Hi, when i use auto rotate marquee heading and I open the page on mobile, and scroll over that row where the marquee is, it resets from the beginning. Example i have a sentence of 6 words: “hello how are you doing today” and i scroll (tap) over this row it starts from “hello” again. I checked your demo and it works fine, either i do something wrong or im missing some setting.

Hi, yes I use the latest version. When i scroll a page on a mobile where I have marquee, that same marquee resets from the beginning and it does not continue the loop.

The problem: At random times, the product prices, quantity selectors, and add-to-cart buttons disappear from individual product pages. Additionally, the product price is also not showing in carousel or query loops (e.g., product listings on the homepage or category pages). These issues occur erratically — sometimes everything displays fine, other times certain elements are missing, and it seems to vary depending on the browser.
Temporary fix: When we clear all cache layers — WP Rocket cache, Varnish plugin cache, and the server-level Magic Caché (we’re hosted on WebEmpresa) — the issue temporarily disappears. However, the next day or even a few hours later, the problem often comes back.
Context: We’re already in touch with WP Rocket support and following their debugging steps. But we also want to rule out any theme-related behavior or potential conflicts between Uncode and WP Rocket/Varnish.
Could you please let us know:
If this is a known issue with Uncode?
Whether you’ve seen conflicts with WP Rocket’s Remove Unused CSS or other optimizations affecting the visibility of dynamic WooCommerce elements?

Hi AOVE! No, this is not a known issue. If it were, you would see hundreds of tickets similar to your problem, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Honestly, this is the first time we’ve heard about a problem of this type, and the strangest thing is that from what we understand, it occurs randomly. If it were a code problem, it would be replicable 100% of the time, whereas here it seems that some external addition is creating the issue. So if you deactivate WP Rocket or reduce the aggressiveness of certain options like “Remove Unused CSS,” does the problem disappear?

Thank you, Smothscroll Safe fixed the problem not being able to scroll to the bottom of the page. Zoom effect still remains. When you scroll down the images get wider and at the bottom they are as wide as the monitor. But they should be as wide as the monitor from the beginning. This was the case 2 versions ago. I never added that effect or changed anything. Also this happens to all posts with images only in a row. So I assume it must be some bug. Do you have an idea?

The old lightbox has a mouse wheel navigation (advance to the new picture on mouse scroll) and with the new lightbox this feature does not seem to work. Is there any way to make this work on the new lightbox?

Which is all working, however, instead of displaying (product title – variation) in the same line. How do I do it so that the variation name is displayed below the product title please?

Hello! On a page, I have a Media Gallery with photos showing in a carrousel. When I go in to add more photos into the album (already uploaded, from Media), the new photos I select and save don’t show into the album selection. Is this a bug I can fix somehow?
(Note that there is a “backdoor way” to add new photos, which is to switch to Classic Mode, then add the photos’ 6-digit IDs separated by commas.
For one or two photos, that’s fine. But not sustainable if I need to add a lot of photos)

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my WooCommerce store using the Uncode theme. I rely on the GTM4WP plugin solely to generate the dataLayer for Google Tag Manager in order to track eCommerce conversions.
The problem is that when I activate the plugin, the layout of the Content Blocks that include a Post Module with carousel functionality breaks completely—specifically the section displaying “You might also like” or related products on product pages.
Could you please advise if there’s a known conflict between Uncode’s Post Module (carousel) and this plugin? Or let me know what might be done to avoid this behavior while keeping GTM4WP active?

Without seeing the page, I can’t be sure, but it’s possible that the plugin you’re using is adding an element after the product container. This could cause the carousel script to interpret it as an additional slide item.
To address this, you would need to make adjustments via FTP. Specifically, you should try moving the plugin function to an earlier hook so that it remains within the product container. However, this operation requires development skills, isn’t an immediate fix, and may require some effort and testing. Most importantly, the plugin itself must allow for this adjustment, which I can’t confirm since it isn’t one we officially support. I recommend reaching out to their support team for guidance.
In general, we suggest moving the function responsible for printing the extra element from the woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item hook to the woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title hook. However, as I mentioned, without checking your specific case, I can’t guarantee that this will resolve the issue.

Hey! I use first row as a header with transparent menu and blur option. Looks nice when I have the menu on a light background. But when I use dark background (white menus) on some pages and when I scroll down, the sticky transparent menu still contains the white menu. Makes sense because I have assigned menu on dark background. Hi, i use a transparent menu and it is transparent sticky as well.
I also use both, light and dark backgrounds,s where the menu colors are changed to white and black, for example, when I use these 2 options.

Hey, another question. It looks like the native pull-down-to refresh on the mobile browser doesn’t work. To refresh the page I have to type the URL again, instead of using the native mobile browser option to pull down the page to refresh it. Is it disabled in the theme or there’s any setting to enable/disable this? I prefer to use the native pull-down refresh instead of entering the URL again just to refresh the page. Ty
Hi Businezz98! Probably you’re using SmoothScroll or the special triggered animations. When you use these settings, the native pull-down-to-refresh feature on mobile devices is not available. There will likely be an implementation in the next update, but it’s still in the testing phase.

I created a page called /portfolio also which is my primary page to index and display work, and it’s in the sitemap with the RankMath SEO plugin. Also, the /portfolio-archive URL is listed under /portfolio-sitemap.xml, which will create duplicate content here with /portfolio page.
Is there a way to completely disable /portfolio-archive, which is the field in the theme options? I don’t need this, and If I delete the name from the field on the next theme options reload, it’s coming back. Shouldn’t be listed in the sitemap forcefully since most users are listing portfolios under pages, not using archives… Thanks
Hi Businezz98! You cannot do this because this is the actual portfolio archive and these are the options you should use to create your project, not a static page, ex: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459549-Custom-Category-Pages
I tried using it as a primary page but I can’t do anything on this page for seo purposes. Seems like yoast can set this archive page to nofollow noindex which that’s fine, but this post type is missing on rank math settings so I can’t set it to noindex nofollow and i do use rank math…
Hi Businezz98! We find it strange that you can’t do anything at the SEO level since this is the best method to create indexes. Anyway, we are sorry, but we cannot understand your setup from here, considering that we don’t even have the link to your site. Other users who use this set of plugins don’t have this problem.
Hi, this archive page’s theme shows up on Yaost settings, so I can set it to NOINDEX with this plugin, which Is what i need. But, I use Rank Math, and this theme archive page is missing in rank math settings so I can not set it to NOINDEX. Seems like incompatibility with Rank Math, where this custom post type is missing in Rank Math settings. That was my point and I was checking if you had any solution. I also checked your facebook group and other users are having the same issue since as I can see on older posts since 2024

All good, i’ll switch to Yoast, i don’t wanna forcefully have this archive page indexed if I don’t need it. You may have to check this compatibility with other SEO plugins and put it on a to-do list, maybe. This is the setting on Yoast https://snipboard.io/vLodT0.jpg where I have it disabled, and it’s not showing on the sitemap, and it’s not indexed by search engines. This setting is missing on other plugins: Rank Math, and All in one SEO.
