So regardless of the number of clients, license works with the number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

You have to translate the theme files wp-content/themes/porto/languages/en_US.po and .mo files into your language then upload that files into the same folder or upload them to wp-content/languages/themes folder.

If you are not able ot do that then please tell us in which language do you want to translate the theme then we will give you the translated files.

I don’t want to remove the nofollows I just want to understand why they are there in the first place. What is the purpose of nofollow on your theme please???

The reason to use the nofollow attribute here because we are using two menus in the same time when page land on browser, 1st menu is for desktop and 2nd for mobile so if like are same that there you find nofollow in link because when google index the page then follow the link and we are saying that is the 2nd time, and we tried to compatible our theme with good SEO and SEO plugins.
