You have to use Yith Ajax Reset Filter under Woo Category Sidebar, This is the only one Reset Filter provides you the button to reset the Filters on Shop and Category Pages and you will find it under Widget once you activate the Yith Ajax Product Filter plugin comes with the Theme Package.

What is the image size in your sample products in shop4 demo?

Those are High Resolution Images around 1000×1000, but you always have to set your Shop Page Images by using WooCommerce Image Size Option, Please read and follow the instructions written in the below given articles:

You have to translate the Theme Language files into Russian,

Please download the latest theme Russian (Russia) language translation files from the below given links and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and select the site language as Russian (Russia) Language and finally save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

I have the same problem here. When I hover on the mini cart, nothing happens (no popup of cart details), this happens only with Firefox browsers (Firefox developer, Firefox). I tested with Opera, Chrome, which works well. Mini carts on my site and your demo site do nothing with Firefox Browser (hover does not work). I think there’s a incompatibility with Firefox browser. Can you take a look, please? I updated the latest Porto theme 5.0 and latest wordpress 5.2.3. My wen browsers are also latest updated. Thank you.

This is also coming from Header Builder, Please go to Header Builder, you will find an HTML Tab set under Header and a Block Shortcode under it as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/og70zse

And that shortcode is basically a Porto Products Tag Widget element as showing in these screenshots: https://screenshot.net/70wojim

Like same way you can use any shortcode there and if you want to edit/remove any of the Tag you have to remove it from Products >> Tags.

What type fonts can I upload to font control? Keep getting errors

You can only upload the complete zip file format of the Font from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Font Control, It only recognize the zip file format, and also you have to make sure that the file must be complete zip file not the file you create as a zip, Hope this make sense.

Mostly this issue does not occur with the Theme update, This issue mostly occurs when the Woo updated or Woo setting has been changed because of any reason, So you have to try the above-given solution and sorry to say that but all the image sizes are only related with Woo so if you apply the above solution it will apply on the complete site, If you want to test it only on one product then you can try it on your test site.

I don’t understand this. As you know (I hope you know) is that I don’t touch any buttons or make changes at all in my website. Once is it good, I leave it this way. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

So all my small pictures where good. I place the “latest” update from Porto and I get blurry and misty pictures.

I’m afraid to use “Regen. Thumbnails” because than I will get a lot of unused images in my website directory.

Please advise me.

As I told you above its not only related to Porto update its also related to Woo update as well, I have tested it at my end on my test site with an update and do not finds the issue and a lot of other customers also updated the Theme but do not report this issue, It only occurs on your site, So you have to try the above-given solution, and do not use “Regen. Thumbnails” but only change the size from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Image Size, Hope it will work for you, Otherwise contact your hosting provider and ask your hosting provider to run the old backup for you on your site and again update the Theme via Cpanel, hope it will work for you.

Hello, i am using the latest version of everything. You have a divide by zero issue. I just wanted to let you know so maybe you would fix it. I fixed it on my own on my end but in case any other users get the same error, you now know why. You have a divide by zero on /wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/loop/sale-flash.php on line 28. That’s it.

You do not need to set the widgets for mobile version but the Widgets you set on your site on Desktop version it automatically take those widgets for mobile version, Although you can turn ON/OFF the Mobile Sidebar from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General: https://screenshot.net/qve1oc3
, If you turn this option ON, all the sidebars on your site will show on specific pages in sidebar and if you turn this Option OFF all the sidebars on your site will show at very bottom of the pages.
