Hello Uncode team, i am pulling a live site to my staging environment to another staging/mydomain url and once changes are done i will re upload to original server.? I got errors trying to updates ucode plugins. How can i mange this. Client hosting wont let me staging that’s why i am using mine. How is the way to do this? Thanks

Hello, I encountered the Error 23 while updating two of uncode core plugins: Slider Revolution and Uncode Wireframes. There is a message: There is an expected problem related to a possible website migration. My host is saying there is critical errors with theme and needs update. Went to update theme and it is giving an error, same with the plugins for the theme. Nothing is updating. Please provide instructions, I don’t like when themes have all these issues. You should be automatically updated ciritical theme issues for everyone.

I have a counter as a headline element. But there is no space between the counter number and the suffix. If I insert a space before the suffix word, it is automatically deleted after a short time. Is there a fix for this?

I bought the license a while ago and never used it for a finished website, just played around with it. It now says my Envato code is already registered, but there is no active site using it … and I can´t use it for the final product I wanna bring live now.
Can you delete the use for the old one, as I don´t have any access here anymore… the WIP site is not existing anymore?

Hello! Unfortunately, we have never tested WooMultistore nor received any reports from Uncode users running it, so we don’t have enough information to confirm compatibility between the two. We see that they have a presale area, so we recommend checking with them if they have users who are also Uncode purchasers.
Since we support WooCommerce, Uncode’s basic functionalities shouldn’t have any issues working with plugins that extend WooCommerce’s capabilities. However, we can’t guarantee that advanced features, such as the custom cart, checkout, and product builder, will work without problems.
The best approach in these cases is to request a trial period or a free version of the plugin, if available, to test for any potential incompatibilities before making a purchase.

Yes, that’s what I did, but it doesn’t work, while the license is only used on one site

The field for custom CSS (Themes Options > CSS&JS) is disabled, so I cannot edit it. But it was working before. Do you have any ides how to enable it again?

Hi there, Is there a way, while using the Post Module to display product categories, to show only child categories dynamically so that I can use this as a template (content block) for the archive page?
Example: If I am on the Electronics category page, I want to display only its child categories in a post format (e.g., carousel).
What the video covers is displaying product categories in different styles using post module with taxonomy custom query, but what I need is to display only product sub-categories of the current parent category.
Hi nader-amer! Then I don’t think this solution will work for your needs. I shared it because it’s the closest option available within the theme, but there’s no dynamic query functionality. If you have only a few categories, you could use CSS to hide elements based on the page, but this approach wouldn’t be practical if you’re dealing with many categories.

Usually, it’s available on the right column of the theme or on the pictures. Here you have to scroll down under all the photos and look for it. How can I proceed for the refund please ? I really tried but I’m not comfortable with it.

Hello, I was using pricing tables. It displayed 4 pricing table columns with no issues. When I added a 5th column it broke and the display was off. Is it possible to have 5 columns for pricing tables? If so, what can I do?

I’m having some issues after trying out the Dynamic Srcset , and then I switched to Adaptive Images. On my PC and phone is no issue, but the phone from my wife still has the issues. The issues are images not being loaded. They have a square with a ? in the center, basically a placeholder. Why is this happening, how to fix it? I already tried the DELETE ALL IMAGES button many times etc

Hello Team. I have noticed that Uncode handles products with 1 variation well. I have excluded variations “3” which are the sizes. Now, when a product has 2 attributes (size and color), it doesn’t display links on shop/main page with attribute_pa_color, which means that when you click on the product color variation on the shop/main page, and you are redirected to the shop page, it doesn’t have the color selected that you just clicked. How can we fix this?

Hi officialjduarte! This happens because when you exclude an attribute and display individual variations in the archives, WooCommerce doesn’t know which exact size to select. As a result, it cannot build a complete URL to show the selected attributes.
Please note that WooCommerce only displays a selected attribute if all attribute values are included in the URL—size included.
You might try setting a default size here: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/vYKWnR . However, this may not be enough for the reasons explained above. Unfortunately, if you exclude an attribute, this behavior is expected since a selection cannot be imposed arbitrarily.
I tried that before, I think it isn’t enough. So what can I do to exclude the size attribute properly? It’s messy when all the sizes are being displayed on the shop/homepages

The Envato support period exists precisely for this reason. If, for personal reasons, you weren’t able to build your site within the 6 months of support or chose not to renew it when offered, you should consider doing so. Without the ability to access your site, you need to understand that all we can do is point out the options we use in our demos. It becomes impossible from the outside to determine all the settings you might have misconfigured in WooCommerce or the theme.
