This is not something that comes from the theme.
I connected woocomerce support, they informed me that the theme was incompatible with my payment methods. pix is a Brazilian payment method, the network I use for cards is also Brazilian. the theme is creating a line to hide them, and it is not possible to remove them via code. I need help to solve this problem.

If you need to have custom external link you can use the same structure and recreate the same with static elements (heading, image, button). If you use Portfolio and you open only external links you will have “dead” portfolio pages used only for the thumbnail presentation. Not properly easy to explain with a simple message here but we hope you get the point.

Hello! I’ve had the UNCODE theme for all my websites for years. I love it.
I just started using WooCommerce, and for some reason, the cart only appears and functions when I’m logged in. When signed out, it doesn’t show/work.
There is no “add to cart” button in the Theme Customizer, some forums are saying it’s set to “invisible” or something. Otherwise, it all looks good and all the right checkmarks are checked.
I’ve done a lot of research and trials, but I started giving up at this point. I called Godaddy and said I should check with the UNCODE people. Any chance you can help as it might be an issue native to the theme?

Probably you have the mobile version cached somehow since this option makes no distinction between desktop and mobile. Just make sure you have the Cart Icon active on your mobile menu.

It looks like it may be an issue with Safari. It works when I use Chrome. I have the latest version of Wordpress and version 2.8.12 of Uncode, and when I use Safari the backend / frontend editors don’t work at all.

since 2.8.12 the cursor pointer on a is not working anymore. I tested it on two different sites with three different brwosers and it happens on both.
Also, the login on your support website is currently not working. I get a “not found” message. But maybe this is only temporary.

Hi kasenga! We tested now in a few of our installations with Uncode 2.8.12 and everything is working as it should, both if you set it from the Theme Options both from the Page Options.
At the moment we don’t have other similar reports and also no other users that have issue accessing the Help Center. Please try to login again maybe from another browser, probably it’s a cookie issue. Once we have the link and logins of one of these installations we can check why it’s not working for you.

WooCommerce only provides product Reviews, which look like comments but are not really comments. May this cause the issue, that all my Vimeo videos are gone from my site? The strange thing is, that all worked so well for years, and Youtube also works without problems. (I also see the clip previews in video module) I first thought, that it was a server issue, cause the clips came back after 2 days. But now all Videos disappeared again. Would be glad to get a tipp what to do!

Hi again swini! It seems this error is caused by Vimeo directly, probably because you exceeded the API request limit. There is no way to fix this except to wait a few hours to see if it fixes itself. This problem causes a PHP warning. We will add a fix in our next update. So that the warning is at least not visible. But again, the real error is caused by Vimeo returning an empty response.

Hi, is it possible to adjust the width of a column when transitioning from desktop to tablet breakpoints? Currently, I have two side-by-side columns on desktop, each occupying 50% of the page width. You included support for known images offload solutions, like Delicious Brains plugins, but you didn’t include support for custom offloading solutions (even when still using AWS S3). Please add this option in Theme Options, otherwise Galleries and other modules will have issues.
I solved this by adding a custom snippet, replacing your return.
Please fix your next theme version.

Hello! Unfortunately, we cannot include that change that way because we risk breaking the installations of other users who have used offload solutions successfully so far. The only thing we can put is a filter when we return the array empty due to an error, that way you can do the operations you need in your child theme.

I still think you should add a control option in theme for this, so people don’t have to manually add the filter function in their child theme every time (assuming they even know what do do)... but also leave the filter hook, in case devs need to return something else (this will probably work for most setups though).

In our opinion this is something advanced that is of little interest to normal users, those who use these advanced setups like you certainly have no problem activating a Child Theme with their own configurations. Having said that I note your suggestion which I will pass on to the developers for consideration of a future inclusion and thank you for the confirmation! 
I planned to use the menu from Uncode and use Elementor for the pages. But when I installed Elementor Pro, the menu was completely gone. I tried a lot to see if any settings could enable it but unfortunately, it didn’t. Any theme you buy on Themeforest (no matter if they disclose or not) would support Elementor at least for designing pages. This is disappointing.
Hi bhupoudel! The list of compatible page builders for a theme is listed on the item page sidebar. What you say is not true, many popular themes are based on proprietary Page Builders and have no intention of supporting this plugin that you would like to use.
