Just a quick question: I’d like to achieve the black seperator lines (borders) between the product cards (like here https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/shop-metro/). At the moment my borders are light grey and I really can’t find the option to change the colos.

Hi! You can simply start by copying this layout that you have imported or you can import with Demo Contents. Otherwise go in the tab Module and set the Item Gap slider to 1px, then set the Module background to a dark color: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213456829-Posts-Galleries-Module
Then go at the bottom Of the tab Block and remove th border: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213456849-Posts-Galleries-Blocks
Basically this layout has no border but a gap of 1px where you see the dark background.

Hi, I know my support license is outdated, just want to report a small bug: when working on a content block and adding padding via the ‘custom’ tab in the column settings, it doesn’t accept it. It only accepts your pre-defined custom padding (1x / 2x /3x…) It works perfect on on pages and posts, not in Content blocks. Cheers

Hi quentro! Yes we know this, the Visual Composer Custom CSS doesn’t work if you apply to a Content Block since the CSS cannot be transferred to the final page, we are sorry for this but there is nothing we can do. In case you just need to create a CSS class and “hack” with a few line of CSS.

Bug Found on Class Firm Slides Scroll:

Anchor links in MOBILE/TABLET with a full url (example.com/#anchor) do not work in the mobile menu when slides scroll is enabled. Only (#anchor) works.

Referring to the “Tabs” element, when used in conjunction with “Posts” (see URL below). When I click a different tab, the animation looks really ugly as letters are bunched up together on the left, before spreading out towards the right (again, see URL below). Is there any way to fix this?

1. You can target with a code like this where “filter-cat-111” is the category ID name applied to the filter (ex: https://undsgn.d.pr/QRu4wF):

2. This is the time needed to the JS to be init, you can apply a small animation to hide the column or item or move this carousel above the fold.

How can I configure all the main aspects for the archive (categories, tags and search results) layouts?

My question is about theme core updates. I see in your documentation there is an update to Uncode core 1.7.1. Right now we are running 1.6.4.1 with no options to update core. Where and how can we update? Also, we are having a lot of issues with the site going down due to poor theme functionality. Thoughts?

i purchased your theme but haven’t really built anything because I had hard time understanding how things work. My faul! Now I want to do it again. I know my support is already expired. Even a question forum is disable to any expired purchasers so I won’t able to find any answers there. Are there anyways expired customers can look up the forum without opening a question ticket? also, i know the theme is free to update forever. How about the included plug-ins. I think they do. Just want to confirm.

Please note that when you bought the theme you had 6 or 12 months of included support, support renew fees are not set by authors but are part of the Envato offer you have accepted, so you cannot complain the authors. It’s not our fault if you missed to use or test the product in the last 24+ months. We as author have just to abide by the terms of contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is to the customer and marketplace own interests.

Thanks again for your reply. I mentioned because I found that some other themes have lower support renewal fees that last for a year. Anyway, that’s how it is. I have to accept if I want to use your theme.

My other question is the page builder I mentioned before. Are you able to answer me? Is this because your page builder is a modified version of WPBakery Page Builder so I can do WYSIWYG. I checked Visual Composer’s website. Any changes made can be seen on a dashboard. Is this something I need to download so I can work visually. Now the page builder only allows me to add elements. Things won’t be seen visually at a real time. I have to update the site and then view the changes. If I want to build a site with your theme, can I download Visual Composer to work with your page builder? I just want to make page building more visually and easily. Any conflicts if I install the plug-in. Sorry, not able to test right now so I want to ask here.

Hi outsidetheblog! Uncode, as advertised, is based on a customised version of the Visual Composer backend page builder and can be used only with this version of the Page Builder.

Hi! We are sorry but after years this is the first time we heard about this error, so without a check it’s impossible to help. It seems that your host is blocking the Theme Options saving. Sorry does this happen only now after months you bought Uncode or this is a new installation on a new server?
