Do not buy this theme if you dont want your site to be filled with malware and lose years of work and spend hunders more and countless hours to remove them!
We have several licences of this theme and all of a sudden all our sites are affacted with malware and start redirecting website visitors to illegal sites, and when we contacted them, they have provided zero support and actually wanted more money; they said
‘Hi, I understand what you’re saying and that’s what I did. I made an update with a fix so that the theme is no longer infected with malware, now if after the update you still have problems with the theme, it is possible that you have an infected plugin or wordpress. Also, in order to disinfect a site that uses our theme, its owner must have a license with a valid support period. We cannot offer free updates and support. Your support ended in 2022-02-17; Thank you for your understanding! Calin’
We have ended up hiring additional developer to fix this and all good now, but we have lost money, anger and prestige in this process. I wouldnt recommend this theme to anyone.

We are sorry to hear that there were problems. Vulnerabilities can be found in most themes and plugins, even wordpress itself. That is a fact. These are normally fixed through updates, and that is what we do as well. When issues are identified, we investigate them, fix them and immediately released an update. It is very important to keep the theme updated, when updates are available. And it is also very important to consider using a security plugin, such as wordfence. These things alone will drastically decrease the chances of having malware on the website.
I see my colleague helped with cleaning the website. We try to help everyone, but unfortunately when dealing with an increased number of support requests we have to prioritize users that actually have support. Some infections require a lot of time to investigate and clean, especially on multiple websites. I see you are using the theme on many websites, but I only see one license key. And if you have other, maybe more recently purchased keys, you could have provided them.
To conclude, we are very sorry that you had such problems. But the issues you mentioned were a long time ago, and were very quickly fixed by us. From what I see you were most likely using old or very old theme versions across the websites. Updating the theme was very important. The theme does not have any known vulnerabilities at this time, and hasn’t had them for a while now.

The image that is used when sharing is usually the featured image. And sharing on socials require using OG meta tags, normally loaded with SEO plugins. Like for example if you test a post from one of our demos https://prnt.sc/U6PY-dSmqSUW If I test a post from your website, it looks like the image cannot be picked up by Facebook https://prnt.sc/Ot71EiDBaZf2 The image seems to provide a 403 error when accessed https://chatnewstv.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Enugu-Magic-Lab.jpg -> https://prnt.sc/WKtdDv0Ygqpk The cause of the problem with sharing on socials is mot likely because the images cannot be accessed by the socials. And such issues are most likely not caused by the theme, the image is surely providing the same error if you activate a different theme. I suggest checking with your hosting provider, they should be ale to check why there is a 403 error.

A child theme is optional, it is needed only if you plan to make code modifications to theme files. A child theme is not required for updating the theme. The website does not lose its content when the theme is updated, that would be quite an inconvenience if it would happen every time the theme is updated. Hi, is it possible to build the home page with a filter function? e.g. Add filters in the home page so that users can filter the post from a specific author AND with specific tags AND posted in a specific date range. It is like a product listing page with filters, but the “product” is the posts.

Hello, I want to buy the theme and take advantage of the Black Friday offer, but I have a problem with the new version of WordPress, the TagDiv Composer plugin doesn’t work. The composer works fine with the latest wordpress version. If there is a problem on the website where you are testing, it is probably caused by something specific, like the content of the page/content, or a plugin conflict, or maybe other factors. Hello, I am writing to you regarding a problem that a customer of mine is experiencing. My customer’s 400 GB server is full and the biggest reason for this is that an image is uploaded in too many different sizes.

The theme will create all the thumbnail sizes that are enabled in the theme panel https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ Usually not all of them have to be created, we recommend disabling the ones that are not needed. To remove them, first you have to know which ones are actually needed. To do that you could disable all the sizes, and then check the website carefully. Check what placeholders are displayed https://prnt.sc/LnSuUdX0zsZY and enable just those sizes. Then regenerate the thumbs with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ Activate the option to remove unused thumbs as well. This will take some time however, for so many images. But it’s the only way.

https://prnt.sc/uYnoHfsQpLodUsing retina thumbnails is optional. If those were enabled, the theme creates double the amount of thumbnails. There will be 2 for each size, a normal thumb and a retina thumb.
Not just the theme uses thumbs. Wordpress creates 3 sizes, and plugins can create them as well. The ones from wordpress could be disabled https://www.webtechriser.com/how-to-disable-creation-of-unnecessary-thumbnails-in-wordpress/ but if there are also other plugins that create thumbs, then I’m not sure what to suggest, maybe check the documentation of the plugin that creates them.

2. Is that a gallery post? And maybe a feature provided by your current theme. No quiero que salgan las páginas numeradas, si no cambiar el texto ”>” por Siguiente, ”<” Anterior y los números que aparece un texto fijo de “Página 1 de 7” por ejemplo como en pantallazo de otro sistema que te enseñé. Mi pregunta es si eso va configurado dentro del tema con alguna función o algo para no meterle un plugin más a mayores a la web.
