As per Themeforest’s Official Licensing Terms, one license allows you to use Betheme for a single end project (website). If you wish to use it on a second website, a separate license purchase is required.
Each license, however, is lifetime, meaning you will receive lifetime updates at no additional cost. It’s a one-time payment with no hidden or recurring fees.
This policy applies to all themes available on the Envato marketplace.

Hello, we have already contacted support to explain the issue in more detail. Our Betheme license is still active on an old website that is no longer managed by us, as the domain has been transferred to another owner. Because of this, we are unable to deregister the license ourselves, and we cannot activate it on our new website.
We kindly ask for your help in removing the license from the old installation so that we can use it on our new project. Thank you!

this is not about help. I have bought this theme, i cant even use it. I try to check here too: https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ . i enter right details and i get error. The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.

These pages aren’t built with wp, they are custom coded.
Hi there I am having issue with my website. When I create my shop page it’s layout is fine but as soon as I assign the shop page in woocomerce the page layout is changed. The shop layout is overlapped on the menu and header of the website.

Hi, I hope you’re doing well.
I previously sent an email but haven’t received a response yet. I kindly ask for your help in revoking my purchase key so that I can use it on my new website. I believe the key was activated on a website I no longer have access to, and now I’m unable to register the theme on my new site.
I also tried checking the status on https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/, but it doesn’t seem to be working for me.

4. Betheme is compatible with elementor however there is no version of this plugin included. Nevertheless, we strongly encourage you to use the BeBuilder instead. This builder was 100% built in-house and is way lighter, faster and definitely more stable than any other website builder on the market. Moreover, it has a lot of great features that others doesn’t have. The BeBuilder is based on flexbox what gives you seriously infinite possibilities of designing.
