Well, this idea can not be implemented with the theme directly. Usually, our theme works by accepting subscriptions if a user is adding a listing. In your case here, you can make it to work if you want customers to book restaurants as listings you have added as an admin.
2. can I make each restaurant to modify their settings. For example, restaurant A does not allow customers to leave a comment on the unwanted ingredients.
These modifications are not present specifically as you stated them. However, if you do not want comments on a specific restaurant listing you can have that disabled on the backed. But adding this as a limitation is not a feature of the theme.
3. When a customer subscribes to a restaurant can it shows the restaurant selected on a separate page and let subscribers to change and select their meals?

Looking to renew this. Is there the ability to specify latitude and longitude coordinates rather than a geocoded address? I want to use this in a developing country and there are no proper addresses. The ‘location extended’ plugin doesn’t help because a user cannot tell where to drag the pin based on looking at a map.

With respect to your query here, Well in this query, we do not have specifically a feature where you can use geo coordinates to display the listings on the map. Usually, we use location addresses that are geo codded to provide the longitude and latitude coordinates as custom fields within WordPress. The extended location plugin is used to geographically locate a user and display listings based on their loacation.

With respect to your query here,

Unfortunately, we have not included the functionality for street view within the maps as of yet.

The search is not based on the map but instead on the results page. Whenever you do a search using the respective filters, the results are shown on the page and then all those on that page are in turn displayed on the map. Not all listings are shown on the map, only those shown on that respective page will be shown on the map.
3) Is it possible to import data?
Well it will depend on which data you are talking of here. However, should you mean listings we recommend using the WP ALL Import plugin as we do not have an inbuilt import/export data tool in the theme.
4) Is it possible to add the current coordinates to url on move map? In order to share the address.
Well, this is not possible directly. In our theme, we use these coordinates for geo location purposes so that a listing location can be traced within the map. So long as you add your listings location address correctly, the coordinates are generated as custom fields to aid in this.
5) Are you thinking in provide a free alternative to Google Maps? I will have more than 100.000 visits/month so I don´t want to use google Maps. Is it posible to use any other map service (for map, for searching,.. (No matter on add listing because the user will be less for that)).
Well, we did have the Mapbox as an alternative but we are currently experiencing issues with its compatibility due to certain changes that come up. When these are resolved then you can perhaps go this route.

4 Ability to display filtered results on the map: Well this is possible. Once. the results are filtered what is displayed on the results page is what is displayed on the maps.

At the moment we have not implemented the carousel feature on the homepage. But you can display the featured listings normally on the homepage.

Well this feature is not implemented yet, but you can assign packages to featured listings

With respect to your query here, the distance can only be sorted based on a certain radius within the search and results page. As for adding the date of listing the ad, this is not something we have included in the default functionally of the theme yet.

The “listing payments” plugin Readme document says “Listing packages can be switched when editing an existing listing”. I am not finding a way that the users on the front end can use whit functionality while editing a listing. Do I need to have any other plugin installed in order to be able to use it?
So my question essentially is: How can a free listing be transformed into a “featured” listing that would be a paid one?
I do know how to create a product with Woocommerce that uses the featured option, but I can not find a method to switch from free to paid product for the listing.

With respect to your query here, well, it is true that the listing package can be changed while editing a listing but this can be done on the backend. See this screenshot for example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/9ZumeeLB.
Whenever a user need to edit a listing on the frontend and change their listing package they need to go their listing dashboard click one of their listing that they need to edit and on the edit page they can change the listing package as shown: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuDGGNO
Should you want to transfer a free listing to a paid one it would mean that you would have a free package and a paid package. Thus you would need to switch between the two using either of the above two processes.
Do note for you to have listing packages on your listify theme you will need the WooCommerce plugin and the Listing Payments plugin.

I believe I got your idea. I want the customers to be able to switch the packages on the front end of the website. I do have 3 listing packages available – Free, Paid 15 days, Paid 40 days.
I do not see, however, the switch options when editing a listing. Should the user buy the package beforehand, and can they buy it more than once, as I am limiting the paid listings to 1?
Also, can you buy a package for the listing you are currently editing while you are editing it, or do the packages work like – you buy it once, it is limited to 1 paid listing and you can not change it, until you post a new listing?
Okay, I saw how it works, if the customer has an unused package, they can apply it to an existing or a new listing. How do I make, however, possible for packages to be bought without assigning them to a new listing, or make it possible for the users to be able to “buy” packages upon Editing a listing?

Well, the customer can not buy the listing packages more than once. When they choose a package while creating their listing then that package us assigned to their account unless changed.

Well the packages can be changed while editing a listing as I shown you in my previous reply. However, when a package is bought the user account is assigned that package upon adding a new listing.

With respect to your query here, well we have not added the ability to add custom fields or custom filters to the theme. However you can do this using third party plugins like Fields editor for WP Job Manager and FacetWP plugin in case you need more filters.
Thus you may need these plugins for any additional filters or fields. When it comes to importing you can use the free WP All Import plugin and the free Listify WP All Import Add-On which allows you to import listings that are stored in an XML or CSV file. However this will depend on if the custom plugins above are compatible with WP ALL import to allow import and exportation of data.

OK thanks. It’s just that plugin is quite poorly reviewed. For example, it doesn’t include a pre-notification email when listing it about to be renewed – which is crucial and expected these days. Unless there is the ability to do that within your theme?

So after 4 years of not having the map show on the home page all of the sudden today it is there. I remember there being a option to turn off the maps on the front page, but cannot find that anywhere now. After the update it is now there.

Thank you the reply, but I specifically asked for the home page hero map/image. It has been removed from our home page for four years. It makes the home page much faster to load, by not having it. Now after the update it is back and I can’t seem to find the option to turn it off like before.
We did not use any CSS or coding to remove it. There was an option to not have one there at one time. Can you help with this.

With respect to your query here, removing the search filters there can be done under the customizer section under Appearance > Customize > Listings > Search Filters > Homepage Filters and thereby remove all filters. Adding a button there is part of custom work coding which does require additional coding knowledge. I would suggest reaching out to a developer for further assistance.

With respect to your query here, you seem to have the filters already removed from your homepage as far as i can tell. You may want to have them returned via Appearance >. Customizer > Listings > Search filters > Homepage filters. You can also set them on a different page and set it to use the Page Home Listings template within your WordPress admin.

With respect to your query here, the functionalities you mention here come as additional features required by the theme and are provided by additional plugins.
First it is possible to hide the location or price(displayed in terms of plans).
This is currently not possible to provide free ads for a new user when you have already created plans for adding listings. This is usually applied to all users.
Thirdly, you can set an expiry date for the ad to be removed or not displayed.
Fourthly, yes there are expired ads and they can be hidden. Tags can be added but we do not have a limit to them.
On the sixth, you can not remove ads based on days unless you use the expiry feature or the plans and package feature.
Seventh, the images on the theme can lazy load as this is coded within the theme. However in any case you do not notice this effect you can always get available plugin for this functionality.
Eighth, users can only register based on the email address they provide. For that you may need extra custom plugin to achieve it. Nine, this is not something we have tested at the moment but we can assure you that the page speed is relatively high on mobile especially.

Is it possible to add checkboxes or some other selection elements to the homepage?
Is it possible to use wordpress field add-ons for the elements or fields that are not on the theme and get information of what was entered in those fields with code?
Is it possible to add information about the listings and reviews in code (by setting values for specific elements or fields that are on the listing page) or by adding my database, then show those listings on the search results by using a function or some other code after clicking a button?

With respect to your query here, first with the theme does not have options to add fields with checkboxes on the homepage elements.
Secondly, with WordPress, you can only use extra widgets made by WordPress but not fields. However the default WordPress custom fields can be used in any theme. Should you need other fields to be displayed in the frontend including those with checkboxes we recommend using the Field Editor by WP Job Manager.
Thirdly, adding info about listings or reviews in code is currently not something we have tested. We display listings first using the basic shortcodes inserted on the WordPress admin page section. However hard coding the theme in order to display listings is not something we have done and definitely do not recommend doing it as it is out of our support scope.
