The reason to use the nofollow attribute here because we are using two menus in the same time when page land on browser, 1st menu is for desktop and 2nd for mobile so if like are same that there you find nofollow in link because when google index the page then follow the link and we are saying that is the 2nd time, and we tried to compatible our theme with good SEO and SEO plugins.

No, sorry to say that the images are only for demo purposes, once you import demo content it will come into your site but you will need to change these images before launching your site. Envato license does not allow usage of these same images in final public site.
