Is there a way to check which live websites are currently using these licenses/themes? I can’t seem to remember which websites I originally activated them on.
Also, am I able to reuse one of these licenses for a new website? My understanding is that the license would simply be deactivated from the previous site, which is completely fine with me.

Hi, I have purchased several Uncode licenses over the years for different projects.
In some cases, a website has been completely discontinued and replaced by a new one (different domain, same client / same project evolution). The original installation is no longer active and the purchase code has been deregistered.
In this scenario, would it be acceptable to reuse the license for the new website that effectively replaces the previous one, or is a new license always required?

Hi guys ! I’ve a new “little” strange issue. Not a big deal : I use WPML to have a French and English version of my website http://www.illuminens.com/. no problem with it. In my Uncode Theme option / Navbar / Menu / Behavior “Menu Sticky Mobile” is OFF. Oddly enough, the menu is sticky on the english version, but not in the french version. However, the settings are exactly the same ! The phenomenon is present on almost all pages and portfolios. Do you have an idea ? Thanks.
Hello, please note that Theme Options are forced to be global and cannot be saved per secondary language, as this would lead to inconsistencies across the site: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/hoeSE0 For this reason, the behavior you are experiencing should not depend on different settings between languages. The most likely cause is related to caching. For example, WP Fastest Cache may have stored different cached versions of the pages for each language. I would recommend temporarily disabling the caching plugin and clearing all caches to check if the issue persists.

BUT, i have unfortunately a problem.. I try to work on a shop page via the Frontend editor, but i get an error message upscreen which says:
“This page can not be edited with WPBakery since it is missing a WordPress default content area. Learn how to fix this issue.”...
I tried to find an info on your website or here in the comments section, but found nothing (maybe my eyes

Hello, if you could provide the URL of the page you are working on, it would be easier to identify the issue. However, in general, this kind of problem can occur when a “reserved” name is assigned to a page. In this case, WordPress may redirect to an archive page, which cannot be edited directly with the Builder.
Another possibility is that you are trying to edit something that does not have actual content, for example due to specific Page Options or Theme Options settings. Without seeing the page directly, it is difficult to determine the exact cause.

Hi kingsleymensah! Without being able to perform a direct check, we cannot provide a definitive answer. In Uncode, SVG files are generally uploaded without any issues. If you are unable to upload them even when using dedicated plugins, it strongly suggests that there may be a restriction or block at the server level.
I am not sure if this is tiny bug, but the fixed elements are displaying on the left of the screen whether I choose left or right in the display position.
Also, if I can ask…what is the font you have used for the title in the header on the VERALTO demo? It really is cool.

I am unsure and possibly this is not to do with the parentheses and more to do with some kind of theme options corruption, Had to revert to an older DB to correct the situation but feel like there could be some kind of instability that is unknown.

Hi, this theme seems to be missing post / info popups. For example for the teams there is a need to see more bio info on a team member. There is no popup option expecially for mobile to view thier bio and image in a popup post form. Please advise if we are missing something or can you please implement this for teams so people can view bio info? Thanks

It seems there is a security and privacy issue regarding the theme’s functionality.
The theme is hardcoding calls to an external service (https://via.placeholder.com/500x500.png) in the following files:
\uncode\core\inc\helpers.php (Line 947)
\uncode\vc_templates\vc_single_image.php (Lines 672 and 702)
This is a very unusual design choice that I didn’t see documented anywhere. Beyond the security risk, this is a GDPR compliance concern, as it forces a connection to a third-party server and exposes the user’s IP address without consent, even when no media is missing on the frontend.
I discovered this because LiteSpeed Cache (LScache) flagged errors while attempting to cache this external asset during a routine log check.
To ensure privacy compliance and better performance, it would be best to replace these third-party calls with a local placeholder file (or a base64 encoded SVG) bundled within the theme itself.

Am I understanding correctly that purchasing 12 months of additional support for Uncode ($82.26) costs more than just purchasing the theme again along with12 months support ($76.63). Did the price recently increase? I must be missing something, and if not, this seems to be fairly unreasonable.
The amount of support a 3+ year customer needs is not likely as much as a new customer needing to learn the system from scratch. Why treat your longstanding customers this way?

A quick follow-up then to understand how I want to proceed with my current options, if that’s cool. Here’s my question: If I just buy the theme again with the 12-month support, can I apply that support to the site I first purchased it for? Or does that support only link to a second site somehow?
I really like Uncode. The current problem I’m having with it is not a deal-breaker, but it is a blocker for me in terms of how I want my site to appear, so I think I’ll be needing to continue support for it still to get past this.
Ok, so I did just read that Envato charges 87.5% of the product cost for renewing expired support, but something is just not adding up, bc that would be ~$33, right?
Seriously, I might just be missing something. But could be good to bring up with them either way, since it impacts how people see the value of your product and product support. I’ve contacted them and will give an update here if I get a response.
