine — plugins, core, etc. — it’s actually pretty current, except for Jupiter.
My question is about the note on the 6.7.0 upgrade saying to update using an old version of WordPress, pre-5.5. That’s obviously out of the question at this point. Was whatever error or bug that direction was intended to circumvent fixed in a later version of the theme, and can I safely upgrade directly to 6.12.1?

We have Version 3.4.3 of the JupiterX theme. When we try to update to v4.7.8, it says that:
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
I see that the structure is changed for the latest versions.
Is there any article or steps to update to the newest versions now?

I updated today, site crash, got an email from Wordpress saying this: “In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Jupiter X Core.” and this too; WordPress version 5.8.10 (was updated to latest after) Current theme: JupiterX Child (version 1.0.0) Current plugin: Jupiter X Core (version 1.23.0) PHP version 8.2.20 (was tested on 7.4 too) Website says; “There has been a critical error on this website.”
I also did the rollback Elementor to 3.23 and Elementor Pro to 3.23 too. Each time I activate Jupiter X Core the site crash; “There has been a critical error on this website.”
