Yes, you can replace your current footer with any other demo footer on your site. To do this, go to Porto > Template Builder > Footer and create a new footer. Then, use the Porto Studio feature to import a pre-built footer. After saving your changes, navigate to Porto > Page Layouts to assign the new footer and set the appropriate display conditions. Hi, I updated the Porto functionality plugin yesterday and my website broke, the images are being displayed very large for my woo-commerce products, specially when being seen on desktop, but mobile is also affected. I tried reverting to a two days ago backup and it solved the issue but when I got back this morning, seems like things got broken again. Site is https://tienda.camping.cr Can you please provide some guidance on what to look for?
I have reverted to a back up again, and that solves the problem. I assume the problem happens when the new update theme gets installed it breaks items.

I bought ‘Porto’ 2 months ago and I have it installed on one site, I would like to install on my other site. The question is do I have to buy again paying like the first time for the whole theme or can I buy an additional license to install on the other site (if so, what price for extending the license to the other site)

One single license is for the one single live URL only, this is Envato policy and with all the themes on the ThemeForest, you may wish to confirm this with Envato as well, so if you wish to use the same theme on 5 different sites, you have to purchase 5 different licenses of the theme, there is no extending license policy.

I can’t find FAQ category IDs to add them to FAQ. For example in Porto FAQs demo page, I can see category ID 171, but FAQ categories don’t have any IDs. Also, when creating a new FAQ, categories are not shown, I can only see them in Quick edit mode after creating the FAQs.

If the categories are not visible on the frontend, ensure that each FAQ is assigned to a specific category. Only then will the categories display properly on the frontend.

Hello, I had long ago asked for this feature which seems essential to me in this Porto theme. Indeed, the social networks in the options are very limited. It would be really great to have a button allowing to add more and to choose either an image or an icon from the icon library. For example, I want to add the link to my Google mybusiness profile and I cannot currently do it as it is.

For some reason, the ‘Cleaning Services’ theme does not accept the ‘Sticky Header’ option – despite it being set in the Row settings and theme settings.

It is strange becaue I can not save change in the portal panel, it already appears popup message “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” . I installed twice already portal, and it is more strange everything is OK when it is new installed, but suddenly this problem appears.

2. Verify Security Plugins or Rules
Security plugins like Wordfence, Sucuri, or iThemes Security might block admin-ajax.php requests.
Temporarily deactivate your security plugin(s) and check if the issue persists. If deactivating resolves the issue, adjust the plugin’s settings to allow access to admin-ajax.php.
3. ModSecurity or Firewall Restrictions

Figured out, somehow html codes doesn’t work, only if I use video plugin on Elementor. For example tried to embed an Spotify code and the same blank.

Been a minute hope all is well. I have a question about product import and export. I want to change all product images to new images with new names for seo.
I downloaded the full product excel file. I changed all images fields to the new images names and imported. In the image field I used the full url to the media library images. When completed only 10% of the images imported successfully. What is the best practice for the image field url and best practice for import export.

Spoke to woocomnerce devs and they tried to reproduce the error with importing multiple images. They have informed that the theme blocks the importing of images unless the theme is default and blank wp 25.

I installed WPML currency switcher. It works fine on desktop. But currencies don’t change in real iPhone (they just change once, then don’t change anymore). I tried mobile view inspection with desktop browser and it works fine. But doesn’t work in real iPhone for example. Did you notice such issue? I also tried “CURCY – Multi Currency for WooCommerce” plugin which works fine by itself but doesn’t recognize template’s currency switcher.
