Hello there! I’m interested on buying your theme because it looks very nice and easy to handle. I already have a directory page and I would like to replace it with your theme. Some pages that I would like to replicate as closer as possible are the above. Is it doable without additional coding? a. https://www.pawfinder.gr/ b. https://www.pawfinder.gr/aggelies/ Listing categories by location c. https://www.pawfinder.gr/dogbreeds_b/Beauceron/

We have checked the pages you provided us. We are not sure about the details settings. They seems to be possible. Is the 3rd page an archive page? If so, we also have the archive pages.

However, we are not really sure how the detail works and your topic is different from our demo sites as what we have. For the detail settings, you need to work on them. We are not able to assist to make the pages from the scratch or assist some your own pages.

- Can I make a page from scratch and save it as a template, so if a do a change on a template, all pages will be renewed automatically? It depends on the pages. for listing detail pages, you can use our template builder.

– Listing page: can you add a date stamp on the listings (when was they created or last edited)? Yes, we have. You can use post meta.

– Listings. Do listing have an expiration date and if yes, when renewing or editing a listing, is there shown in the first place? We have the expiration date. if it’s expire, the listing won’t show.

– Does the theme provide email templates such as New Member registration etc That’s more fore WordPress option. We don’t have.

– Can I upload my own icons for the categories, amenities etc – Are the amenities clickable (in order to show for example all Listings with “Pet Friendly” amenities)? You can upload category icons.

– How many levels of map locations are there? We currently provide one level.

– Is there a feature for Newsletter sign up? You can use Mailchimp plugin

– is the site responsive to mobile version? Yes, it is. We will also update soon for some more.

Also ..How can I register the theme to another domain..? I changed domain and I cannot update wpbakery plugin – says it is still registered to old domain..

You can get it from “installable WordPress only”. If it’s related to wpbakery, you need to have a look at the plugin doc.

In Javo Directory 4 is it possible to upload multiple videos in a single Listing as you upload Images using the Gallery (Single Listing) widget?

You can only add one video. But you can still upload more videos in the description on the backend.

The files still haven’t been corrected, and there is the no click issue that’s happening. Why is the v4 not in the all downloadable files?

You’re not understanding. You are saying you fixed it, and Im saying, the javo-directory file isn’t in the folder at all when you download all plugins and files. It’s literally not there for v4 (no javodirectory.zip). You have to place it in the file. It may be fixed but it’s not in the download. I can’t send to support I don’t have support and wouldn’t need it because the file should be in there right?

Check your latest download there is an error, specifically in the javo core plugin, i was able to revert back but im update you so that you know. it is causing an issue with elementor and the install files aren’t packaged correctly with plugins and directory v4 when downloading everything all together.

Hi, I have tried to install the theme but the importing is facing issue. Used one professional from Fiverr also to do the job. But he also could not do it. I have sent an email regarding this to your email a week. Please check and revert back.

When you have a problem with import, that’s mostly from your server configuration issue. On the screenshot, you imported data. and you imported multiple times and menu added like that. You should delete the menu and import again or remove the menus what you don’t need.

Hi, I had to use different import options to get that: 1. Default import: failed 2. Javo menu > import: partially success 3. One click import: failed 4. WP import: failed. Can you ask anybody to check my email that I had sent a week ago to your email. I purchased the a year ago but never used the theme and not used your support also. I may require your installation support and I’m ready to pay a charge. Thanks.

It might be the problem with your server issue. Please contact our support team for the details to check. You can also send an installation service request via our support site.

Can a vendor when adding products add the products in their local currency? For example, I am looking for the vendors to add products in GBP, USD, EURO.

Example1: Vendor from UK lists an item for sale in GBP.

Example 2: Vendor from USA lists their item for sale in USD

Very important that it will work as above and not conflict with the website base currency. Some themes do not work as above and when vendors try to sell items in USD the base currency always gets selected and then the currency convertor converts base currency to USD but that is wrong as I need the vendor to enter 500 USD and then can convert that 500$ into GBP or any other currency

Can I know what are the difference between Javo Spot and Javo Directory v4 ? Is it Javo Spot support WPML?

They are using the same framework. But different design. There might be some similar one from Javo design pack we added.

However, Javo Directory is recently more advanced one.

Unfortunately, WPML is not supported.

That was for an old version. Not current version.

Hi team, the directory on the mobile does not look quite right. From the mobile, the Map button and the List button are misaligned. But that is only an aesthetic issue. The worst thing is that when you activate the Search Filter, the filter options cover what is below. If the List option is activated, the first listing is not visible and the next one is only partially visible. If instead you have the map activated, it is completely covered and cannot be seen. We are urged to correct this issue because we are going to publish the web. Is there any possibility? I tried to create a new site this time after purchasing the theme a long time ago, but the customize menu of the appearance got an error, but it seems that it is not a server problem. If I use other themes, they all work fine. Can you help me?

We don’t user Customzer page builder to customize pages. This theme is created by Elementor. We strongly recommend that you need to customize by Elementor Pagebuilder.
