Dear team,
I haven’t get any reply from support, hence I will just paste the questions here. I install the theme using Quickstart in the package, without any issue.
I am now having 3 problem:
1. I try to insert 1 product category to Mega Menu, but it always turn up 404 – May I know what am I missing? You may take a look at my mega menu (only contain 2 items)
2. Under Mega Menu Item, Select category / Select page always can’t remember the selection under edit mode
3. When I configure the home page, I try to insert the image on home page, somehow the URL produced never contain the format of “{{media url=”photo-file-name”}}”, which I need to manually edit it, else the image can’t be loaded.
p/s: This URL is a test URL, hence I never add this domain to the domain list.

Could you please update me how to include 3 pages Deals, New Arrival and Under xxx. For New Arrival i have include the block in back-end as same as mention in your theme documentation but the issue is the page is just display empty and also there is no info regarding two other block pages, only config setting is listed but there is block code which elaborate which template need to call.Below is the code which you include in the description page but could you update me what is listing type 1. Also what is the template for deals and under listing and what is it listing type and block type.

I have tried to add more products on deal pages same as you send me the screen shot of config page where as currently if you check the page is only shows the one product which you add. The products which i set to daily deals are not coming.
I have also attach the screen shot of the config, is you also change any thing else or need to change any other config. Also another thing is if you check clearly on the deal page the product which is showing have same special price and default price so the special price is not coming which is also another bug.

I think it is worst service, you guys disturb rest of the template while you solving one issue you create another issue. Previous my zoom on product + quick view is working properly but now i have check it and not working to our requirement. I want it to be show as same as it is coming previously on the zoom box itself not to show on right side (within in the zoom box) second please solve the best deals issue which we are facing it is your template, if you don’t want to solve it then please update us, you could not say it is a product cache issue.
Please resolve the zoom issue and also daily deals issue from our website. It is already more than a week since we are working on your template issue, if these template have lots of issue then why you selling it. Every time you say we resolve this bug so why are you selling this if it have a lots of bug. Resolve these issue not in weekend as we already wasted 2 weeks on it.

Thats is totally unfair that after wasting 3 weeks your developer are saying me to refund the amount instead of solving your issue as this template is developed by you. So what is the meaning of support why we have taken support if at last you says you can’t resolve your own template issue.
In previous message your developer says that you have resolve the bug of special price thats fine but what about zoom i have clearly mention in message that previously your zoom box is coming fine but now it is coming in right hand side of the image and but i want to appear it on image (under image box) just as same you display on this link: http://demo.flytheme.net/themes/sm_market/molaz-tren-open-zase.html and also please if possible resolve deals issue if i have to solve this then i have to look whole of your code so what is the meaning of support facility.

I have already resolve the deal page bug yesterday which i completely mention above and second zoom issue is still there. I want zoom to be appears on image itself not on the right hand side.

The issue is not yet resolved and you already take more than 24 hrs As i say you please check the zoom issue the zoom is appearing according to requirement but still i am getting the same zoom box coming right side of the image. I am getting message below i posted and second thing we are not using your theme in 2 templates we are only testing it into 2 server so before goes live we know what bugs are and why they appearing. I think your support is useless because it seems links you don’t want to work or your developer do not want to solve the bug. Thanks why i have to posted over here, Again when our site is fully live i will remove your theme from these domain you could easily check it the domain starts with template so it is not our live site and same as yogamatfreeshipp we use this domain for redirection so it is totally unfair to say we use your template for 2 domains and yes i say if our site is live we remove this template from these domains.

ok we have use two domain to test on server before we go live because we did not want our customer to face any trouble when our site is live so from my side it is fair and i have already say you we only use in one site as compare to two as we only have one site. Yes we know you fix the issue on yogamatfreeship website where as we do not know in which file you make changes thats why zoom issue appears which you solve previously and also same id issue. Because after posting an issue you solve it you do not even update us in which file you update the changes.
If i have to solve the bug then what is the meaning of Support why we take your support. Resolve the bug because we have to check everything and have to make it live on production server. We will delete this template from these two domain after go live as we have website only on one server compare to two.
Also, for template.healthylifecycle.ca i have use same folders of yogamatfreeship instead to use your template where as same issue appearing so thats why i update you to resolve the bug as you know why this issue are appearing and that’s why we take the support and it is fair to test template in 2 sites so we know what bugs comes and how we would tackle it.
At this moment you could not put your hands up and give us silly comment that using template for more than two domains.

This is a garbage template. Think 10x times before you buy it. Drastically increases the load time because of garbage code, but.. well… it doesn;t really work. On Magento 2.1.8 throws jquery errors and the frontend is all messed up. “Good” job vietnam.. couldn’t expect more….wasted time and money..

Very nice theme but the support is very unhelpful. What is a theme when you have little or no support when you need it. What’s worse for me is that I bought the theme two years ago, never used it, now that I want to use it, I paid for new support which cost almost as much as the theme and I still haven’t got the support I need.

Now, our developers configured your site as home-demo-14, not home-demo-1. If you want to mix a part of content of demo 1 and a part of content of demo 14, there will have some CSS style errors. Because CSS style in these 2 homepages are different (http://prntscr.com/gpd20s) . If you really want, please contact with Customwork team, they wil help you configure without any errors. Of course, you may have to charge some fees for team due to time-wasting and effort.
FYI: You can mix freely header and footer style in every hompage layouts. However, for contents of demos, there has a little bit difficulties.
