Hi, I have a Posts element in isotope mode, listing the blog posts from a category. if the Text to be displayed for each item is set to Full Text (which I prefer) the text is displayed indented from the title and not left aligned to it. If I switch the text to Excerpt then the text is displayed left aligned to title (which I want) but requires the double work of copying the full text to excerpt eafter each edit and for every new post. Is there any setting to stop the Full text from indenting when displayed within an isotope module?

Hello, is it possible to use Woocommerce lightbox? (I like the WC lightbox zoom functionality). I alsou would like to ask you if your lightbox used in woocommerce product detail can be in light version (white background)... I now that this is maybe possible with CSS… But I dont wanna mess with CSS more… I am not coder… I am designer… And untill now I already spent a lot of time to tune our two websites with CSS… And BTW still… After CSS tuning, there are some compromises… So that is the one of the reasons to build our new brand website on Uncode… Just to have more control above the design without CSS… (I hope :-))

One good function of this lightbox is that is possible to zoom image on smaller screens (mobile, tablet, laptop)... If I have for example width of the screen 800px, but loaded image has 1600px… I can zoom to this image…
I found this type of lightbox product detail only in one woocommerce template on themeforest… I dont want to mention competitors here… Generally very nice template especially for fashion design… But anyway, seems to be with bugs and without some basic functionality…
My another question is: is it possible to show credit cards icons somewhere in the footer?

If I insert a Text block where there is a link in the text, I put it all in Section, the link is not color highlighted. If it is not inserted in Section, the link is displayed correctly – color highlighted.

I have purchased two uncode licenses. The support period has expired.
One license has been used and registered. The other one has not been used.
Now I want to make a local installation and import the demo content.
But:
Import of demo content is not possible because uncode version is not registered.

Hi! This isn’t a migration project. The images was working fine before we put the project on hold for few weeks.
I tried putting the correct credentials (username, api key and registration code). Most of the time it says “Not verified – Please register your copy of Uncode.” and sometimes “Verified”, however, when you refresh the page again, it becomes “Not verified”. I am assuming that there’s something blocking the connections on either our end or your end.
I also noticed that images works if it was emebed via WP text editor while when we use your widgets like carousel, etc., the images doesn’t show.
Please advise. Thank you!
Hi envato999! A theme is a set of static files, this means that if you don’t modify files or you don’t install something they cannot modify and broke themselves. This is probably something changed in the server settings during the time (a server is always and constantly updated). This is not a problem of registration too. My suggestion is to ask your server if they modified something during time, you can also try to deactivate the Adaptive Image (Theme Options > Performances) and in case none of this helps you can open a private ticket (but this is related to something changed in the server during the time): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us
I also note that you have an old version of Uncode 1.6.3, you can also try to update (but this will not resolve this issue since we never had this issue, just better to follow and support you if you have the last version of Uncode). I have two questions related to the Uncode theme
1. Recently I updated my Wordpress version and plugins that came with the Uncode theme which broke my homepage scroll on www.chetaaron.com. If I click down to one of my slides I am able to scroll back and forth between them, but just not to or from the header or footer. Clicking the dots works but the scroll to and from the header/footer no longer seems to work on desktop or mobile. 2. Is there a setting to turn off the tooltip pop out that shows the slide name when you hover over the dots on the right side of the screen? (Also by chance is there any way to enable these dots themselves on mobile?)

Even if Uncode is one of the best themes, we prefer to replicate first the normal web-standards and have different menu in the same websites is really not common. Moreover this can create a big confusion for the average user. I hope you can understand.

Greetings. My license has expired, so I’m writing here. I am using Woocommerce with Uncode with lots of Variable Products. Once a variable product is sold out, it is still visible on the Archive Page, but the price is missing/blocked. You can still click on the product, but this doesn’t make any sense. How can I hide the sold out product? OR how can I get it to display SOLD OUT?

I still see full of plugins… anyway we tested and for us it’s fine, if you need our help in debug what happen to your site you need to open a private ticket as for Envato support policy.
I cannot open a new ticket due to your restrictions. Plug-ins are also deactivated now, but as expected, it did not change a thing. This is clearly a theme error. Yet another error with Uncode and Woocommerce. You cannot compare your demo and and live site. As you know, Woocommerce is very advanced, and my site has 200+ active products. Please check again and advice.
You cannot state that is a theme error if in blank installation everything is fine, as you say WooCommerce is complex so it’s probably something else that the theme.
Why not? There is nothing else then the theme now. Only my products, Woocommerce and your theme. No other plugins, not CSS and no PHP. You brand your theme as being store and Woocommerce-friendly – please stand by it.
In fact we tested soon and everything is fine, tested again and everything is fine also in category pages ( https://undsgn.d.pr/mrvTqB ) and not other users reporting the same… We do not say that we do not help you, but if if we are unable to replicate and no one else reports your problem, the only way to get direct assistance is through the Help Center (these are rules of Envato that we must follow).
Is your site a real live site? No. Are your products variables with multiple sizes and colors? No. Do you have your site linked with a real backend that handels stock? No. There is a lot of differences which you should test before selling a theme as Woocommerce and shop friendly, when you have only tested with very small primitive product. Who sells just one t-shirt in one color and one size? No one. Please be realistic.
This is in essence a simple request, which I have paid for: The product is not removed when out of stock. It should be. The product does not have price. It should be. The sold out-label is not present. It should be.

As you state the Sale badge appears as it should and they are managed the same way. Are you really sure your settings are correct?
I see no way to hide/remove the “sold out”-bagde, so yes, I assume everything is correct. My theory is still that my products are variables, and your theme does not support these fully. Thank you.

You need also to verify all the settings you applied (so you cannot migrate your whole database), please remove everything from this site and try Uncode + WooCommerce in a blank installation not in a migration or a porting.
