Hi! You can simply start by copying this layout that you have imported or you can import with Demo Contents. Basically this layout has no border but a gap of 1px where you see the dark background.

Hi, I know my support license is outdated, just want to report a small bug: when working on a content block and adding padding via the ‘custom’ tab in the column settings, it doesn’t accept it. It only accepts your pre-defined custom padding (1x / 2x /3x…) It works perfect on on pages and posts, not in Content blocks. Cheers
Hi quentro! Yes we know this, the Visual Composer Custom CSS doesn’t work if you apply to a Content Block since the CSS cannot be transferred to the final page, we are sorry for this but there is nothing we can do. In case you just need to create a CSS class and “hack” with a few line of CSS.

Bug Found on Class Firm Slides Scroll:
Anchor links in MOBILE/TABLET with a full url (example.com/#anchor) do not work in the mobile menu when slides scroll is enabled. Only (#anchor) works.

Referring to the “Tabs” element, when used in conjunction with “Posts” (see URL below). When I click a different tab, the animation looks really ugly as letters are bunched up together on the left, before spreading out towards the right (again, see URL below). Is there any way to fix this?

Ahh I see! All good, I’ve figuredout how to use the “filter” function to the Posts module to achieve what I’m trying to do. By the way couple add-on questions so sorry!
1. The “Filter” header of the Posts module will display all the categories of the product dataset, whether they are primary or secondary categories. Any way to remove a certain category from displaying?
2. If you go to the URL below, one of the Posts module is now displaying as a carousel (see Bestsellers). Now the issue is that for some reason, there is a lag for the Post module’s CSS. It is supposed to display the carousel in 4 columns. When the page loads, the carousel initially displays in 1 super zoomed-in column, before changing to the correct view. Any way to fix this?

i purchased your theme but haven’t really built anything because I had hard time understanding how things work. My faul! Now I want to do it again. I know my support is already expired. Even a question forum is disable to any expired purchasers so I won’t able to find any answers there. Are there anyways expired customers can look up the forum without opening a question ticket? also, i know the theme is free to update forever. How about the included plug-ins. I think they do. Just want to confirm.

Thanks for your answer. I had difficulty using the theme and page builder as there’re so many options behind the theme. Downloading a demo is just a beginning. I still need to customize many different areas. I agree your theme provides a good number of demos and some good new features.
I still have 2 more questions. Support renew only last for 6 months. The renew fee is quite high. Wonder if there’ll be a chance a support renew will last for 12 months period. Also, I have a question about your visual composer. i know i meet all the hosting requirements. Visual composer in my dashboard is not WYSIWYG. I know it provides a drag and drop. In Visual composer’s website, adding or modifying any new elements can be seen visually on the dashboard. Why I don’t see this in your theme. I know your page builder is a modified version of VC. I expect I could perform the similar tasks. Instead, adding or modifying elements is done in boxes or windows. I can only see the changes after I update and preview the site. It’s quite time consuming. I don’t know if this is something I missed. Or, that’s how your page builder is supposed to be. Thanks.

Please note that when you bought the theme you had 6 or 12 months of included support, support renew fees are not set by authors but are part of the Envato offer you have accepted, so you cannot complain the authors. It’s not our fault if you missed to use or test the product in the last 24+ months. We as author have just to abide by the terms of contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is to the customer and marketplace own interests.
Thanks again for your reply. I mentioned because I found that some other themes have lower support renewal fees that last for a year. Anyway, that’s how it is. I have to accept if I want to use your theme.
My other question is the page builder I mentioned before. Are you able to answer me? Is this because your page builder is a modified version of WPBakery Page Builder so I can do WYSIWYG. I checked Visual Composer’s website. Any changes made can be seen on a dashboard. Is this something I need to download so I can work visually. Now the page builder only allows me to add elements. Things won’t be seen visually at a real time. I have to update the site and then view the changes. If I want to build a site with your theme, can I download Visual Composer to work with your page builder? I just want to make page building more visually and easily. Any conflicts if I install the plug-in. Sorry, not able to test right now so I want to ask here.
