You can show Porto recent product in the woocommerce tab by following the steps given below:
1. Go to Blocks and create a new Block.
2. In the Block use Porto recent product element and set it as per your requirement.Now there are two cases whether you want to show it on particular products or for all products right.
- For particular product use that block into the custom tab on a single product page backend: https://prnt.sc/ixdbxq

I think you have bugs in your template if using the older version of woocommerce.
For your information, when i install the older version of woocommerce i just copy the plugin into directory plugin not using api call at in your the template to install woocommerce plugin. After that based on my experiments that I have explained i install the latest woocommerce plugin using api call in your template. Maybe you can validate my issue.

We have tested it at our end and we have the latest Theme and latest Woocommerce Plugin and the Porto recent product element is there: http://prntscr.com/ixukjm and obviously the old version of the woocommerce is not compatible with our latest Theme or the old version of our theme is not compatible with the latest Woocommerce Plugin so this is the reason you were facing an issue.

I really hope you can answer my question before we go back using your Porto theme. In the past we used it for about a year but back then your theme caused so many issues (plugin conflicts) with us that we opted to use a different theme. But now we can see you have improved Porto in its latest release and we would like to go back using it. Before we renew anything like our support, we need you to answer our questions.
We made a demo in www(dot)spillclean(dot)com(dot)au and we would like to know how or where can you edit the text labelled “CATEGORIES” found in the homepage sidebar menu? We have looked everywhere and cannot find it please.
Also, is it possible if you can include a new SEO feature that will allow users to have a custom H1 title which they can edit please? Right now both the the H2 and the H2 are the same and is derived from the page title itself like so.

2. Yes, you can change the title into H1 by edit the wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/single-product/title.php file line number: 25 Please change the H2 tag to H1

Hello, I’m trying to change the “add to cart” button on category view, instead of “add to cart” I want it to be “View Template” and it will directed to product page. I came up with this code and it works well but the only issue is that all the buttons in shop is now colored blue can you help me change it back to gray and hover to blue like original?

Hello, The theme adds “%20” code to product variants. It is does not show in the attributes in woocommerce but on the product page it adds the “%20”.
The weird thing it does not happen on all products that share same attributes.
Also, when I switched themes to “Twenty Seventeen” it works normally.

That is the cache problem, The best practice is when you are in development mode then disable all the cache plugins on your site and server too and remove site and server cache then finally check your site after removing the browser cache. hope your issue will solve.
OR
It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

You have to translate the theme files wp-content/themes/porto/languages/en_US.po and .mo files into your language then upload that files into the same folder or upload them to wp-content/languages/themes folder.
