Hello, I have a question before purchasing the template.

In PC and tablet mode, the menu (Show all, web, adv…) delimiting tab appears, but disappears on mobile. Can I add a tap function on my mobile? This is an essential feature.

Yes, we need a subfilter.

The portfolio filter consists of ‘Show all, web, Adv…’ and I would like to add subfilters within each filter.

For example, I would like to add subfilters such as marketing, design, and strategy in the web filter so that I can see the corresponding content when I press each subfilter.

If I can’t add a subfilter, can I use the tab function to divide categories?

Any time we save a post or page on our multisite install, we get the “The backup of this post in your browser is different from the version below. This will replace the current editor content with the last backup version. You can use undo and redo in the editor to get the old content back or to return to the restored version.”

Clicking restore to backup, disabling plugins or clearing cookies does not resolve the issue, however, the issue is resolved by changing to any other theme besides Uncode. Anyone have feedback on how they resolved this issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi tracedef! This is pretty odd since this message doesn’t come from Uncode (it’s from WordPress), and we don’t have any other users with this report. As you can see if you search online this is not an Uncode message, so developers should access your website to understand why only your installation has this problem. Please give a check to possible solutions.

Hi tracedef! Unfortunately, we can’t tell you why this only happens in these installations of yours without a debug. I also tried searching our private Help Center to see if any users had reported the problem in the past but this is the first report we have.

I purchased this theme a while ago and was notified over the weekend by WP Engine that there is a security update for the WPBakery Page Builder that came packaged with the theme. I re-downloaded the files which are usually up-to-date with updates and such but the version of the Page Builder packaged in those new files is super old (version 6.6.14 when the newest is version 6.13). Any chance you can update the user files on ThemeForest to include the proper version of the builder?

if you are asking if there is a way to do this directly from the Page Builder, no, there is not. The content of the Thank You page depends on WooCommerce, so if there is a hook that works with the standard version of WooCommerce, it must also work with the extend. I love this Uncode, overtime has evolved more into a sort of design system, in the other hand, as a graphic myself, I really think you should dedicate more time to build new templates, modern design, so your clients has a great starting point. Themes in the demo page start to look old. They have been there for years and years. Take some inspiration for example from Squarespace or Cargo. Make it human and fast otherwise AI screw us all.

Hi carlosrosales1979! Thanks for appreciating Uncode and thanks for the feedback. I honestly don’t see this; so many modern ones have been added to historical templates. I certainly don’t see anything that striking about any Squarespace template (really). I can understand what you’re saying about Cargo, but this is also a tool for a specific group of users quite different from Uncode’s audience, so it’s normal that their graphics are more “crazy.” Uncode has portfolio as one of the niches, but there is also classic, business, blog, and shops (of which there are many different styles, from classic to modern). On one thing I fully agree instead, that is the fact is that it is a tool that has evolved into a design system, in fact if you look at the showcase ( https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/ ) you can see different graphic solutions. I’m sure you’ll find inclined to your tastes already in the first 3 rows Train to Kitezh, Marcia Wear, Nighthawks, Anton Burmistrov, etc.

tabs wont load on duplicated tab menu

i think it has to do with the tab ID. is there a way to change it?

Hi I’m having an issue with adding new images to galleries. The media selection popup window will not display all of the images in the gallery. Usually about half are greyed out squares. Sometimes after several minutes it will show the “Display More” media items button. When I add a photo to the gallery it acts as if it was added, but then when I press Add Media, it hasn’t actually been added to the gallery. I hope that makes sense! When I delete the gallery and re-add all of the images again manually it works. But once a gallery is created and saved to the page, it will no longer properly add or display images when I try to add new images to the gallery. I contacted my hosting company but they’re pretty sure it’s not being caused by anything on there end. Any ideas? See attached image. Thank you! https://imgur.com/a/jdlUymn

Hi ibrianshumway! If you create a new gallery with fewer images does this work? If the answer is yes this means that there is some error part server when you try to upload additional images. To check if this is the case you should open Chrome Developers Tools and see if there is any error in Console (probably 403). At the moment the only solution to add these images that I can think of is to copy the image ID ( https://undsgn.d.pr/i/RRpTPD ) and paste it into the shortcode where you see the list of the other IDs ( https://undsgn.d.pr/i/uZ88wL ).

Thanks for the help. I can add as many images I want to the new gallery. It doesn’t have to be fewer. And then when I go back in at a later date to add more images, I have the same problem. Does that make sense?

Hi brianshumway! Yes it makes sense but as explained this is related to a server limit, have you seen as suggested if you have server error 503 in the Chrome > Developer Tools > Console? That’s why I suggested a manual method, we certainly can’t fix server limits from here.

How is this possible with Uncode? Would we have to use the same plugin as we do now to create a template to overwrite the product category pages?

Hi there. I got many licenses of uncode for different websites. Uncode is, and I already wrote that, a really great theme with a stunning support. I would say the best support possible. Anyways, only one issue is really strange, the placeholder images of uncode cannot be deleted permanently from the library. I tried several times and those images are in the library again after some seconds. I really wonder why! Thats just a little issue, but I would really love to know why it is like that! Best T.

The media are the ones of the Wireframes plugin. In a few words, the Wireframes plugin needs these few media to use these images as placeholders. if you use the old lightbox https://undsgn.d.pr/i/Sfishq the volume of the videos will follow the last YouTube usage, so if you had muted the video when you visited YouTube, it will open in mute mode, otherwise it will open with the last value set. The new lightbox always opens videos in mute mode instead, sorry, but from the next update we will add advanced settings to better control the volume without depending on YouTube settings: https://undsgn.d.pr/i/T994sm

When savings theme options, I’m consistently getting the following error. No issues previously for last 3 years. Clearing cookies solves problem: Theme Options not saved.

I’m sorry, but this is not something we can do from here. Since it is a 403 error, you should ask your host to debug it for you and give you more advice since they will see the error logs: maybe there are some permission restrictions, some folders are protected etc.

Thank you for the reply. Clearing cookies resolves the problem for a few days as I mentioned, so the issue seems to be cookie related. This could still be something server side on my end?

Hi web_SKOR! We are sorry, but it is not possible to use Font Awesome Pro. We had already explored this possibility, but it is not compatible with the system that was already in use on Uncode. However, if you are using Icon Box, perhaps it would be better for you to directly upload the SVG file in the Media option.

We bought the theme, license exipred, now we want to activate the theme on the same page with the same URL as few months ago and: maximum number of activations permitted.
