Hey guys! I just purchased and uploaded the entire Unicode demo. However, now I see that I only want to use the Creative Agency demo. How can I undo these other demos so that I am only editing the demo I want. I tried to overwrite it but when I refreshed the entire Unicode site is still visible. Thanks

i purchased your theme but haven’t really built anything because I had hard time understanding how things work. My faul! Now I want to do it again. I know my support is already expired. Even a question forum is disable to any expired purchasers so I won’t able to find any answers there. Are there anyways expired customers can look up the forum without opening a question ticket? also, i know the theme is free to update forever. How about the included plug-ins. I think they do. Just want to confirm.

Thanks for your answer. I had difficulty using the theme and page builder as there’re so many options behind the theme. Downloading a demo is just a beginning. I still need to customize many different areas. I agree your theme provides a good number of demos and some good new features.
I still have 2 more questions. Support renew only last for 6 months. The renew fee is quite high. Wonder if there’ll be a chance a support renew will last for 12 months period. Also, I have a question about your visual composer. i know i meet all the hosting requirements. Visual composer in my dashboard is not WYSIWYG. I know it provides a drag and drop. In Visual composer’s website, adding or modifying any new elements can be seen visually on the dashboard. Why I don’t see this in your theme. I know your page builder is a modified version of VC. I expect I could perform the similar tasks. Instead, adding or modifying elements is done in boxes or windows. I can only see the changes after I update and preview the site. It’s quite time consuming. I don’t know if this is something I missed. Or, that’s how your page builder is supposed to be. Thanks.

Please note that when you bought the theme you had 6 or 12 months of included support, support renew fees are not set by authors but are part of the Envato offer you have accepted, so you cannot complain the authors. It’s not our fault if you missed to use or test the product in the last 24+ months. We as author have just to abide by the terms of contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is to the customer and marketplace own interests.
Thanks again for your reply. I mentioned because I found that some other themes have lower support renewal fees that last for a year. Anyway, that’s how it is. I have to accept if I want to use your theme.
My other question is the page builder I mentioned before. Are you able to answer me? Is this because your page builder is a modified version of WPBakery Page Builder so I can do WYSIWYG. I checked Visual Composer’s website. Any changes made can be seen on a dashboard. Is this something I need to download so I can work visually. Now the page builder only allows me to add elements. Things won’t be seen visually at a real time. I have to update the site and then view the changes. If I want to build a site with your theme, can I download Visual Composer to work with your page builder? I just want to make page building more visually and easily. Any conflicts if I install the plug-in. Sorry, not able to test right now so I want to ask here.

Hello – I have made a Posts Carousel pulling in a few custom PAGES – however, when they are displayed with featured image and then the title on hover, none of those elements are clickable to actually go to the page. I’ve tried messing with the display options but it looks like only the Posts Element has a “read more” type of link – how do you link to Pages????

This requires codes modification we strongly discourage, anyway you can simply insert a VC Gallery module in the content area of a Portfolio page and you can have the same layout with all the 100+ options to style your gallery in custom mode. Let me know if you need more info how to achieve this!

Hi there,
I’m facing something odd with the Posts element. Please refer to the URL below.
During initially load, everything seems to work fine. On the “Show All” tab, about 30 items are displayed over a few pages.
However, when you click on another category (say “Travel”), and then click on “Show All” again, the number of products shown suddenly reduces to 6 only.
Able to shed some light on what’s possibly going on? Database corruption?

I’m facing a weird issue. When I use a Posts element to display products for my online shop, I can build a query of a custom list of products individually under “Individual Posts/Pages/Custom Post Types”, but nothing appears for “Category” or “Tags”. I’ve tried manually typing the category name but it refuses to be accepted. No drop down appears either. Possible some corruption of the database? Any way to fix this?

In the Post’s element, when I try to “Build Query”, the element is unable to find any of my Categories or Tags. Please see the screenshot in URL below. The spinner spins for a while and then nothing happens – no drop down.
However, the finding “Individual Posts”is not a problem. Spinner spins then suggestions drop down.

This is a visual glitch of Visual Composer that can happen if you have a Memory Limit issue, I’m pretty sure you have not just few extra plugins right? To fix you need to switch to the Visual code mode and add the code |categories:8,10 to the Posts Module shortcode (8 and 10 are the ID of 2 hypothetical categories), like this example: https://undsgn.d.pr/XsLYDl

We are having issues on our site formatting an email opt in pop up form. Ideally, we would like to use the embed code directly from MailChimp, but are unsure how to do this successfully with this theme. We’ve tried multiple plugins to accomplish this (one example is the “Insert Headers and Footers” plugin), but were unsuccessful. Other plugins where you build an opt-in pop up form separately in WP are not ideal as they are not aesthetically on brand. Any help on this issue is appreciated!

The optin is not being added to the site. I am using a line of javascript to add a pop-up form to the site, but not only does the pop-up form not appear, but it ruins the layout of the homepage while active. I’ve tried adding this as a javascript content block on the homepage as well as to the javascript section of the site and neither work.

I have added it to the site under “theme options – javascript” and have also tried adding it to the homepage directly in its own row as a javascript content block. when I add the script, other elements of the site stop working, mainly any photo gallery modules stop appearing and most of the homepage is filled with white space.
I can make the code active on the website if you’re able to give me a timeframe to make it active during which you can check it – I don’t want to make the code active for a long period of time as it is breaking the site.
