The description for this theme says, “necessary and popular addons will be included by free coupons”. Can you please elaborate on this. I am not sure if we got any coupons when we purchased this theme.

I purchased your theme few years back. Now I am planning to use it for listing the ladies hostels in my area. I don’t have time and resource to collect the data and feed into my portal. My plan is to approach an hostel and if they are willing to list their hostel in my portal, I just want to generate a link and send them an email. The hostel owner just needs to clik the link which I had sent him. A page needs to get opened for that hostel owner to add details about his hostel including the photos , working hours, features etc. Upon submission, that hostel needs to get automatically listing my portal. In future if that owner wants to update, they can use the same link to update. Is this feature is available in this wordpress theme ?

After purchasing this theme, I have had so many problems. I have raised a support ticket with you but have still had no reply from you. I purchased and installed the theme, but the demos did not install correctly and no media has been installed even though I ticked the box to allow media to install. When I tried to manually install the XML demo data from your website instead, it says your page is down. Also, when trying to load items in Elementor from the theme, it now freezes everytime I try to drag an item onto the page. I have spent the past three days trying to make it work but have had nothing but problems, with no support or anyone to help me which was advertised as being included with the purchase? The theme is unusable, it won’t stop freezing.

hi, I just uploaded the theme on website and its not working. it shows (There has been a critical error on your website.)error. I tried to deactivate the plugins. Java Core plugin is causing the problem. But without this plugin site is not working properly. Its conflicting with Elementor plugin, Lava Directory Manager Plugin. Even thers’s no option of header section. Please help me

Where main categories will be by business type and location will be by shipping country, and every business type can have more than 1 shipping country. So when potential users come to our directory can search by type of business and shipping country. Is that possible? Thank u!

I plan to launch multiple directories in the next few months. I am currently shortlisting the best directory themes and Javo was one of those. For background I run the SEO for a popular directory site which generates over 500,000 sessions a month purely from directory search traffic. We want to move to a more nimble solution for smaller more targeted directories.

I have noticed that the majority of WP themes don’t have individual SEO Friendly landing pages for CATEGORY/LOCATION combinations. Typically it appears that there is a high-level category (e.g. restaurants), that allows some sort of location filtering, but not an SEO friendly landing page for the category and location combination. This is a problem as CATEGORY/LOCATION pages are the most important pages for a directory if you are hoping to get any sort of search traffic. The CATEGORY/LOCATION combination of “Chinese Restaurants London” should produce a landing page that is directory.com/chinese/london.

My question is can Javo provide this and if so can you show me where I can find a CATEGORY/LOCATION page in the demo, alternatively a Live site that you can share would be even better!

Is this theme can acommodate if i want to make a b2b listing site ? maybe like software or 3rd party vendor ?
