Hi, I can’t login to the support center. If I login via Envato, it just jumps back to the front page, without logging me in. Can you help?
My current issue is with plugins like https://wordpress.org/plugins/back-in-stock-notifier-for-woocommerce The Form doesn’t show, I tried a few of those plugins, none works. We use content block for the product and the form appears, when I switch to a standard theme. I already tried adding the woocommerce_single_product_summary hook, that didn’t do anything unfortunately.

Hi there, im on a crisis regarding a website that I created (icpconnects.com).
Previously I used directly from Wordpress and it gave me a free trial for a month. But after using its features for a month (ie: adding the undsgn plugin), it asked me to buy a ridiculously expensive plan which I avoided and now the website it down due to not being able to use the plugin from Undsgn at all.
I turned to and transferred everything to 20i which has its own Wordpress hosting site that allows me to upload the plug in from undsgn easily without having to charge me a ridiculous amount of money. However when I put in the license code from you guys, it says that I can’t use it bc I used it previously, but the website it not even live due to the unavailability of the plug in feature.
Could you help me resolve this as I’ve used up all of my budget to create this website. It’s the same website just a different hosting platform. Please help me.

Hi, thanks to the team, you’ve created a wonderful template. I’ve been using it for quite a few years now for various customers and for my own personal use. I’m currently working on an e-commerce project with uncode. The site isn’t online yet and I’m using Theme Options → Extra → Redirect Page. Since the new version of woo-commerce (9.1), the “coming soon” mode feature has appeared to manage the store’s visibility (WooCommerce → Settings → Site visibility). Since then, I’ve had two problems. > The Redirect mode in your template no longer works for the store. > The “coming soon” page offered by woo-commerce isn’t accessible from the block editor, and I can’t update the site style, or even the content. Have you encountered this problem? Thank you.
Hi sebhie! Thank you for the kindy words! Unfortunately, it’s not possible to have two types of redirects working simultaneously. If you want to use the WooCommerce redirect, you won’t be able to use our combined redirect, and vice versa—you’d need to use Uncode’s redirect to block the entire site.
The WooCommerce redirect page is designed in such a way that it can only be edited with an FSE theme (for example, it doesn’t work even with their default theme, Storefront).

Hi ksuteja! What you’re asking for isn’t as straightforward as it might seem. Unfortunately, in WooCommerce, products on backorder are considered “in stock,” so there isn’t a simple and efficient way to differentiate them from those that are only “in stock” and not on backorder. Implementing such a feature would require significant development work. We can certainly evaluate it for a future update, but I’ll need to pass this request to our developers. This isn’t something we can provide right now with a quick code solution.

We can only query the registration database when you provide us with your License Code. Once we have that, we can offer you a report on how your license is being used.

Menu not transparent. I’ve put the menu opacity at zero in theme options and turned on first row. Remove transparency is off. But nothing changes. Help! Thanks.

If you haven’t received a reply, it’s possible that ThemeForest messages ended up in your Spam folder. You have an automatic action in the recommended plugins that causes the server to overload both the CPU and memory even when no actions are being performed from admin/user side. Once you turn off the additional plugins like Uncode Privacy, WPbakery, Wireframes the problem does not recur anymore

Hello! We have not received other reports about this issue, so we would need a bit more information to narrow down the problem. This would help us determine whether the issue lies within a specific script of the plugin or in how it was implemented (e.g., dynamic content looped in a certain way, excessive AJAX calls). Disabling WPBakery essentially stops the execution of all shortcodes, which might resolve any related issues, but it also disables advanced functionality. If you have an error report that correlates with the CPU data, we would be happy to review it.

This suggests the issue might be related to updates in WordPress, a plugin, or a new PHP version. Do you have a child theme installed? Does the problem persist if you disable it? The error does not occur on php 8.1.28 and earlier. It occurs on php 8.2.19 and 8.3.7.

Thank you very much. And a suggestion and a big request to you. Please integrate Uncode with the LMS plugin (Tutor LMS, Lernpress). Uncode is a great theme that has options that other themes do not have. Unfortunately, when connecting to Tutor LMS, the header, menu and logo are not displayed. Only the footer is displayed, but the one from the general settings for pages. The settings for courses, lessons, etc. do not work. Please, please integrate this and add in your marketing that the theme is compatible with LMS.

I purchased the Uncode theme on April 11, 2023, at 05:28:07 UTC. However, when I tried to activate my license number recently, I encountered the following error:
“According to the Envato License Terms, you have exceeded the number of activations permitted for a single Purchase Code. Therefore, please purchase an additional license.”
I am unsure how this is possible, as I have already purchased the license and should be able to use it without any issues.
I have also sent an email regarding this matter but haven’t received a response yet. Could you please look into this issue and assist me in resolving it as soon as possible?

Hello xChemical! To crop single product images, WooCommerce provides a filter. However, when using this filter with the Product Gallery module, you’ll need to disable certain advanced Uncode options that aren’t compatible. To enable this feature, follow these steps:
- Enable Default Single Product Gallery: go to “Theme Options > WooCommerce -> Default Single Product Gallery” and set this option to “ON.” This ensures compatibility with the WooCommerce filter.
- Add the filter to your child theme: insert the code below into the functions.php file of your child theme. You can adjust the width and height values as necessary but keep them consistent
- Regenerate thumbnails: once the filter is active, you’ll need to regenerate your thumbnails to apply the new settings. You can use a plugin from the WordPress repository (such as Regenerate Thumbnails) to complete this task efficiently.
