Uncode is based on an extend version of Visual Composer, both interface both functionalities with tons of options you can build any possible and impossible layouts.

Can I import the exact copy of this layout? If yes then what do I use – wordpress-based import/export or do you use your own plugin for that?
When you you say ‘extended version of VC’ – does that mean that I can’t upgrade with the stand-alone version bit should wait for the VC that comes with the theme?

inside the theme you will find the possibility to import the whole demo site or single pages (with just one click).
By extended we mean that we have built functionalities on top of Visual Composer, usually updates of the plugins works right away with the theme but we suggest to wait for Uncode update which is anyway just released after VC updates.
Sorry, forgot to ask – do you use Revolution slider? (it look like the Owl slider is included in this layout)

Hi bravewhale and thank you for interest in Uncode! Actually this is not an option but we have just received a few good inputs to extend the accordion functionalities, something like choose a tab to be opened on page load, items all closed etc. This will be part of next udpates, we are in the very early stages with Uncode!

In our demo we just show some combinations, this mean you can insert in the contents area (thumbnails) every kind of blog layouts you see in all demos: this can be masonry, metro, images grid or carousels… Where you need to insert your adsense exactly? Just to confirm you 100% (I think Uncode can handle your needs). Let us know!
I have to say I am very impressed by your theme. After two weeks of looking through everything on theme forest I have narrowed it down to your theme and one other I won’t mention.
Having looked through so many I have to say most themes are generally disappointing when it comes to blog page options and they seem to be all the same. You do have a lot more options which is great.
I think your theme can do far more than is show, in fact the theme is only constrained by the imagination but I would like to know if it is possible to have a blog layout page like this …. http://panama.bwdesk.com/blog-creative/ and is it possible to do this ….. http://panama.bwdesk.com/our-team/. I would not purchase the theme identified because of hopeless support but I do like those two ideas and wondered if they would be possible in your theme.

Actually is not possible to create the first layout just with automatic blog option but it’s possible to create this layout with custom mode (this mean you have static contents… we are going to release a demo in the next 2 weeks that have exactly this static layout). In this first release of Uncode we focus on the most common web design patterns but this should be a very interesting suggestion for next update features. The second layout is not a blog but it’s page and you can replicate this layout 100% with Uncode, both grid, both parallax background, etc… Let us know if you need more infos!

The font is Oswald from Google Fonts. For sure you can just use video or audio files in the grid boxes of the Shop Creative Demo without any further development! This theme has super powers under the hood, we just cannot show all the available possibilities!

Dear Author, I like to check if I could request for a refund of this script as I have already uninstalled it. After I run the script, it looks really impressive, but as I tried to match it with my business intention, I realised this is not what I need at all as it lacks ready-made features like user registration, login, member account dashboard etc.
I am terribly sorry for this request but a script like WHMCS is something that will allow me to better expand my business intention and now I have wasted enough money to buy plugins like “user membership and registration” just to fit it with your uncode theme. I have decided to stop all these and just go and get a WHMCS theme like this http://themeforest.net/item/active-host-wordpress-whmcs-hosting/10087846?s_phrase=&s_rank=9 instead as it has everything I need for a reselling business.
I hope the author could grant me my humble request and allow me to refund and purchase another more suitable script.
Hi ken21 all the economic trading are with ThemeForest not with the author. Unfortunately ThemeForest cannot offer refund if you decide another product after purchase. The only reason ThemeForest give a refund is if there are any serious problems, but as you know is not the case of Uncode.
Hi I will put up an official request to themeforest to request for a refund and I hope you will allow me because one of the valid refund reason is if the author allows it.
Reason being, this theme does not have basic setup in placed like user registration/sign up and it is extremely tough for me to get all the plugin and piece them together. I hope you will accept my request as I will be putting up a request to themeforest now as long as with your blessing.
You can remove the script from my dashboard as I no longer uses it. If my request is not granted unfortunately, I just have to give my review ratings.
It’s not about athors it’s about ThemeForest policy, the only refund it’s possible if you discover heavy bugs in the theme. I hope they can according this to you for sure and that this is not related with our work review ratings.
Business comes and goes and we value it in long run, I will continue to support your products as long as there is a fit. We all respect original works and that is why we rather pay money to author and buy it then download nulled versions. Hope you will grant my humble request on the last day of the year,

Hi thanks for your kind understanding to my request for the refund. I will await for Envanto to process as I really have a tight budget to manage. I will certainly come back and support your products once there is a match. I am really having a big trouble to piece up the website using plugins and some of them are not working at all. User login, registration, backend dashboard all these are something that the current theme is unable to offer me at a click of a button and I hope you will support my decision.

Hi! From this it seems Uncode is not compatibile with plugins once it perfectly works with the most famous plugins like WooCommerce, BBPress, Yoast, Gravity Forms, CF7 etc and actually there are not issues open cause it simply follows the best practices. From the product you show me it seems it is all based around a plugin and do just this. I hope you can have a great product (the rating is not so good). Anyway I hope TF can accept your request, we dont have any problems on our side

Actually video background are just designed to be, as they are intended, mute video background. The whole of the websites out there have video backgrounds in mute mode. Auto play audio video is something against the best practices of User Experience. Anyway we are always open to new idea to evaluate as new features for next updates!

Ps: if I give you a code this code makes all the videos with audio, to have only available as single header we need to create a new option from the admin. The whole new update is based on features suggested by our customers. Cause custom modifications are not part of the support policy we prefer to collect good inputs and make new options available globally for all registered users.

This is an option, we just create those “features” pages without the transparent header. In Uncode you have some options to work with header transparency both at Theme Option both at Single Page level!

Are you aware of a bug with OSX and Safari that when adaptive images are enabled it is loading the lowest resolution no matter the screen size, as well background videos do not work? If you disable it all is well.
Hi voltagenewmediainc no actually we dont have any issues opened. If your Welcome Screen are all green, it seems you are use some aggressive compression plugin like W3 Total Cache, for example deactivate just some options like the page cache.
