Hello, there is no support for RTL and i know there are some plugins to support that, but some of them breaks everything as they change main css alignments. Some of our customers made RTL websites but I think they added some CSS themselves to make it work. At the moment we have such few requests that we can’t provide this service, you would need to make some tests yourself. Mostly it should work but something may need special attention to adjust the CSS.
can you gave me 10 days to test that? if i can add CSS and change it to RTL i will paid themes.

Page error 404. After update the sub show pages under shedule ” http://www.knradio.se/show-schedule/ ” gives me a 404. How come? Have changed nothing since before your theme update.

After installing I get the message to install plugins. Which goes good up to the point it tries to download 2 plugins that wont download.

Thanks man that worked for me. One more question when I installed everything it all installed and looked like the demo site, only the menus are missing. I allocated the correct menus, But there are no menu items in each menu. Is this the way it installs and you must ad the menus yourself or is there something wrong?

Wordpress has a bug which prevents importing the menu, you have to go in Menu > Locations and set it there

1. We own a webradio and we use a shoutcast server 2. Can I have a player at the top with popup to broadcast live via the shoutcast server? 3. Can I create several players ( channels ) that will be played by user demand with your player? 4. In such event can I create schedules with the channels and the shoutcast server?

Hi, 1) Sure, no problem with shoutcase 2.x 2)the theme is as in the demo, there are no different players. You are free to change it at your own will but this is not covered by the support, you need a developer if you want to change the interface of the player. 3) You can add unlimited channels. you can also create different schedules for different radio channels. if they are many (like more than 3) i’d suggest separated theme installations like the big networks do. Eache schedule can have a “category” and you can make a category for every radio channel, in this way every slider, shortcode and schedule can be filtered per radio channel. Of course with many radio channels it can become tricky and that’s why large networks usually makes multiple installations, which does NOT require multiple licenses if you are in the same website domain.

Hi, please get in touch with the helpdesk and open a ticket saying that Igor told you to request email support. They will provide you the instructions to get in touch via email and the developer will check your case directly. You have to pass via helpdesk support for this, I’m sorry, canot post the email address here as there is a special procedure for this.
Anyway please you can try to delete the radio channel and make it again, sometimes WP keeps cached meta data and this breaks things. The only fix sometimes is deleting and recreating a post to refresh its meta data.

Regarding the issue, we are now producing an update that will be out in few hours. You’ll be able to update with the automatic theme udpater once you receive the email notification.
You can temporary disable the ajax plugin to fix it, until the update is ready.

Hello, we are going now to publish an improved version of the ajax plugin with the new theme update, anyway what breaks the page loading is a custom plugin you installed, that makes the news ticker on the sidebar. This plugin has a badly developed piece of code, and it breaks the ajax page loading. Instead of that, please use the Archive Widget plugin provided with the theme, that also has a better formatting, and works fine with the ajax loading.
With will fix the issue even with the current theme and plugins version, as the bug is not originated from the theme. Thanks
the news ticker is scrolling a rss feed. Any ideas on a similar ticker that does NOT break the ajax loading…?
I’m sorry I don’t know any… If you want to use plugins that are not compatible with Ajax (by default ANY good plugin should be, but some have inside pieces of badly developed JS that breaks the following execution) you need the help od a frontend developer for this. Unfortunately most of the free plugins out there are conceived for a very limited use.

What is the optimal image size for the post featured image to prevent awkward cropping?
1600×700. Most of the times featured images are used in “cover” mode so they will adapt to the display size, and cropping will almost always happen. Images are not supposed to contain text or other details, they should be pictures or graphics for illustrative purpose.

My client purchased this theme. She wants a “light” version of the theme – no dark colors. I’m finding that you have hardcoded a lot of the CSS into the HTML doc and are using the !important tag which makes it impossible for me to customize the theme as my client desires easily using a child theme without having to re-write the code in the main theme – which as you know doesn’t make sense, especially if you update your main theme. Are you coming up with a “light” version of this theme?
Hello, the theme is already “light” is based on amterial design and the only dark bg elements are the ones that needs to be in contrast with the design. By design principles, those sections needs to be in negative for the usability of the interface.
But you can achieve a negative coloring for those parts by changing all the “Primary” colors in the customizer, and then via CSS just specify .qt-content-primary, .qt-content-primary-dark, .qt-content-primary-light { color: black !important; }
Hi thanks for getting back to me… the css code did nothing on the site. The navigation (menu) is still light and you haven’t coded anything in the customizer to change the colors. I guess I’ll just have to figure it out myself…

Hello, compatibility with wp 4.8.3 is ok, we are already working for the upcoming 4.9. If you update the theme you’ll have also Visual Composer 5.4.2.
To update the plugins, you have to update the theme first, and it will prompt a notification about new plugins version.
