Hi envato999! A theme is a set of static files, this means that if you don’t modify files or you don’t install something they cannot modify and broke themselves. This is probably something changed in the server settings during the time (a server is always and constantly updated). This is not a problem of registration too. My suggestion is to ask your server if they modified something during time, you can also try to deactivate the Adaptive Image (Theme Options > Performances) and in case none of this helps you can open a private ticket (but this is related to something changed in the server during the time): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us
I also note that you have an old version of Uncode 1.6.3, you can also try to update (but this will not resolve this issue since we never had this issue, just better to follow and support you if you have the last version of Uncode). Even if Uncode is one of the best themes, we prefer to replicate first the normal web-standards and have different menu in the same websites is really not common. Moreover this can create a big confusion for the average user. I hope you can understand.
