Your ticket has been posted on Sunday. Please understand that we don’t work on weekends and it can take time during weekends, holidays and Busy Mondays.

That’s mostly from your sever issue. We installed some servers and tested a local server. It worked fine.

Hi there… my support ran out for actual theme (renewing shortly but waiting to see if we need the extended license or just a couple more) BUT we did purchase the open hours add on so hopefully you can answer this for me… IS THERE a way to only show todays opening hours and not all 7 days. Im thinking there is a css i can add to take away all the other days. ALSO how can we remove the timezone info (UTC-8) its not needed. Thank you in advance.

If your support is expired, we kindly recommend to extend it and contact our support team.

Unfortunately, there is no option to show only today’s working hours. You might need to contact our support team if a simple code can hide them.

There is also no option to hide the time zone.

I bought Javo Directory Theme this weekend. Yeah! but I have some problems, basically to activate some modules that appear in the Demo, and they look excellent, but they do not appear in the contents that I downloaded, these are:

1. “FEATURED LISTING” module

2. “WORKING HOUR” module

4. “FAQ” module

5. “REVIEW” module

Pre-purchase questions:

1. Is it possible to have different tags for different categories in the search results? The demos don’t show this option

2. I want to create a membership website. To offer the end user 7 days free trial and than to charge recurring revenue. How can this be done ? (what plugin can work for this theme?)

3. My directory is not location-based so I don’t need to use maps. Can I disable all map features from the theme?

1. We are not sure how you want to search by different tags for different categories. please give us the details.

2. You might need WC subscription plugin for it. It’s the 3rd part plugin from WooCommerce. We believe it’s possible. You need to check the details on the doc if it’s what you are looking for.

3. Unfortunately, it’s based on Google Maps. It’s hard to remove the maps.

Hi Rob, I requested to directly download XML files because the wizard did not work as expected.

If the possibility to download the direct XML files does not exists anymore, the only option is via the wizard, and contact the support if it does not work, please update YOUR DOCUMENTATION!!

I was asking for a direct XML files because you mentioned this possibility (https://docs.wpjavo.com/theme/demo-data-content-import-problem/). If it did not exists, I would have immediately headed to the ticket support system!

We apologize for the late reply.

I had to check the schedule for new demo data. ( At this moment, the direct XML file is not available ) We added high-quality media files in the demo import data. It works fine if you have proper memory and uploading size in your server. But we found a few clients have a shared hosting and low uploading size. They all solved the import issue after increasing uploading size.

However, we might need to make the new one with low and fewer media files. It might be ready in 7~10 days. it can be delayed due to workload.

The install wizard has better demo data. The reason is that 10 separate files from the (one) direct XML file. We have some new clients and they didn’t have a problem with install wizard if you have the good enough memory or post uploading size.

Hi Rob, I just linked a random link of your document section. I was not referring to the Elementor links in particular.

Speaking in general, the documents you provide are not explanatory enough. There are many broken links. It’s not clearly written. It’s also not clear what addons need to be purchased on top, and what functions are included in the default theme version.

This is a feedback many other users gave already.

You say that it’s not really hard, even compare to other page builders. It means that it will not require a lot of effort to improve and create video tutorials.

It’s a pity because with a better documentation you will have immediately: 1) less requests in your support ticket systems (allowing you to focus on real problems and answer more quickly) 2) the value of your theme will be perceived much more.

Look, those are honest feedback and not complains. It’s up to you whether you want to take it and improve what is not good, or simply answer something which does not help me and neither yourself, like “If you have more questions, you may need to talk to our support team with little more details on our support site. As you may know, this forum is not for support.”

Thank you for the feedback. As you may know, our doc is more than other themes or other types of themes. We basically provide to customize your site from our demo sites. That’s what you have seen before you purchased. If you are trying to make new layouts or new structures, it might be not enough. However, we found it’s enough to work on modification from our demo.

We have moved to a new server and changed CDN. Therefore a few images were missing and we have added.

Many of the tickets are minor bug reports or setting issues that we provided the doc. Many of clients are built great sites. We will have a showcase of our clients’ sites in the future. The elementor sites are available at this moment. Not sure about the problem.

For a few clients who don’t have much experience for web, then it can be hard (for beginners). But once you know how to use Elementor and some of details, it won’t be hard.

However, we will add more details or descriptions if it needs.

with your elementor post block it pulls from the post instead of the excerpt for the archive pages, etc.. how can we fix? We submitted a ticket but it says you are not available for the next 5 days. We are trying to launch but this is a show stopper right now. Every other elementor post block (non javo themes) sees there is an excerpt and uses it. What can we do to make yours do the same? We are not sure how you want to make the payment for rent users ( as you said site owner ). It depends on the payment you need to make for them. Unfortunately, we don’t have the payment options. Our payment is for posting listings only.
