Hi, I installed the demo 429 on my www.siamostormi.com. I’ve got an issue regarding my mobile menu. I’d like it to show the sub-pages with an icon, as in the mobile menu of bridge 488 (where you can click on “pages” and see “about us”, “servides” and so on). In my mobile menu I also have the need of showing the pages “Tariffe Progettazione” and “Tariffe Comunicazione” which are sub-elements of Tariffe but I don’t know what to doin order to make clear to a mobile user that there are these secondary pages in the menu. When I purchased the theme, I explicitly informed your support team that my blog was bilingual. Based on the guidance I received, I set it up by installing WordPress twice on the same domain — one installation for English and one for Turkish — and used the same theme and license for both, since it was a single site and a single domain.
Recently, the license on the Turkish installation was disabled, and the site layout is now broken. I understand your licensing policy, but this setup was done with the knowledge and approval of your support team at the time of purchase.
These are personal blogs, not monetized websites, and I only post occasionally. Before purchasing a second license, I wanted to ask if there is any way this situation can be resolved without requiring an additional payment, given the original agreement and single-domain usage.

Hi, I uploaded my .png logo in various sizes – the smallest being 280×182px and the bigger 595×386px – and set the sticky header. I tried with a header heigh of 60px and of 120px. I tried setting the center logo and not. The problem is that my logo is not displaying. What is the problem? Hi. We have two licenses for this theme on client websites. I know where one is registered as we still provide updates for the client. However I cannot find where the second license is registered – and your website doesn’t have a system available to check registrations. Please can you advise on the license we own starting with ‘a6d06’ and where it’s registered? We may or may not want it deregistered, just need to check first. We are registered on Qode Interactive but obviously support has expired and they won’t let me submit a ticket request there.

Please check if your purchase code is registered in Bridge Dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

To update Bridge theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from the video tutorial in this article – How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. When you update theme and plugins, navigate to Qode Options > General and click on ‘Save Changes’ button in order to generate a new dynamic CSS file.
The content you created using the theme and options you’ve set are stored in the database and they will not be lost after you update the theme. Of course, it is a good practice to create a backup version of your website before updating the theme, in the event something unexpected occurs during the update process. This way you can restore the backup and repeat update process. Hi, I couldn’t login at qodeinteractive. It shows working after I sign but it does not let me in. Anyway the question I need ask over there “is it possible to register at my hosting side to show my client before I install their hosting site. They wanted to see my customized bridge demo before they install and register in their site. I meant, is it possible to register same both place with same licence key. Please note that each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain.
Since your current license is already in use for a site where Bridge theme is active, then it is necessary to purchase a new license for a new project. Is the Qode Tours plugin only usable on Bridge’s travel demos? I’m not using one of the travel-related demos but I want to create a destinations and tours page like those on the Travel (WPBakery) demo. I don’t want to import the Travel demo in an alternate environment and then copy the info into the existing site. (I don’t think I even know how). Is there an easier way to create those pages in my non-travel Bridge demo theme?
