Hi, I know that my support has expired but I just only have a question with the update, Its seem that I cannot update a Theme and Slider Revolution, Uncode WPBakery Page Builder. it show error “Purchase code verification failed. I activated your theme since one year now but since one month i cant update your plugins.

If i go to Insight Core/plugins , i can see some plugins need to update and when i press update button i have this message : No update archive available.

To update Uncode and plugins automatically, you must have entered the licence correctly on the System Status page and check that the messages in the right column are green, as in this case https://undsgn.d.pr/i/zjnYdJ

If by chance you have migrated and imported the database from another installation, you may see the green messages even if the license for your installation has never been verified. In this case, you would not receive any updates. To fix this, just deregister the licence code and enter it again.

My clients website doesn’t update anymore, i keep getting an error that the purchase code is already used, i tried to deregister and enter again but it wont accept it. I have 2 licenses for 2 of my clients websites.

Excellent theme, no doubt about it, but perhaps there is a shortcoming that could be introduced, “Custom Fields in the Posts Module” When I create a post/page gallery with “Posts” I can insert the custom fields, but in some cases it would be useful to also have the labels. Example: If I use it to write details of a house, I could have “rooms : 5 ”, but now I can only have the value entered on page 5. That alone explains nothing. Greetings and congratulations

Hi, is it possible to have the scroll functionality in the sub menus when the sub menu’s height is bigger than the screen size?

I have a lot of sub categories and as the number of sub categories in the drop downs are more than what my PC screen can accommodate, a few options at the bottom are cutoff.

It’d be really great to have a scrollbar functionality in the sub menus and limit the length/size of these menus.

Hello, I’ve a problem with a section on my website. I’ve set an auto rotation header but when the image changes i can see a bit of the img before. How is possible to edit the blur between the images?

If you need to have custom external link you can use the same structure and recreate the same with static elements (heading, image, button). If you use Portfolio and you open only external links you will have “dead” portfolio pages used only for the thumbnail presentation. Not properly easy to explain with a simple message here but we hope you get the point.

Hello! I’ve had the UNCODE theme for all my websites for years. I love it.

I just started using WooCommerce, and for some reason, the cart only appears and functions when I’m logged in. When signed out, it doesn’t show/work.

There is no “add to cart” button in the Theme Customizer, some forums are saying it’s set to “invisible” or something. Otherwise, it all looks good and all the right checkmarks are checked.

I’ve done a lot of research and trials, but I started giving up at this point. I called Godaddy and said I should check with the UNCODE people. Any chance you can help as it might be an issue native to the theme?

Probably you have the mobile version cached somehow since this option makes no distinction between desktop and mobile. Just make sure you have the Cart Icon active on your mobile menu.

After updating everything, the backend and frontend editors are both completely broken on my website. I can’t make changes to anything.

It looks like it may be an issue with Safari. It works when I use Chrome. I have the latest version of Wordpress and version 2.8.12 of Uncode, and when I use Safari the backend / frontend editors don’t work at all.

Anyway I’ll submit a ticket if you want to look into it, thanks!
