Theme features with elementor expansion are not working. For example: The arrangement of icons that should be side by side is never correct, they remain arranged one under the other and this cannot be corrected. and it doesn’t look right in other on-page designs. How will I solve this problem? I just bought the theme

Hi there guys, listen something strange after 12.0.0.1 … a Notification about WP bakery: “Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.” so I click on “OPEN DESIGN OPTIONS” ... then in WP Bakery page i click on SAVE … but after success saved .. a Notification appear again ..

Having the same issue reported here, lots a whole day of sales as there is no ADD TO CART button. then few hours withIT team to understant it was the7 automatic update that caused that huge issue. Clients writing angry emails and all the revenue of the ads LOST. I have 11 licenses, it is a horrible thing to me what happened.

However, I’d like to highlight two points:
1. We called off the update as soon as we became aware of the issue and released a fix (v.12.0.0.1) in less than 24 hours.
2. While I’m not entirely sure how it happened, I believe you’d agree that enabling automatic updates on a production website that operates 24/7 and generates revenue is not a good idea. Any update can potentially cause issues (e.g., a corrupted file) and take the entire website offline. In this case, I’d suggest either educating the client about this risk or disabling auto-updates altogether.
thank you – auto aupdates are disabled. I just wish you guys ran tests before you launch an update, this was quite a major bug

Don’t worry, I already found it in wordpress menu, templates, edit mobile popup with elementor and then on the left side below click on settings. I don’t know if you have that in the documentation, but if you don’t, I think it will be very useful for many to have that documented.

Hi! Elementor demos can be edited with Elementor only, and WPBakery ones – with WPBakery only. It doesn’t depend on a theme. This is how these page builders work.

Hi guys, One of my oldest customers and probably one of the oldest The7 websites has a problem. The theme and plugins were always kept up to date and from time to time my customer changed some texts or images. Now he has asked me to spruce up the site and for some pages we are now using the sidebar with the DT-CustomMenu-Style2 (WPBakery Edition). The problem we have here is that the main navigation items are not clickable. The children of the navigation are clickable again. The main navigation item opens when clicked and displays the children. But the main item is not clickable. Furthermore, texts consisting of two words are listed one below the other, even though they are quite short. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything about this in the documentation.

For the page import, thats good but I mean, in some other Templates, you can import specific parts from a wide selection of pre-made “sections” that are also found in the demos, but really creatively done.
