To update Uncode and plugins automatically, you must have entered the licence correctly on the System Status page and check that the messages in the right column are green, as in this case https://undsgn.d.pr/i/zjnYdJ
If by chance you have migrated and imported the database from another installation, you may see the green messages even if the license for your installation has never been verified. In this case, you would not receive any updates. To fix this, just deregister the licence code and enter it again.

Excellent theme, no doubt about it, but perhaps there is a shortcoming that could be introduced, “Custom Fields in the Posts Module” When I create a post/page gallery with “Posts” I can insert the custom fields, but in some cases it would be useful to also have the labels. Example: If I use it to write details of a house, I could have “rooms : 5 ”, but now I can only have the value entered on page 5. That alone explains nothing. Greetings and congratulations

Hi, is it possible to have the scroll functionality in the sub menus when the sub menu’s height is bigger than the screen size?
I have a lot of sub categories and as the number of sub categories in the drop downs are more than what my PC screen can accommodate, a few options at the bottom are cutoff.
It’d be really great to have a scrollbar functionality in the sub menus and limit the length/size of these menus.
Hi KN66! We are sorry but this is not on option, and it’s not something we can suggest some simple codes. Anyway, if you can share the link of your website probably we can create a code to reduce the global height of the submenu on smaller screens.

in some older versions of the theme, I had the same problem and the subcategories would get cut off but there was a scroll functionality if i’m not wrong

I’ve a staging website on uncode 2.8.9.1 with these exact menus and I could scroll within the menus which would go below my computer screen. They would still get cut off but I was able to scroll them and I had a way around to limit the length of the menus once but lost the snippet. But now even the scroll functionality is gone.

A suggestion for future updates: please consider some sort of settings/work around for this in the coming updates to adjust the length of the sub menus for different screens (let’s say 70% of the page or in pixels). That would be really great.

https://ibb.co/bFjPxwrI’m trying to achieve a scrollable sub menu (already done) and setting a vertical length or height you could say so it doesn’t get cut off at the bottom because of screen size. for example: 70% of the screen size or in pixels. And if possible with a tiny scrollbar for the users to know that there are more items in this menu and they can scroll.
Do you think with the standard theme menu, this is achievable?

This is not something that comes from the theme.
I connected woocomerce support, they informed me that the theme was incompatible with my payment methods. pix is a Brazilian payment method, the network I use for cards is also Brazilian. the theme is creating a line to hide them, and it is not possible to remove them via code. If you need to have custom external link you can use the same structure and recreate the same with static elements (heading, image, button). If you use Portfolio and you open only external links you will have “dead” portfolio pages used only for the thumbnail presentation. Not properly easy to explain with a simple message here but we hope you get the point.

Hello! I’ve had the UNCODE theme for all my websites for years. I love it.
I just started using WooCommerce, and for some reason, the cart only appears and functions when I’m logged in. When signed out, it doesn’t show/work.
There is no “add to cart” button in the Theme Customizer, some forums are saying it’s set to “invisible” or something. Otherwise, it all looks good and all the right checkmarks are checked.
I’ve done a lot of research and trials, but I started giving up at this point. I called Godaddy and said I should check with the UNCODE people. Any chance you can help as it might be an issue native to the theme?

Probably you have the mobile version cached somehow since this option makes no distinction between desktop and mobile. Just make sure you have the Cart Icon active on your mobile menu.

It looks like it may be an issue with Safari. It works when I use Chrome. I have the latest version of Wordpress and version 2.8.12 of Uncode, and when I use Safari the backend / frontend editors don’t work at all.
