Hello, I bought this theme many times before. I wanted to change the way my web sites look. However i can’t find the menu to change how menu in the top / header area looks. I found something but i can only change simple layouts, i tried to change the back ground color etc. It doesnt change anything when i say update. Can you please help. I am editing the dental theme.

All of our demos have always been provided in one variation of a page builder only, and they can be edited exclusively with that builder. The Yoga & Pilates Studio demo is built with the Block Editor (FSE), so it can’t be edited with WPBakery.

Hi! I have a question about the Pro Elements plugin. I think it’s currently used by thousands of people on their websites, but Elementor is on its way to Elementor One. Do you think there will be a time when the Pro Elements plugin will no longer work due to technical updates (new classes, API, EditorV4 architecture) or some functionality will be moved to the server/cloud/licensing). This is important for the long term. I’d like to hear your thoughts. Thank you.
Hello! Elementor claims that existing Pro users can continue using their licenses – Elementor One is an optional upgrade, not a forced migration. Since PRO Elements plugin enables Elementor Pro GPL features, it means the plugin should keep working fine.

This theme no longer works. It gives an error 503 when activated. Backend still accessible – no problems with memory limits etc. Talked to hosting company: theme is at fault.

Hello! You can add native Elementor galleries https://the7.io/elementor-main/elements_list/gallery/ BTW, using our tool https://guide.the7.io/elementor/user-guide/the7-dashboard/the7/#single-page-import you can import this single gallery page after importing the Corporate demo (or any other demo).
I’m not familiar with FSE. And I don’t see any documentation that guild me how to edit the site using Block Editor

Theme Registration is not working. When I put the purchase code it’s giving me a message “This purchase code is already in use on another website. Please de-register it on the original site or manage your licenses remotely at my.the7.io.”
could deregister and register again.
Hello! Glad to hear you have resolved the issue. Please consider that, according to Envato rules, 1 website = 1 license. Even if the original website went offline. This is true for all ThemeForest themes, not just The7.

ok that would probably work but i don’t use child themes ever since i started using this theme as The7 theme historically over the past decade and 100s of site license has everything a good solid site needs lol! Thank you for the info, i’ll just use the tumblr icon for now until I decide if I want to go back and change to child themes on each site that need tiktok.

Why is this Better Block Editor (BBE) and the BBE Plus plugin getting installed automatically? The one great thing about this theme is that it requires the fewest plugins and looks amazing and has great functionality and design already. This plugin is not needed as I use WPBakery. Is there a reason this is getting installed and turned on without my knowledge on each site I have with The7?

Sorry, but I have to double-check. Are you 100% positive you weren’t installing FSE (Gutenberg-based) demos?
I keep running across sites that have it installed all of a sudden and i do not install it. Maybe an update or something. Not a big deal as it’s easy to uninstall, just getting frustrating as it keeps happening somehow. I just updated a site today but it didn’t do it. I’ll keep track of updates to see if it’s happening on a certain update or whatever!
I just found both plugins installed on another site I built that i never installed the two bbe plugins on. Weird how this keeps showing up installed lately…

We did an extensive investigation after your initial report. And we were not able to reproduce the issue. BBE and BBE Plus are getting installed ONLY if you install an FSE pre-made website.

I just ran across two other sites that I built back in November, very basic sites, never had bbe installed, only WPBakery, on either of them, both bbe plugins were installed when i went to do an update for the client. Weird. I’ll contact support when i can. Thanks!

My support period has expired, but I hope you can still help me with this issue.
I recently moved my website from one hosting provider to another. The old host was using PHP 7.4, and the new one is running PHP 8.2.
After the migration, I noticed that the theme is having problems with the JS Composer plugin on PHP 8.2.
I understand that my support has ended, but I believe a theme should work properly with newer PHP versions, or at least receive updates to stay compatible.
I have purchased your themes several times for different websites, so I would really appreciate it if you could suggest a solution for this plugin issue without requiring me to renew support.

I know you don’t provide support here; however, I’m contacting you here first so you are aware of the issue that I am having with this product.
The theme throws 503 errors upon activation as the site’s main theme. Once I switch back to the WP Default theme, the site is up with no issues.
