Greetings. My license has expired, so I’m writing here. I am using Woocommerce with Uncode with lots of Variable Products. Once a variable product is sold out, it is still visible on the Archive Page, but the price is missing/blocked. You can still click on the product, but this doesn’t make any sense. How can I hide the sold out product? OR how can I get it to display SOLD OUT?

Hi 10fingershq! Unfortunately without checking your site I cannot help better, as for the video above we tested and everything is fine with a fresh copy of Uncode and no extra plugins, we also don’t have other reports from other users.

I still see full of plugins… anyway we tested and for us it’s fine, if you need our help in debug what happen to your site you need to open a private ticket as for Envato support policy.
I cannot open a new ticket due to your restrictions. Plug-ins are also deactivated now, but as expected, it did not change a thing. This is clearly a theme error. Yet another error with Uncode and Woocommerce. You cannot compare your demo and and live site. As you know, Woocommerce is very advanced, and my site has 200+ active products. Please check again and advice.
You cannot state that is a theme error if in blank installation everything is fine, as you say WooCommerce is complex so it’s probably something else that the theme.
Why not? There is nothing else then the theme now. Only my products, Woocommerce and your theme. No other plugins, not CSS and no PHP. You brand your theme as being store and Woocommerce-friendly – please stand by it.
In fact we tested soon and everything is fine, tested again and everything is fine also in category pages ( https://undsgn.d.pr/mrvTqB ) and not other users reporting the same… We do not say that we do not help you, but if if we are unable to replicate and no one else reports your problem, the only way to get direct assistance is through the Help Center (these are rules of Envato that we must follow).
Is your site a real live site? No. Are your products variables with multiple sizes and colors? No. Do you have your site linked with a real backend that handels stock? No. There is a lot of differences which you should test before selling a theme as Woocommerce and shop friendly, when you have only tested with very small primitive product. Who sells just one t-shirt in one color and one size? No one. Please be realistic.
This is in essence a simple request, which I have paid for: The product is not removed when out of stock. It should be. The product does not have price. It should be. The sold out-label is not present. It should be.
Please advice.
As you state the Sale badge appears as it should and they are managed the same way. Are you really sure your settings are correct?
I see no way to hide/remove the “sold out”-bagde, so yes, I assume everything is correct. My theory is still that my products are variables, and your theme does not support these fully. Thank you.
Really odd you are the one that say the Uncode doesn’t support Variable Products once also our video is taken with a variable product.
I see no variable product in your videos or demos. You have only shown me archive pages with products. Not enough for me to determine if the products are variable of not. If so, please link me a demosite with a variable product.

Hi 10fingershq! We don’t have to check the code since this work for us, this is not a new site, this is a migration. You need also to verify all the settings you applied (so you cannot migrate your whole database), please remove everything from this site and try Uncode + WooCommerce in a blank installation not in a migration or a porting.

I’m assuming it’s due to 2-3 major upgrades of the theme.. No other errors or anything like that, literally looks like the database entry hasn’t been created for that object perhaps. All green ticks for System status too.
I had to re-upload the media in order for it to “save” the “autoplay background” feature! Works now though – so good job! Waited many years for this!

I am not sure I understand this correctly, it says here that “f the site uses some tracking codes inserted in the Theme Options → CSS/JS > Tracking, and consent has not been confirmed, the tracking codes will not be inserted into the pages.” – but what consent? I have many on my webiste, how can I map my consent option(yes/no) to the tracking code? There is an option to grab the consent with the php and Javascript option , but that doesn’t sound like the right solution for this issue

I am looking to buy this theme but there is something very important I am hoping to be able to do first before I make the purchase.
I am a freelance entrepreneur. I specialize in Digital Media (so photo, video, digital marketing and web dev). I want to re-do my website on the Uncode theme. The way I want my website to be is that I want each specialty (photo and video, digital marketing and web dev) to be a different sub-domain representing a different business. So photography.alroyndhlovu.com or alroyndhlovu.com/photography. This I am looking to do so I have a unique look for each business offering and be able to target each business differently.
If I purchase the Uncode theme, will I be able to use my one purchase to create different versions of my website on the different sub-domains. So its one domain but it’ll have different sub-domains representing the different business. I would like to duplicate the theme on each sub-domain but create a different homepage on each for each business.
I hope you understand what I mean? Will I be able to do this with my one purchase or do I have to purchase separate licenses?

in the “shop boutique” template there is a problems with header. Yes this is an old layout that was removed in recent versions. Anyway it’s pretty easy just a dark header with a fullscreen portfolio. Do you need help to recreate this?
Hi. I have migrated my site from localhost to live and have updated all the page/post urls but urls within WPbakery such as buttons or columns do not update. Is there way of doing this without having to do each one manually? I have tired using the plugins ‘Search & Replace’ and ‘Velvet Blues Update URLs’ but they do not capture there urls. Thank you
Hi Matthewdf! I’m sorry but I’m not sure about this one, we generally use All In One Migration and never found this problem. Anyway the ‘Search & Replace’ should do the trick since anyway they are stored in the DB.
