We purchased your theme on 2022-11-23 12:38:00 UTC, but we are only starting to work with it today. After installing the theme, we attempted to enter the Item Purchase Code. However, the system shows the following message:
“Purchase Code is not valid!!! Please check purchase code again.”
I also tried submitting a ticket through your Zendesk support system. When I attempt to create a ticket, the system tells me that my email address must be verified. I have verified my email, but the system continues to display the message:
“You have an unverified email. You can’t view requests because one of your email addresses has not been verified. Click here to verify your email.”
I have now tried this several times, which is why I am contacting you through this channel. Could you please check why my Purchase Code is not working?

I’ve been trying to get support for exactly 5 days regarding a sidebar that works fine in the demo but has responsive issues when I install it on my website. Every time, they say “It’s fixed, please check,” but it never is. I’ve checked on real devices, in the browser’s responsive mode, and on desktop—every time they say it’s solved, but it isn’t. On mobile, the sidebar shifts; in tablet landscape mode, half of it is cut off; and when you resize the desktop window, the text overlaps. Yet the support team keeps insisting it’s fixed. I guess I must be blind

Sorry for the inconvenience but you don’t have only single issue in that ticket, so we are solving your issues one by one or you have to generate a fresh new ticket for each issue, BTW, I have just confirmed with our support team and our support team already replied to your support ticket with a fix, please check the reply from the support team in your support ticket and if necessary, reply back to your support ticket accordingly.

Hi, I’ve just purchased your theme, but have run into problems straight away. I’ve tried installing the demo content 4 times, each time it shows it worked but when I view the site the fonts and lay out are incorrect. I’ve cleared all browser, plugin, and server cache. but no impact. I’ve also tried to access your support site but see Cloudflare 522 error, no no access. please can you advise?

The support is not working for the theme, I have already renew the support, whenever I try to login it is taking me to WordPress error page and noone is responding to my previous emails from last week. I never got the email reset from you. So I reset it myself. Same problem. “There has been a critical error on this website.” When I log in or after I do see “go to tickets” and “edit profile”. The tickets link gives me the same error. The edit profile allows me to edit my profile.
