When we set the Aspect Ratio for images in a gallery to 1:1 it crops the images, sometimes losing most of the image. How can we contain the images inside the 1:1 area instead? Similar to background-size: contain; background-position: center center;
Hi uptospeed! We are sorry but in WordPress is not possible to set the point of interest when automatically cropping to a given size for more images. You should evaluate this before the upload, and adjust the images.

I seem to be having an issue with the mobile version of our site. It’s hard to trouble shoot since the issue isn’t seen when viewing the frontend editor in mobile mode. But the slider on the right side does not show up in mobile devices, however the area for the slider is there. I have tried squeezing the window down to check but it’s there on a desktop. all settings are set to available for mobile.
So it looks like everything in the first row of the page in the 2nd column doesn’t show at all. I duplicated the row and the one below works properly.

Yes it is possible to recreate this layout even without WooCommerce since this is a custom layout created with the Page Builder, just instead of using the Product Gallery module use the Media Gallery module.
Alternatively, there is also a Catalog Mode option that removes all the Add to Cart, Cart, and Shopping Cart buttons (but in this case you have to use WooCommerce).

For the bold text I mean text in a text block. When I do it bold or strong in the editor, it is not affected by the text color I have chosen for that block.

I just installed an audio player plugin (sonaar audio player) and I don’t see the “play” button on my products. The reason they have given me from the plugin support is this:
Your theme Uncode seems to hijack the native WooCommerce loop hook and thus, overwrite our WC hook.
Even the native WooCommerce shortcode (eg: [products] ) is getting hijacked by your theme.
You will need to check with the theme author how to prevent this and/or how to use the native WooCommerce shortcode without being parsed by your theme.

There are already quite a few audio plugins that I have tried and none of them work with uncode, I suppose that the same thing happens in all of them. If the native woocommerce codes are being replaced, it is impossible to install audio plugins that work correctly. If I renew support and open a ticket will you help me? In last version 2.7.5 there is a bug. When the front end user navigates to My Account -> Orders he gets the following error: Undefined variable: wp_button_class in /wp-content/themes/uncode/woocommerce/myaccount/orders.php on line 76 on every order line before the View link, when the wordpress debuging is enabled. For the moment I added $wp_button_class = ’’ at the top of the file orders.php to temporary solve this problem. Please check it out.

Hello, I am maintaining a website and the uncode privacy plugin is not blocking the cookies even though I put them on the tracking part in JS/CSS part of the theme options. And also added them to the privacy part. Is there something else to be done or is the plugin not functional?

Hello, I try to update the uncode version but I get the following message:
“There is an expected problem related to a possible website migration. Please remove the Purchase Code and register the product again from the System Status to validate the Purchase Code again.”
I follow the steps, remove the code and try to register it again, but the “register your product” button does not allow me to click it and I get a forbidden sign.
I have deactivated firewalls, cache plugins and I don’t know what else to do. The support just expired last week and I just got this problem.

Now you have this problem since it seems that you have used in the meanwhile also on a third domain. Hi supermex! Developers verified this now for you, and we don’t have this problem in any installation. It seems that the problem is something you insert in your Child Theme. If you test the native Uncode Child Theme you should not have this error.

Hi supermex! The “error” points directly to the jQuery library, which is the most popular Javascript framework. I think it’s really something that’s impossible to remove unless you create a site that doesn’t use jQuery (it also includes directly into WordPress).

At the line indicated by your host, there is only a call to a native WordPress function “esc_html__”. We will let you know if other users report this problem.
Thanks. I rolled back to the previous version to get things working again. The is the second thing that appears to be happening on my installation only, the other was an issue with the new top menu which left a space at the top even though I had it deselected. Do you guys have a developer you recommend who knows your theme?

Yes on Envato Market support expires for all themes after 6 months (this is why the prices are low and there is not an annual renewal like on other marketplaces), but this support can be renewed at any time. I don’t understand why you are looking for freelance developers that would cost you much more than support renewal. Anyway if you prefer to go with a freelancer you can ask about it on our Facebook group.
Because I’ve been with Uncode for around 6 years, and I want someone to have an in-depth look at the website and clean up any issues that may have built up over that time from customisations etc. As you point out, $40 over 6 months isn’t going to pay for that kind of investigation.
Support does not cover customisations, sure it works to debug the glitch you mention at the beginning of the ticket.

Yes, I took that into account as well. But the demos don’t work and it seems like they haven’t released updates for a while and I prefer another type of “menu” like https://demo.themeum.com/wordpress/wp-megamenu/
