Hello, I am finishing a website with your theme and I have just seen a problem with the lightbox. I have some buttons that open a lightbox with an image, but that lightbox can only be closed by clicking the X. It is very important that the lightbox closes by clicking everywhere outside the image. I really want to keep using it, but I don’t know what to do anymore. I have been working on this for 2 months but still having the issue of… Core Web Vitals Assessment: Failed
Google has basically removed the site from search results, except for images which still rank well. I got the site to 100% Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO, but no matter what I do, Performance is between 55-75, with the Largest Contentful Print in the red zone at over 5 seconds. Desktop performs better than mobile but both fail.
There are a lot of Insights and Diagnostics in Performance, but the top two in red are:- Render blocking requests Est savings of 2,560 ms
- Improve image delivery Est savings of 4,079 KiB
- Avoid enormous network payloads Total size was 5,439 KiB
- Validation Failed Completed: 4/3/26
- 100% of your pages load slowly (LCP)
- LCP issue: longer than 4s (mobile)
Images are plentiful, but all manually optimized in PhotoShop, large pixel dimensions but nothing over 500kb size-wise.
Litespeed Cache plugin installed, hosting CDN is on, WebP image compression is on in the CDN.
In Uncode options, Dynamic Srcset is on (image quality 80, with image size range 258,516,720,1032,1440,2064,2880). Adaptive Images is off because every image was blurry and taking too long to load. All unnecessary scripts are disabled, and no settings conflict with Litespeed Cache settings.
Based on the information above (and without asking for site creds, etc.), is there anything standing out as what could cause “Core Web Vitals Assessment: Failed” and the site to be removed from Google listings? Does the theme have any issues with Litespeed or any other settings you can think of? Web Vitals takes a month to collect data and I’ve been working on this for 2 months with no improvements no matter what I do. It is a long-time site with no previous ranking or PageSpeed issues until switching to Uncode. I don’t want to stop using the theme because I put to much time into getting it exactly the way I want it, and fine-tuning the other CWV metrics.

Hello the font weight for heading 300 and below doesn’t work.
Hi kingsleymensah! It seems very strange that this isn’t working, as we use it across many of our demos and it functions no differently than any other font weight. However, without a direct link to your site or login access to see your specific configuration, it is difficult to determine what might be missing. It is virtually impossible to diagnose the issue without being able to preview the live page.

if you are using a custom font, please make sure that you have actually uploaded the different font weights you want to use, including 300 or lighter ones. If those weights are not included in the font files, the browser cannot display them and will usually fall back to the closest available weight. So, for example, if your custom font only includes 400 and 700, setting 300 in the Heading module will not produce any visible difference. Please check which weights were uploaded for that custom font and let us know.

It is difficult to compare your goal to a website found online that wasn’t built with our theme, as every product and framework functions differently. Hi Guys ! I have another question: I’ve searched everywhere, to no avail. I have a very simple page (content) with just a content block (contact_bloc) that I’ve placed in the page header (header type : Contact Block). Everything works perfectly. But the page’s skin is in “dark” mode. Since the page is white, I just want to switch it to “light” mode to better see my menu. But I can’t find this option anywhere. It seems to be possible only with a classic “default” header. Perhaps you have a small CSS shortcode I could inject into the page to fix this? Thanks !
I’ve found it…. BUT…, On another test page, I found that in Page Option / Content I can access to skin customization (Inherit / Light / Dark). It wasn’t active because on my contact page, I’ve set Content Type on “none. So I can access to skin settings… BUT, despite this, it do not work with my original contact bloc because it has 2 columns !!! With 1 ROW / 1 column…. no problem… With 2 columns, impossible to switch the skin ! Did you know that ?
Possible to fix this with inserting a row (divided in columns) inside a main row. Maybe it is the normal behavior… So no need to answer this… sorry for disturbing.

Hello, a couple of days ago I have updated the theme to the latest version (theme files and uncode core plugin). Since then, the frontend loading time has skyrocketed, the whole website frontend is slow in every single section and page / product. We’re talking of a website that does less than 100 visits/day and that was working perfectly fine until the theme has been upgraded. I’m on WordPress 6.9.4 woocommerce 10.6.1 and theme 2.11.5. All plugins are updated to the latest version. Please let me know, thanks

When creating a custom search content block to serve results for both products and posts, I created tabs and put a posts module (grid layout) in each tab with dynamic query (one for posts, one for products) and pagination (pagination history off, tab history/permalinks off).
It displays correctly at first. One tab has related products with the correct pagination numbers, the other has related blog posts with a different number of pagination because there are more posts than products for that search term.
When clicking page two of the products (first tab), it scrolls back up and loads up page two of the listings. When clicking page two of blog posts (second tab), it scrolls back up and loads page two of products, not posts.
Do you think there is a setting I am missing to make this work or is it impossible to make this work?
(Side question/observation: Is it normal for other taxonomy archives to default to the search content block settings? The site was 503ing bad and finally found that when visitors or bots landed on a WooCommerce tag page, it was pulling the content block from Archives > Search and when there were no results it was showing every post and product since there was nothing for the dynamic query to sort out. Maybe you can create a catch all “Other Taxonomies” section in the Archives settings, or make a note that Search settings will be the default for all other taxonomies that there aren’t options for.)

We are not entirely sure what you mean by ‘was showing every post,’ but please note that within the Theme Options, you can specifically define what content should be displayed when no results are found: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/oTairm
Additionally, if you are looking for more granular control over these types of archive pages and how they are indexed or displayed, we recommend managing this through a SEO plugin, which is the standard practice for handling these specific configurations.
1. Thank you for the screenshot. Didn’t notice the single pagination warning when setting up the page. Is there any work-around, because I created the perfect tabbed search results page to sort products from content while having it all on one page. As many of us know, the scattered way WP, WC, and other add-ons like forums or BuddyPress handles search is not good for user experience.
2. In this instance, product tags are viewed at sitedotcom/tag/product-tag. There is no option in Uncode Archives settings to handle this specific taxonomy, but it is pulling the content block from Archives > Search.
Example:
Product “1” is tagged “A”, and it is the only product tagged A. Going to sitedotcom/tag/A would show product 1 (pulling from the the settings in Uncode > Archives > Search > Content Block which is using Posts module > Grid: Layout > Dynamic Query Type: On > Post Types: Product).
BUT, when product 1 is sold-out and catalog visibility is changed to Search Results Only, then sitedotcom/tag/A is showing every post on the site (causing the site to 503 because it is loading everything).
Notes: This does not happen when the product visibility is set to Shop Only. Also, as you mentioned, changing Archives > Search > Content Block No Results to Inherit instead of using the same content block works.
This wasn’t about SEO or indexing, but more about hard links that lead users or bots back to sitedotcom/tag/A when nothing exists there at the moment because it is sold out and hidden, causing the site to load every post and overload the site.
Conclusion:
1. Would be helpful if there is a way to have multiple pagination in a tabbed set up like this (it really looks good and almost works!), or an Uncode wireframe with tabbed results for WP/WC use cases.
2. The Content Block No Results is a good solution, but you may want to look into the loading of all posts when no results are found while using a posts module content block. Also, maybe create a fallback or catch-all Archives setting, or is Archives > Search supposed to be what handles that?
PS – Uncode theme options and support is underrated. I am grateful for your willingness to help those of us without renewed support while not pointing out that support has expired. I will renew support this week to show appreciation for the time you put into this theme and giving exceptional support here. Thank you.

Regarding the tags, they do not pull settings from ‘Search,’ but rather from the General Archive (the same one used for categories).
