ok that would probably work but i don’t use child themes ever since i started using this theme as The7 theme historically over the past decade and 100s of site license has everything a good solid site needs lol! Thank you for the info, i’ll just use the tumblr icon for now until I decide if I want to go back and change to child themes on each site that need tiktok.
by the way, i love this freaking theme with wpbakery!

Why is this Better Block Editor (BBE) and the BBE Plus plugin getting installed automatically? The one great thing about this theme is that it requires the fewest plugins and looks amazing and has great functionality and design already. This plugin is not needed as I use WPBakery. Is there a reason this is getting installed and turned on without my knowledge on each site I have with The7?

If you are using WPBakery, it definitely shouldn’t.
Sorry, but I have to double-check. Are you 100% positive you weren’t installing FSE (Gutenberg-based) demos?
I keep running across sites that have it installed all of a sudden and i do not install it. Maybe an update or something. Not a big deal as it’s easy to uninstall, just getting frustrating as it keeps happening somehow. I just updated a site today but it didn’t do it. I’ll keep track of updates to see if it’s happening on a certain update or whatever!
I just found both plugins installed on another site I built that i never installed the two bbe plugins on. Weird how this keeps showing up installed lately…

We did an extensive investigation after your initial report. And we were not able to reproduce the issue. BBE and BBE Plus are getting installed ONLY if you install an FSE pre-made website.

I just ran across two other sites that I built back in November, very basic sites, never had bbe installed, only WPBakery, on either of them, both bbe plugins were installed when i went to do an update for the client. Weird. I’ll contact support when i can. Thanks!

My support period has expired, but I hope you can still help me with this issue.
I recently moved my website from one hosting provider to another. The old host was using PHP 7.4, and the new one is running PHP 8.2.
After the migration, I noticed that the theme is having problems with the JS Composer plugin on PHP 8.2.
I understand that my support has ended, but I believe a theme should work properly with newer PHP versions, or at least receive updates to stay compatible.
I have purchased your themes several times for different websites, so I would really appreciate it if you could suggest a solution for this plugin issue without requiring me to renew support.

Hello There,
I know you don’t provide support here; however, I’m contacting you here first so you are aware of the issue that I am having with this product.
The theme throws 503 errors upon activation as the site’s main theme. Once I switch back to the WP Default theme, the site is up with no issues.

I can edit ‘Fancy image’ on WPBakery but I can’t edit ‘Text Editor’. It keeps giving errors.

Hello! This approach hasn’t been officially tested with The7. However, since JetEngine is designed to work seamlessly with Elementor and the Block Editor, you can give it a try – it may work as expected.

hi i just purchased the theme and i enabled in The7 settings, custom, and added the team post type. is there a global settings to change the team single page, so i dont need to go through each member one by one and make changes?

I see that Slider Revolution is included in the theme, but are there any templates/pre-made sliders available to import as demo data? The Import/Templates feature of Slider Revolution doesn’t work as the plugin was bundled with the theme and I do not have a license code for SR… thank you.

Alternatively, you can use sliders from our demos.
I’m sorry but that doesn’t answer my question. The only “slider” that was imported with the Elementor demo was one single hero image for Elementor itself, not for Slider Revolution. I am asking if your theme provides any Slider Revolution templates, or how can I possibly download them directly from SR without a license to SR.

A lot of the demos don’t even load, so I can’t view. Example: https://the7.io/corporate/ just hangs. Most themes just bundle the demo data in the main files download – that would be very helpful here so I wouldn’t have to spend several days asking.

Thank You for your support one problem is solved the other is i have imported the page with the help of single page now the container of elementors theme from one page to other page is not getting pasted it is showing CTRl+V still the same. I have all elementor pages to be imported and all the containers i have use to creative my own web pages which i am unable to do. Same page containers are getting copied but if i want other page containers that style i to intergrate in my new webpage which i am unable to do it.
