Dear team,

I haven’t get any reply from support, hence I will just paste the questions here. I install the theme using Quickstart in the package, without any issue.

I am now having 3 problem:

1. I try to insert 1 product category to Mega Menu, but it always turn up 404 – May I know what am I missing? You may take a look at my mega menu (only contain 2 items)

2. Under Mega Menu Item, Select category / Select page always can’t remember the selection under edit mode

3. When I configure the home page, I try to insert the image on home page, somehow the URL produced never contain the format of “{{media url=”photo-file-name”}}”, which I need to manually edit it, else the image can’t be loaded.

p/s: This URL is a test URL, hence I never add this domain to the domain list.

spaces in post messages are replaced by plus signs.. like, on cart add,

"xxx product added to cart" becomes "xxx+product+added+to+cart"

This happens only in google chrome, might be a plugin issue.

Hope you are fine Please check my web app the popup box css is messed up not displaying it properly and also when you go to product page there is some other issues appearing like the border box of product image and bottom view more image not coming properly. Also there is an issue in alignment in product page.

ok we have use two domain to test on server before we go live because we did not want our customer to face any trouble when our site is live so from my side it is fair and i have already say you we only use in one site as compare to two as we only have one site. Yes we know you fix the issue on yogamatfreeship website where as we do not know in which file you make changes thats why zoom issue appears which you solve previously and also same id issue. Because after posting an issue you solve it you do not even update us in which file you update the changes.

If i have to solve the bug then what is the meaning of Support why we take your support. Resolve the bug because we have to check everything and have to make it live on production server. We will delete this template from these two domain after go live as we have website only on one server compare to two.

Also, for template.healthylifecycle.ca i have use same folders of yogamatfreeship instead to use your template where as same issue appearing so thats why i update you to resolve the bug as you know why this issue are appearing and that’s why we take the support and it is fair to test template in 2 sites so we know what bugs comes and how we would tackle it.

At this moment you could not put your hands up and give us silly comment that using template for more than two domains.

This is a garbage template. Think 10x times before you buy it. Drastically increases the load time because of garbage code, but.. well… it doesn;t really work. On Magento 2.1.8 throws jquery errors and the frontend is all messed up. “Good” job vietnam.. couldn’t expect more….wasted time and money..

Very nice theme but the support is very unhelpful. What is a theme when you have little or no support when you need it. What’s worse for me is that I bought the theme two years ago, never used it, now that I want to use it, I paid for new support which cost almost as much as the theme and I still haven’t got the support I need.

Now, our developers configured your site as home-demo-14, not home-demo-1. If you want to mix a part of content of demo 1 and a part of content of demo 14, there will have some CSS style errors. Because CSS style in these 2 homepages are different (http://prntscr.com/gpd20s) . If you really want, please contact with Customwork team, they wil help you configure without any errors. Of course, you may have to charge some fees for team due to time-wasting and effort.

FYI: You can mix freely header and footer style in every hompage layouts. However, for contents of demos, there has a little bit difficulties.

So, whatever happened to the Slider in Magento 2.1, there’s just a bunch of hacky code instead of it?

I bought version for Magento 1 long time ago, and this is very bad. I’ve installed M2 to try to upgrade it and everything went fine except this. Also, CSS for this so called slider has gone missing?

I dont’ plan to renew support just for this slider problem, so please don’t tell me to create ticket.
