I would like to migrate from NewsMag to NewsPaper. I would like to keep my NewsMag them (It is one of the demos). How can we go about doing a smooth transition… (Colors scheme etc). I am ready to purchase.
That will take some work, these are different themes after all. The website will have to be replicated with the Newspaper theme. If you want to try it out, you could do it on a staging/testing clone of the live website, and install the Newspaper theme there and customize it to look like the current website. We will provide assistance as well and help you. Please let us know if you have more questions.

If I downloaded the NewsMag theme’s settings. Would you consider making a settings I could upload to the new NewsPaper theme? If there is cost let me know. I think that would be a good way of doing it. I would like the same done for the main “page” that is designed by the NewsMag Tag editor.

Is there an option to enable guest checkout ? For example if somebody buys an subscription he can buy without even having an account on the current website ?

That’s not possible unfortunately. In order to become a subscriber using our optin plugin, the visitor must first register on the website and have a subscriber account, and only then it will be possible to pay for the subscription. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, I am using Bimber theme on 2 websites. One of them has Google Adsense approval. I want to migrate to Newspaper theme (Voice demo) and I have a few queries- 1- Will migration affect my Adsense approval in any way? 2- I have 200 quizzes on one site using Snax plug in of Bimber. Will my quizzes remain active after migration to Newspaper theme? Is Snax plugin compatible with Newspaper theme. 3- Will all my articles remain safe, and do i need to consider anything else?

No, changing the theme won’t affect your AdSense approval, as long as your content and site structure remain compliant.
Snax is not officially compatible with the Newspaper theme; therefore, we can not say for sure if it will work or not. Your quizzes might still work, or work with layout or functionality issues.
Yes, your articles will remain safe. Just back up your site (files + database) before migrating. Also, check widget placements and shortcodes after switching.

All my posts/articles and 2-3 pages are using Elementor. Will they work equally fine on Newspaper theme.

I can’t quite say unfortunately. Pages may work, or if there are problems they can be recreated with our composer, if there are just 3 pages. But if the content of all the posts is built with elementor, and one of our cloud post templates is used to display the post content, then there may be layout or design issues. Mixing builders together is not usually a good idea in general. If you want you could test the theme. You can purchase it, and create a staging/testing clone of the live website, then install the theme there to see what happens. In case there are major issues which cannot be solved, and you can’t use the theme, them we can provide a refund for your purchase.

The simplest way to add an extra label, as shown in the example, is to include the desired text in the “Custom Label:” field for each article. Then, using custom CSS, you can position and style the label as needed:

My developer is scratching his head for the last 7 days to exclude rocket loader (cloudflare) from the ajax search, mobile menu and related post arrows, all uses ajax functionality. But after using rocket loader they don’t work on the newspaper basic theme. Please guide us how to fix this issue.

If the rocket loader from Cloudflare is used, you should exclude the JS code from the theme used for ajax requests, for example, tdAjaxSearch.js, tdMenu.js… it will be necessary to use the console and check in Network the JS files that are no longer loading on the website and exclude them from rocket loader,

I have tried adding the Newspaper/js/tdAjaxSearch.js, but still it does not load when the rocketloader (Cloudflare) option is on, deleted all the caches. Moreover, related article arrows also do not work and keep showing a loading image.

That is just the module, the block has design as well. I see the block itself is not available in the cloud library however. You could import the whole homepage of the demo https://prnt.sc/FUrSGZAcbjQB and copy the block from it using the right click menu https://prnt.sc/os6JX0ycIoiH and paste it in the location where you want to use it on the website. Or copy the whole row that contains the block if you want a similar section. Please try it.

I’m using the Newspaper theme and I noticed that after I was changing some blocks and imported the one I liked, an advertisement block appears automatically above the featured image in single posts and at the end (article pages). I think it is some bug. I cant see this block in backend when editing theme layout . I tried to erase image but contaimer is still there. This ad has the label “Advertisement” and is styled with the classes: .td_block_wrap.td-a-rec.td-a-rec-id-custom-spot.td-a-rec-img.td_block_template_1
I’ve tried hiding it via .php code, but it affects other ads on the site. I would like to completely remove only this specific ad block from single posts, while keeping other ad spots intact. Or better option is I would like to be able to edit this ad and put custom ad in this palce.
Could you please help me with this? I am using your theme a long period now and ai really think this is some bug.
I do not have any ad code manually inserted in this location, so I believe it’s being added by the theme automatically.

That is an ad box. But if you edit the post template with the composer it should be visible so you can easily remove it. The theme layout will be boxed if there is a general background image https://prnt.sc/2Vgl1QZknSI7 or color https://prnt.sc/d5SdvcLaLjNn set in the theme panel, in order to display the background. Stretching the rows will not work in this case, it will require removing the background first. Please check if there is a background image or color set and remove it. Quick question though: I’m using Coaching Pro template and for some reason I can’t find some of the specific settings. For example, the featured image size in blog posts.
I found it by checking the developer console but usually, these settings should be somewhere in the theme settings. right? So, how do I find these specific settings (i.e. current size of the featured image size on Coaching Pro template/demo)?
I checked the documentation but no luck there either. Any help is appreciated.

In the post template the image is set to be displayed in full https://prnt.sc/tL4o24cXcIZ- There’s no problem is you use larger images, but smaller images may produce lower quality results because the images are displayed as a background, and they will be stretched if they are smaller. Hello, I’m facing an issue with the theme.
First, when I try to add elements that require editing content using the WP editor, the editor starts loading but never actually opens.
Also, when I’m working on desktop and try to edit the mobile version of the page, nothing opens — so I’m unable to make the changes I want.

That is a very old theme version. Updating should work fine however. After updating if you see code in the pages, please install and activate the standard pack plugin -> https://prnt.sc/PiRSzx2DU68Y This plugin is required for older websites.
