Hi. We have two licenses for this theme on client websites. I know where one is registered as we still provide updates for the client. However I cannot find where the second license is registered – and your website doesn’t have a system available to check registrations. Please can you advise on the license we own starting with ‘a6d06’ and where it’s registered? We may or may not want it deregistered, just need to check first. We are registered on Qode Interactive but obviously support has expired and they won’t let me submit a ticket request there.

Bakery plugin does not work correctly after update – why is this? It is not to access anymore and shows code on the website

We couldn’t reproduce this on our installation.

Please check if your purchase code is registered in Bridge Dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

as the purchase is older your help center does not work anymore. However – update should still be possible, but does not work well.

Hello, how do I update to the new version? There is no information anywhere which version is the latest – neither on the site nor in the support, not here – not inside the topic… what kind of nonsense is that?Will the settings be lost when updating? Why is there no update button?

To update Bridge theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from the video tutorial in this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. When you update theme and plugins, navigate to Qode Options > General and click on ‘Save Changes’ button in order to generate a new dynamic CSS file.

The content you created using the theme and options you’ve set are stored in the database and they will not be lost after you update the theme. Of course, it is a good practice to create a backup version of your website before updating the theme, in the event something unexpected occurs during the update process. This way you can restore the backup and repeat update process. You can learn how to easily backup your website here.

Hi, I couldn’t login at qodeinteractive. It shows working after I sign but it does not let me in. Anyway the question I need ask over there “is it possible to register at my hosting side to show my client before I install their hosting site. They wanted to see my customized bridge demo before they install and register in their site. I meant, is it possible to register same both place with same licence key. If not what do you suggest me to do?

Please note that each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain.

Since your current license is already in use for a site where Bridge theme is active, then it is necessary to purchase a new license for a new project. Regular License is a lifetime license, and if you don’t end up using it for the project in question, you can use it in the future for something else.

I did not register yet, how come I can not use somewhere else? Should my customer can see only at your demo sites? Dont I have any chance to show them what they want on my hosting? How about, If I install and register bridge theme on their hosting and customized there?

Our system which displays registered licenses is showing that you’ve registered only one license so far. If you’ve purchased another license and haven’t registered it yet, then you can of course use it for your new installation of Bridge.

Is the Qode Tours plugin only usable on Bridge’s travel demos? I’m not using one of the travel-related demos but I want to create a destinations and tours page like those on the Travel (WPBakery) demo. I don’t want to import the Travel demo in an alternate environment and then copy the info into the existing site. (I don’t think I even know how). Is there an easier way to create those pages in my non-travel Bridge demo theme?

The theme is compatible with both WPBakery and Elementor, so you can continue to use WPBakery.

You can also update the theme, we just recommend creating a backup of your site prior to update. It is a good practice to create a backup version of your website before updating the theme, in the event something unexpected occurs during the update process, so you can restore the backup and try again. PRESALES QUESTION: I’m looking at the Bridge theme for a portfolio site. I want to set featured images within a project and have those images appear in an image slider on the home page (like this one: https://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge120/) This feature will make it easier for clients to update their site. Is featured image slider available with your theme? Also, is it possible to set your theme to Auto-update within Wordpress? Slider showcased on this demo is a regular gallery slider, however, there are portfolio slider elements in the theme. Some of the examples are shown in demos bridge331, bridge409, bridge406 and bridge400.

Theme can be updated using Envato Market plugin or via FTP and both methods are covered in this tutorial.

I got a download of the latest version of Bridge on 10/25 but when I try to install the update for WP Bakery, it shows that the version included in the download package is much older. I have 8.6.1 and it wants to install version 7.0. The latest version it should include is 8.7.2. (Edit: I downloaded the file again today and this time it includes 8.7.1.)

my theme is from 8 months ago when i updated it .. for some reason i have the child theme so i have to update it manually every time which could be hectic i wish i could just automatically update the theme.. my them is outdated and also the bridge core plug in is outdated as well you think that could be an issue .. how would i change the theme to a parent them to make it update automatically .. or is it permeant one your choose between parent theme or child theme..

i know when updating i just have to update the parent side so the child them doesn’t get changed at all right .. just strictly update the new theme with the parent theme .. so so all the customizations stay to the same… onetime i updated the wrong way and some of the work i did got erased.. is there anyway to go back so that the theme is just one theme instead of playing the game with the child and parent theme option ..

Child themes are useful for adding your own code snippets to a theme and keeping them safe from theme updates. For more info about child theme please check this article. I received notifications about plugin vulnerabilities for both WP Bakery (Cross Site Scripting vulnerability) and Revolution Slider (Broken Access Control vulnerability).
