We love this theme, however – one question I have always meaning to ask – but keep forgetting to, why is it, in the BECustom BE Dashboard Editor – you can place text, but you cannot add images? When you do, no matter if you are using Media or Shortcode, when you hit save, and do to preview the dashboard, the images or shortcode are quoted out with a series of \ and ” trailing each other where the image or shortcode should be?

Hi, I have a question. I installed the theme on a localhost to work in a test environment. I have the license, but to install all the features, it asks me for it. My concern is that once I enter it, I won’t be able to use it again when setting up the production site. What do you recommend I do?

Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue when trying to import the latest pre-built websites introduced in BeTheme version 28.0.6 — namely “Paint Store” and “Agency 9”. The import fails with the following PHP errors:
PHP Warning: file_get_contents(.../paintstore/content.xml.gz): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory PHP Warning: gzdecode(): data error PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function children() on null
When attempting to retrieve paintstore.zip, I receive this JSON response:

This issue seems to affect only the two latest demos (“Paint Store” and “Agency 9”) added in version 28.0.6. All previous pre-built websites install perfectly without any problem.
Could you please:

- Or provide the XML content, theme options, and slider files for manual import?

There is absolutely no problems with latest prebuilt websites. We’ve answered on your private message a while ago so please check your inbox. If you have any further questions, please respond on the message we sent to you.
I’m convinced that the pre-built websites themselves are fine, but the issue lies in the installation process. Only the two most recent versions fail to install. The ZIP files placed here are empty: /wp-content/uploads/betheme/websites/paintstore/ /wp-content/uploads/betheme/websites/agency9/
However, if I try to install any other of your pre-built website, it works perfectly.

Hi,
I’m working on a new website using a BeTheme license purchased by my client.
I’m experiencing some difficulties with the Mega Menu — specifically, I’m building a fully customized layout. I was provided with a design mockup that I’m trying to replicate. What I need to create is this mega menu: https://snipboard.io/wHT5y2.jpg
Basically, when the user hovers over the menu items on the left, different content should appear on the right, for example, other submenus.

but I’m stuck. I can’t figure out how to display different content on the right for each menu item when a user hovers over the left menu.

Avoided to update till the critical issue with Betheme and found out, configuration of Theme Options did not develop at all. What a confusing stuff there… Mobile Menu no more working – took me 1.5 hours to play around with no solution. You guys can do much better. The whole thing got complicated, compare to another theme i do not want to invest more time with Betheme configurations…

We do not want to buy new support, as we never thought we need this… Right now we tested the latest version on 2 different installation and could not figure out how to adjust the old menu. see above post. So we started to make our new Menu within Templates and found out, it does not work at all – even inserting a premade menu does not happen to appear on new Header template. Again, two different installs with latest BeTheme Version. So we do not want buy support and do not spent so much time… If we can not use the theme without extensive tutorials, we change to more intuitve prdouct, we do not need gmmicks like this Slider and weekly updating Bakery editor… The logic now is placed on many different places and docs or videos are simply only overview….
First of all, we never told you to extend support. If you would send us the message through the contact form mentioned above, our support team would gladly assist you no matter if your support expired or not.
Secondly, we do never recommended to use bakery editor. We strongly encourage you to use the BeBuilder instead. This builder was 100% built in-house and is way lighter, faster and definitely more stable than any other website builder on the market. Moreover, it has a lot of great features that others doesn’t have. The BeBuilder is based on flexbox what gives you seriously infinite possibilities of designing. Lots of our customers already switched from most popular page builders and they enjoy the BeBuilder even more. We are pretty sure you’re gonna love it too.
As you never contacted us before, we don’t know what is the problem you’ve faced with but we are pretty sure that it is something simple that can be solved in time. Therefore, if you decide to use form above, we would be happy to help you.
